Great remote location thats accessable by different route not to mention convenient for other shopping needs. Not busy at all and last but not least I just got hired at the location! Only God.Come through its a nice area

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! AVOID FEDEX WHENEVER POSSIBLE! Of all of the deliveries I receive, whenever Fedex is involved Ive has delivery issues 100% of the time! Its quite ridiculous! They mark packages as delivered when they havent, then you deal with customer service (waste of time) and suddenly the package is delivered days later (or sometimes not at all). Theyre also known for leaving packages in unsafe locations.

They don’t pick up anything or post a package status in their system if you drop a package off at their outside drop box. Twice I’ve had items ship with 10 day delays. Never going here again

Too much attitude ...they worry more about ur mask than helping u out.....they think they are all that...THEYRE NOT....annoying ...they dont help you w nothing but excuses about covid....over the top reaction to covid....ridiculous

Bought a product from eBay. The seller shipped via FedEx 2 day shipping, but never arrived. Called customer service, finding out the shipper delivered to the wrong address and customer service tried contacting the shipping manager twice to file a claim but he/she did not answer. Will try again tomorrow. FedEx in San Rafael has gotten really bad lately since Amazon bailed on them. I strongly recommend to veer away from them and use alternatives than this place.

Nice and attentive clerks. Always a smile and asking how you are. Open from 8:45 till 7pm which allows for people to go there any time during the day. Clean, well lit with free parking.

Terrible customer service !! And the sign on the front door shows that they are open from 8am to 7pm and at 6:43 they kicked me out because they said that they had to close.

Great place but getting there during rush hour is crazy ridiculous. The jam started from 101 (northbound) as you crest the hill before the exit. It to close to 30 minutes to get there at this point, mostly made ugly by all those jerks that cut in the queue at the last minute at the exit!! Oh, FedEx shipping is just shipping there - its not a Kinkos. Its where you have to take any biohazardous packages because Kinkos wont. Good luck peeps!😁

Said my package was undeliverable and the business was closed which is a blatant lie. No attempt to redeliver, they sent it back that very same day 3 hours later. Now I cant get my item and am being issued a refund. Horrible service but not surprised from fedex
