An idiot man didnt stop at his stop sign in a parking lot, and I ran into him. Prestigious is one place my insurance company recommended to do the repairs. They even arranged for a rental car for me and had it delivered to their place of business. Not only did they do a beautiful repair, but my car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back. And the rental car was returned for me. What a great business!

Great experience! They were so friendly and polite. They walk you through the process and keep you updated on your car. I would recommend this auto place to anybody wanting good service. I went to a different place (famous one on haley st that is always being advertised- caliber) before this one and the woman at the reception was very rude and unfriendly. PRESTIGIOUS handled my rental and even offered to give me a ride to the rental place or work. Great experience!

This place is so thorough, polite, friendly, professional and clean! They kept me updated constantly on when my car might be ready and even went out of their way to drop my car off at my work for me!

I called ahead to make an appointment to bring in my vehicle. It was associated with my USAA claim and my insurance company (USAA) was also in contact with them. The lady scheduled me for a time that I would later find out would be a waste of my time. So I show up on my scheduled appointment to find out that the correct claims representative isn’t there yet. So someone else, who isn’t familiar with my insurance company’s policies and procedures, starts my estimate. Before I go any further with this... I should say that the energy at this place was dark. Okay, moving on ... so this lady is doing my estimate and then we’re going back and forth about some damages that she’s not understanding. Then I come back in and this other lady says, okay you can go get your rental now and we will give this to Raul when he gets here. I told her I didn’t fee comfortable leaving without speaking to him first. And that I was pretty sure my rental car coverage wouldn’t start until my car was actually being worked on. She thought otherwise, but my instincts told me I should call my insurance company to confirm since Raul wasn’t there to help. After speaking with my insurance company, it was confirmed that I shouldn’t pick up the rental until they started working on my vehicle - otherwise I’d be paying out of pocket. Thank goodness I called, otherwise I would’ve paid out of pocket! Well in the meantime, Raul shows up. So he goes over the estimate with me and basically tells me that he’s not going to help me because he doesn’t want to be held liable for anything, since there was some previous damages. He didn’t bother giving me any options, he just straight up said no. So I called my insurance company and told them they shouldn’t be on the trusted list and that they refused to help me and asked what I should do. They said to definitely get out of there if I didn’t feel good about the place - so I left immediately after my interactions with them.This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Their energy and willingness to help is the worst I’ve seen at an auto body place. This place was a recognized body shop for my insurance company, USAA. But after speaking to USAA several times about my interactions there, they are now under investigation - potentially losing their credibility with USAA.
