Drinks tasted good and I was able to dine in. Friendly staff.

It is a very local-based coffee shop with a rather large clientele of regulars. It is also the fastest moving coffee shop that I have been to. Meaning that you aren’t waiting more than 5 minutes ever for a cup of coffee, unlike most coffee shops that I have been to before. Great for stopping by at on the way to work!

Its the closet Starbucks to my house so I was real happy when I discovered that its a really good one. The staff is awesome, they remembered my preferences after only 2 visits. Love them ❤

Crowded with drive-thru, mobile app and in person orders!! Took almost 20min to receive my vente iced coffee with soy and Splenda as a walk-in customer. But on the flip side, happy that their business was busy that day.

Today I ordered a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location and waiting approximately 12 minutes to get the cup. I received it and it was lukewarm at best. It was no warmer than a cup of coffee that was left in a car during a warm day. This is the third time in two weeks this location served me lukewarm coffee and I let it go the first two times. I gave this store the benefit of the doubt that they might be overlooking the coffee temperature because of how busy they could be because of this pandemic. Today I finally brought it up to their attention since the store did not look that busy with me just standing at the door. They offered to give me another cup but I would have to wait approximately five minutes for it to be brewed. I decided to take the loss and left. I did not have the additional 5 to 10 minutes to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed because they could not monitor the coffee’s temperature like they should be doing in the first place. I left disappointed with the quality of coffee served at this location. I do not think this is fair for me to have to wait 10 to 12 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee only to wait for an additional 5 minutes just to receive a hot one. For a coffee store with such a brand name of a reputation it is really un-believable that they cannot monitor the coffee brewing temperature of coffee. Another aspect of bad service is how long it took for a cup of coffee to be poured but that is a whole different issue that needs to be looked at.

The employees are very nice.

Could not get anything at all. They could not cash a $100 bill at ten in the morning. If you dont have a five dollar bill or less, dont even bother. Would give zero stars if possible.

Everyone here is super nice but Jasmine is the best! She always has a bright smile and exceptional service! I left with a drink I didn’t like and called and they wanted to make it right! Love this place.

Great green tea frappe and blueberry scone - my cashier was nice. But they do not offer outlets to charge your phone. This was the only reason I stopped in. As a transport driver I asked if they could charge my phone behind the counter I was told NO. The smericky remark from one of the guys behind the counter, we have had outlets in years! How would I know this as I have never been here before and I even I paid the meter out out front with for 1 hour.... Ill never come to this location again...

The workers are very friendly and the coffee is great! The honey latte is my favorite here. The quality of the food is great.

The staff at this place are friendly and hard-working, but man they need to hire more people. The store is always slammed. Using the mobile app (and giving them a 5 to 10 minute head start) is the only way to get quick service.

Made it into Starbucks at 9:56 happy that the ladies were still open. The young lady who made my drink I will leave her name out of this review. Please retrain her on how to make a iced caramel macchiato. I taste no coffee inside of my beverage. I was wondering why it was so hard to shake up and mix it was because the caramel is hard to mix with milk. Typically I shake my drink two times and is ready to drink I was giving milk caramel and nothing else. Cant wait to return to that location for a refund or remake

I give four stars because everyone here works very hard as they know parking is limited, there is almost always A wait time and the staff works with a sense of urgency. Now minus one star....one Batista has accused me of bringing in an old cup for my refill, yesterday refused service to me altogether. I live across the street at the artist villages. I get up at six am to move my truck out of the public parking structure, I have too many tools to carry up late when I am done working for the day. I was absolutely humiliated in front of a large crowd. I am not posting her name because I believe that would be Taking the Low road. I hope the discrimination ends with this. I came to this place to buy a drink, but first I had to use the restroom. When I asked for the code they said I had to make a purchase first, not a good idea. To my dismay, I decided go across to Crave to use the restroom, and get my drink without a bad attitude.. Crave sells drinks too, and has much better service.

I thought it kinda sucked when i was in line and had not ordered yet... I had to go to the bathroom but one worker said i can only get the code for restrooms on your receipt!And it was fairly long which might take awhile... But he said thats how its done... If you come in to to use your computer, good luck. theres no wall outlets, and the bathrooms need a password to use them. No loitering signs should be posted everywhere.

I hope Briannas road trip comes true and then some. Eric is keeping this place in shape. The decor is simply a few pictures because there are two walls that face the street, from this corner cafe location, that are glass. And the sidewalk seating is attractive.

Ive gone here for decades, so far this location gets the order wrong every day even though its the same order one girl is really rude expect to I rolling and wanting to quit your job so you can just call corporate and Report her, the one guy is super nice but he still gets the order wrong... The twenty times I have visited that Starbucks. I have always have been given top notch service and the staff is very knowledgeable about the blends of coffee they serve.

Its a really nice place where you can relax have a snack or a drink. Its very quite and has soothing soft music playing that makes you feel at ease.

I love my ladies that work at this location they blow any other Starbucks out the water. They know me by name i normally go every morning, they even stop to ask how my day/morning is going, gives a nice kick start to your day to have such great customer service and appreciation but great coffee to pair with it.

They are very kind, have variety of products, and the store is very clean and comfortable.

Extremely upset and disappointed! I went in and ordered coffee and my 4 year old had to go to the restroom. They refused to let him use the restroom even after I let them know that he had to really go, he had an accident as we were walking out.

I am not sure what the two gentleman that assisted were, but even while being extremely busy, they still managed to be kind and courteous. Thanks Starbucks for hiring these gems.
