Company does not know how to please costumer, when you order many screens some do work. when you try to return them not only did you pay shipping, you must pay shipping again to return them only for a store credit to pay shipping agian on the new order so you are out the money you spent on screens. if you ever have a shipping problem where a screen arrives broken they file claims against shipper so I must wait for an outcome with that instead of just sending me a new screen. this company does not know what the term time is money means at all. If i was to replace a screen for a costumer and they came back a day later because it did not work I cannot tell them I will file a claim with cellular medics so your phone will be of no use untill it is resloved I would be out of business and so should this company untill they learn costumer service skills in this industry. would not recomend this company even to my b*tch ex wife.
