Great place 👌 live the service 👏 definitely recommend over and over again..

My service mgr Rafael was really nice and pretty helpful, but to make an appointment at this place is like pulling teeth. Theyre also not very helpful when trying to get rid of your vehicle when you want to buy another one, especially when youre not putting much or anything down.

Everyone was very polite and helpful except one person but I guess thats just normal at any given place 😎. This place looks very elegant and upscale.

Luis is always professional, courteous and genuine whenever I have to take my car in for service! He keeps me informed of what is going on-its never a guessing game. Hes always friendly wearing a big smile and I truly feel appreciated when I talk to him. I never hesitate taking my car in for service as long as I have Luis! :)

I accidentally scheduled my service date a day before and Bob could careless. He emphatically said to me “it happens but we’re gonna get you taken care today no worries” went above and beyond when explaining each item on the estimate page over the phone and stressed what was really needed. It’s hard work trusting people at a dealership and he made me feel comfortable. Will be heading back in a week or two to get more recommendations taken care of on my 2012 M35h..

I bought a new infinity qx50 in 2018 from these folks and love the car, brought it back after 2 years for some in depth service due to my neglect.The service by Mr. Garcia and the rest of the staff was exceptional.Some items were warranty, some were on me.I was given a loaner as well.The car was taken in on time, given back on time and I could not be happier.Sanford Infinity has service down to a T, You have truly went above and beyond. Very welcoming, timely, and respectful, I travel an hour for anything i need done on my car. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO TO INFINITI AT AUTO MALL GARRY IS VERY NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT AND I HAVE VIDEO TO PROVE IT !

I was there to look at the Subaru wrx manual and was greeted amazingly. I do work down the street so I’ve been keeping my eye out. But sadly after sotting and talking to the sales person I was informed I cant purchase it do to them not being able to legally sell the car since it has no catalytic converters which I even asked to have a tech verify which they did. I was also informed it had multiple other “after market parts installed”. So i was kind of down but the very next day I see the car speeding up and down the road with a “Sanford infiniti” black plate on it. Now come to find out the vehicle was posted on their website and someone who is friends with one of my co workers bought the car as is with all these “after market parts” and no catalytic converters. Also they paid less than what I was told. I dont understand how they tell me I cant legally buy it than I see people driving it and now I know they let someone else buy it. If thats how they treat a customer who would of paid im scared of what they do to other people. I did how ever go to Daytona Infiniti and purchase a car from them im just really upset that this place told me I cant legally buy it but than they go and sell it To someone else. I will never be doing business there.

Im not big on reviews But these guys deserve one I took my wifes car to Sanford Infiniti for a brake problem no one could fix These guys could have sold me the whole house, and didnt they really took care of me .. My car is a 2012 qx56 so I am out of warranty they gave me a loaner and fixed it even three in a part without charging me for it .. Thanks guys I will be back!!
