Didnt get to get our car serviced because they were backed up with so many appointments. But the lady upfront was very nice and accommodating. Ill be back just because of her customer service

They were able to properly diagnose the issue, found out that part of it was covered under warranty at the dealer, and has just been a life saver for us!! Very clean and organized shop. Skill level ranges from preventive maintenance to full dash and electronics removal. Timely with service due to the new shop with multiple bays. I’ve had great service from all techs. Only complaint would be that the owner is a little short.This shop also has the certification to work on smart cars.

Sellers-Stewart Automotive have always been great to me since the day they opened. Today was especially exceptional. I had 2 cars broken on Friday. As of 5:00 Monday I am blessed to say they got not just 1 but both of my vehicles repaired! Their knowledge and skill is amazing and I know that when I run into trouble with vehicles Ill get friendly, professional, and honest service.

Great place to take your car. When the car woudnt start I had it towed to them and in about 90 they called me telling what the problem was and a reasonable price for fixing it. Even though they had to send out for a part, the repair was done within 24 hours of taking it in. They were friendly and professional. I woud recommend them to anyone.

Gave me an estimate to repair oil sending unit and tire pressure sensor over 400.00, went to another local shop and had tire pressure sensor replaced and reprogrammed for 35.00 and the oil sending unit for 45.00. Sellers are at their new location overcharging customers. Dont go there!

Someone years ago suggested that I give Sellars Stewart a try and I am so glad I did! They have been my mechanic ever since. They are fair, knowledgeable, and extremely competitive on pricing. I recently took my van in for an alignment and to replace 2 tires. I called a couple places checking prices (even Sams Club), no one came close to the price they charged. For the record, even if they were higher I would have still chose them because the quality business they run and they stand behind their work.

Found these guys on Google. We have lived in the area for a little over 3 years and been to a few garages around town. This is the first one that I actually felt comfortable enough to trust (and believe that I wasnt being ripped off). They are upfront, honest and quick!!! Within the last 3 weeks I have had breaks on my car (at a very affordable rate, I might add), the oil changed in my husbands truck and today I am taking the truck to have the transmission serviced for the 90,000 mile service. Outstanding service, sincere guys and I am so thankful that I found them on google! I would highly recommend them and I have to several friends already!

I brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback for an oil change and my 1994 Dodge Dakota for some brake work. Both times were great experiences. The people are very nice, the service was quick, and our bill was better than expected. Its nice to finally find a mechanic in town that we can trust.

So far in the last 3 weeks, Will and Chris have installed a complete suspension system on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and gears on a friends 2005 Jeep Wrangler. They are thorough, professional and have great customer service. Even when there are questions they are quick to provide answers. Brought my Prius in for new tires and voiced my concern about Sears telling me I needed new brakes (like, I might die if they dont get changed...) I told Will to go ahead and change the brakes while he was putting on new tires. In the end, he told me my brakes were fine for another 5,000 to 7,000 miles. I got out of there spending less than I thought I would. Honest, hard-working guys! Worth the drive from Fuquay to Sanford.

Smh, all I can say about this place is that the staff is very friendly.So I took my sons car to sellers-stewart automotive to have it diagnosed for oil leaks and for the a/c not being cold. I basically told them to check the rack and pinion and the gasket on the oil pan (the leaks was coming from those areas).I just didnt have a clue about the a/c I figured it would need a professional to troubleshoot.5 hours later........Well what the friendly staff told me was that the a/c couldnt be fixed because the computer is bad and the computer cant be replaced because its not made anymore.🤔 I dont know much about being an automotive mechanic but I do know life and that statement is just not acceptable. They could have crossed reference with another computer. But the more and more I thought about it. I realized it was no need to question there skills. So I didnt and said okay what about the oil leaks. Can the oil leaks be fixed?To replace a rack and pinion along with replacing the oil pan gasket would be 1300 dollars. I was shocked by the friendly staff telling me how much it would cost to fix oil leaks. So I actually thought maybe they included the a/c labor that they will not be able to fix.Needless to say I will not be returning back unless i just want to be around friendly people and hope anyone who read this will not go there for any type of auto repair.Outcome: I actually left and took the car to another shop not even 10 mins away and got it fixed. The rack and pinion replacement along with the oil pan gasket was 650 dollars. As you may recall sellers-stewart estimated 1300 dollars to do this job. Speechless!!And the a/c is now being looked at. Ill keep you guys posted.4 hours later.....The a/c had a bad switch along with damaged wires.Cost was 200 dollars for the repairs, total cost 850 dollars.

I used to go to another big name shop in town due to relatively inexpensive prices (compared to dealership). That is until I had to keep having the same thing repaired repeatedly. They were basically piece mailing me which gave the appearance of a good deal but it ended up costing more in the long run. I always had to take the car back on two occassions to have the same exact repair fixed. This led me to try other shops - until I found Sellers Stewart. I liked that they were always up front and honest about their pricing. No piece mailing me. In this industry the addage You get what you pay for comes to mind. You can cheap out and go to another shop but are you getting honesty or games that end up costing more in the long run? Ill take honesty and the highest quality service every day. Ive gone to them exclusively with my non-warranty vehicles for years and now my son is a loyal customer. Ill never go anywhere else again (so they need ro learn EVs LOL).
