Got a quote but it was double my other quotes. The work underway seemed very high quality just out of my price range.

Nope. Lift gate and tail gate were aligned and opened and closed properly when I brought the car in. When they were done with it after 4 days, it didnt align any more and they said it wasnt there fault and that I shouldnt use the tailagate any more. Bumper cover they attached fell off the car the day after I took it home. Theyd attached it with screws held in by electrical tape -- thats because they broke three of the mounting holes on the plastic bumper cover Id purchased from Mitsubishi. They hid this fact. Not all the dents were pulled as per the estimate. A piece was missing from same bumper cover. I ended up finding another technician to fix their work. We had to use epoxy to reset the screws in the mounting holes because as it turns out, electrical tape doesnt work very well. Fitzpatrick claimed innocence and accepted no responsibility for the substandard work. Theyre either crooked, incompetent or perhaps both. Avoid this place if possible. Had to ask for a complete invoice. Worst body shop ever. Big regret going there.
