Brett was absolutely helpful today, my wife had a little issue with her car and took it in to get an estimate to get it repaired. Brett took the car and buffed out the scratches at NO CHARGE!! How great is that!! Ive had Iron Horse work on this car in the past and has done absolutely wonderful work. Im giving them 5 stars for their customer service and workmanship. Id recommend them for any auto body repair.

Okay so I never write reviews, EVER. But Craig and his shop deserve more than this review! Here is my back story: I was rear ended on shoreline and the guy who hit me (from the back) is now claiming it is my fault. It took months of fighting and hassling with insurance adjusters before I just decided to use my own insurance. I initially took my car to another shop because that is where the other persons insurance wanted to get an estimate. Terrible experience overall at that place and bad service.Anyways, after going through my insurance, I got to choose where I wanted to take my car and my boyfriend said everyone loves Iron Horse so we got it in that same week.Craig was awesome and more than happy to see us and do business. He communicated well with our insurance company and let me know what was going on. My car was finished two days earlier than estimated and I just picked it up today!CRAIG AND HIS STAFF PERFECTED MY CAR!!!! It literally looks brand new!! They also detail washed the entire car. Look at how freaking clean my wheels are! I highly recommend Iron Horse to anyone. Extremely professional, clean, timely, and friendly. Ive never had such a good experience with an auto body place. I would give Craig and his team 10 Stars! The car looks great and Craig handled everything with the insurance company, a staff member gave me a ride to the rental car place and they returned the rental car for me, they gave me updates throughout the entire process, and they even helped me uninstall and reinstall my two boys car seats! Im definitely bringing my car back here I need anything else.

Went to Iron Horse with a trunk problem, I thought it would be expensive. Craigs guy made the adjustments and it was so minor Craig did not charge me. What a great guy! He is honest, took less than 30 minutes and all his folks are friendly and fun to talk to. They know their stuff. Ill go back to this shop.

Iron Horse Auto Body in Santa Barbara was a great experience for me. I was searching for a good shop that could work on my model of car, and they came to the rescue for me. Gave me a good price and quality work.

I had to take my car in because someone backed into me and had to get my bumper repaired. I have never had a good experience with auto body shops, I always get ripped off. After going to Iron Horse I feel like I did not get ripped off, and my car looked better than ever! Craig is a stand up good guy.

Generally, Im frustrated with auto repair and in particular body repair places and prices that do feel at all fair, and repair times that are unjustifiable. I took my car in for a relatively minor problem but one that I could not fix myself and made me feel unsafe driving my car. I took my car in before work, dropped it off quickly and made it to work by 9, they had made the repair the same day, and charged me a price that was way less than I was expecting. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else and would recommend = without reservations.

Amazing work for an even better price. I was on the PCH and some small debree flew out of a pick up that was a few hundred feet in front of me giving me no time to move out of the way. The debree damaged my front bumper and i was really short on cash so i was looking for a great deal but still wanted quality work. Iron Horse Auto Body is a few blocks away and was my first stop. They took a look at my car and i was expecting the total cost to be a hefty one but it was more than fair, Thanks a lot guys!
