I can not say how great the staff in the Service dept. treated me. I’m a traveling nurse from WV and I had a problem (Self inflicted 🤦🏼‍♀️) with the key to my Nissan Murano. I needed a repair and an inspection. The repair was covered by my warrantee, and was done at no charge. There was no debate over whether it was covered or not, they just got it done. They were also able to get it in right away and get it taken care of while I waited. I really appreciated how easy and efficient the whole process was. Thank you.

I purchased my Murano there, and of course have my oil changed there.Had a very slight shimmy on my steering wheel … they took care of it!…. Perfection!By far Marc Motors Exceeds all expectations.. when I am ready to trade in, without a question I will be getting my new car there!Best in class

Had vehicle serviced the other day, took one hour to do oil change and tire rotation. They they quoted me almost $100 to remove a “rats nest” for air cleaner box and replace air filter. I removed air filter box and found a couple acorns. On my second service they quoted me on replacing cabin air filter and on this current service they didn’t recommend changing this filter. Seems like they just want peoples money for services not needed.

I brought it in for an oil change etc and they found a leak that needs to be repaired. I am very thankful that they did that. I have had vehicles in the past where I have mentioned issues and they tell me there is nothing wrong. A few years later, bam, problem! Usually when the warranty is gone. Then I find out that what I was hearing was exactly what led to the problem! Thanks for picking up on a leak I never would have noticed until it was too late.

I am still learning about this Kicks Car but the sales person attended to my need as soon as I walked in. What she was not sure of, being a beginner, she found out what I needed to know. She was very gracious at making me comfortable and acceptant of the extra people that were coming to my side to make sure I got what I needed and not what someone might want to sell me.

Service is HORRIBLE I will never buy from the Nissan dealership again. Impossible to work with. I just need my sunroof fixed on my Altima I got in March. Now Im looking at water damage too on a car I just purchased in March. Horrible choice by taking my business over to Nissan. Insurance wont cover the damage because there was no event to cause the sunroof to basically explode. I will pay to fix the damage but hard when service cant even give a call back with a qoute

Service team is awesome! My car was scheduled for a warranty thing tomorrow, so I went to drop it off tonight. I realized on the way there that I wouldnt have a car tomorrow at all, since the person I carpool with was told today that he had an emergent work trip that leaves tomorrow, so I couldnt ride into work with him as usual. I asked if they did loaners, but they didnt. They looked at the clock and said they could get it done tonight if I could make it back by 6. Ill be heading back to pick up my car in a little bit, and Ill have my own ride for tomorrow!

The work was done in a timely manner for the amount of work done.Great communication with Kevin at the service desk and the work to be done was all layed out on my smartphone for me to see and approve each faze of the job.Scottie the mechanic did a great job and went the extra mile to make my Pathfinder run like new. When I inquire it is because I am seriously looking to make a purchase - if I get the details I need to make my decision. Once I have what I need and I feel like my questions or concerns have been addressed - then I follow through to complete the deal. I get a vehicle and you get a sale. Win-win!

Staff was extremely friendly. I was greeted immediately and was told they would be right with me. A staff member showed me to the waiting room and gave me an estimated time frame. When the time frame given was almost up, another employee came out to let me know it would be just a little longer and explained why. The waiting area was extremely clean and was a welcoming area with refreshments and a tv. My total wait time was a little over an hour but they did a full maintenance check, oil change and inspection. The time flew by and I appreciated the staff going above and beyond, getting everything I needed done for me that day.

Sales staff was very good. One young man was new but another more experienced sales person helped. The atmosphere in and around the showroom was very positive. We also met the owner Marc who we were told is always in the store. Even the last part of the deal, which I always dread - meeting with the finance person - was really positive. No heavy sales pitch to add on a bunch of warranties that we dont want. I have bought a bunch of cars over the years and really dread the whole process. I went in as a woman by myself, and assumed that I could be taken advantage of..... Isaiah Brown was my sales associate. When I finished with the paperwork I felt like I HAD TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HIM!!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make me happy with the purchase of my new NISSAN!!!! It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!

Had my oil change done and tire rotation. I was told that I needed an air filter cause of mice or some critter was making a home in the air filter. My husband who is a mechanic said he would change it not to pay your very expensive filter and to clean out the air filter area.When my husband went to change the air filter nothing was done, it was not cleaned out. He called and talked to Kevin who said we would have to charge you to clean it out. It took my husband 20 seconds to vacuum it out. It comes to a conclusion that they make a commission on other service items they sell to a customer. So you push the service on them.Your customer service is very poor and Kevin is very arrogant. Good customer service usually sells cars. Your customer service will never sell us another car or anyone we are telling.

They were great. I needed a vehicle and they did everything they could to help me get one. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Marc Motors. All of them are extremely nice and will do everything they can to help.

I do love the friendly customer service in the service department but the last two visits when scheduling an oil change they added tire rotation in which I didnt know until it was done. when I asked about it they said it should be done at every service appointment, but in the past it was done every other service date. This is something I can do on my own if needed and when it was every other schedule service appointment I didnt mind having them do this. but we are at hard times right now and I was not happy the way I feel they sneaked this in.

I came to Marc Motors following a glowing word-of-mouth recommendation...but I cant say that I will entirely return that favor. I came in to trade in my (still financed) car and bought a new car that I absolutely love. Our sales associate was great. We took our time together and really went over the numbers. We went back and forth on the numbers a LOT, in fact, which will be important soon. Did I sign the papers at the end of the day? I did. Thats on me. I didnt expect to be lied to, so I didnt look for the lie. I was told that my current car would be entirely taken care of (exact words, Well take care of the whole thing.) Marc Motors would pay the balance of the loan, which made good sense because that was the low-end estimate of the cars current value (and the car came with several value-added items, like brand new Husky floormats and a full set of barely-used winter tires with rims, worth about $1k all together). Thats what I was told they would do, so thats what I believe. Again, I fully accept that I should not have taken them at their honest word and should definitely have double-checked the many numbers that we discussed. At no point was it verbally confirmed how much money they were giving me for the trade-in: it was a mistake on my part not to ask, and suuuper shady in hindsight that they never once offered that information, merely repeated assurances that the car would be paid in full. Sure was: turns out that they paid OVER $2000 LESS than was owed on the car, and just rolled the balance into my current financing. By the time I was shown the true numbers (that of course I know I should have scanned more closely) I had already made my down-payment and, between taxes and fees and my full expectation of their honesty, I signed the papers. Whose fault is it really if you dont expect to get cheated at a car dealership? Hate to say that my downfall was believing the word-of-mouth about their honesty. I do love my new car. I may even have gone through with some version of the deal had they been 100% honest from the start. But they were not honest: the whole basis of our deal was that they would pay off my current car. They lied. I was too trusting to catch that, and I will give the same warning to everyone who asks: BUYER BEWARE.UPDATE (8/12): I spoke with Aimee at Marc Motors. I was able to express my concerns and I felt like those those concerns were listened to. She was clear that this is not how they intend to operate and they will continue make an effort for customers to be treated with transparency. I didnt expect them to make up the missing money (the deal is done, after all) but they did make a gesture to compensate for some of it, which I appreciated. Still bummed, but moving on.

Scheduled 8:30 Saturday oil change and was told they were going to do 2 recalls as well. Waited way too long. Got a loaner car and was told would be ready by 11 for sure. Back at 11 not ready; told ready by 12. Told they dont normally do recalls on a Saturday!!! Back at just before12 still not ready!!!!!! Told okay to go to lunch and come back. Back at 1:10 and it was finally ready.

Leased a new Rogue Sport. Salesman (Nick Boston) treated me extremely well. Found the style and color vehicle that I wanted and set me up with a lease program that works for me.Filled the gas, explained all of the equipment in the car and processed the paperwork with ease. I was very satisfied with my dealings.
