As a real estate and loan signing agent, I have done business here more than once a week since March of this year. The staff, including but not limited to Keshia, Kristi, Victoria, and Andres, have consistently provided excellent customer service and have been very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I have overall found the staff and management to be quite accommodating, good at what they do, and able to communicate the project completion times they are facing. NEVER had the sort of negative experiences reviewed below.I do a lot of work here- all printing. 8x11, and over sized. Is it always perfect? is anything?Yes they do get busy. The biz model is not always drop in friendly due to their work load, but i order jobs on the website and they do the work within a day- no complaints.

Gigantic store - ONE EMPLOYEE!!!! Long line. Self service fax doesn’t work. Waiting forever for employee to fax my papers for me. Behind the counter fax doesn’t seem to work either. But employee went away to help everyone else. Crazy to only have one employee.
Showed up this morning 4/3/16 at 9.10am only to find it was closed, even though its supposed to be open. Spent about half hour trying to get through to FedEx Customer Service on the phone only to be told by a customer representative with an almost unintelligible accent that they could not file a complaint. I would have expected at least some sort of notice of apology on the door. If there were some sort of emergency then I understand but what gives?

Won’t recommend to go here. Super awful customer service if you see ladies. Guys who work here fine, but not the ladies. They are super rude & literally insult their customer as if that’s their normal thing. There are tons of other print shops, so no need to use this one.

Hate this place, have been twice now to get things packed and shipped, both time I was told I would have to come back during the daytime hours? If they are open why cant they pack and ship?? If I could do daytime hours I would have been there then, this place is open till 11pm, but apparently not to pack and ship after 6pm!!The first time I was told by the night shift man he couldnt pack my item because it was to heavy, it was an inkjet printer and weighed at most 15lbs, I carried from the car without problems! I left that night because it was too heavy, tonight it was a half hour before closing and the same night time guy told me he had too much of his own work to finish and I would have to leave the item and my credit card for the daytime staff or return the next day, NOT!!All I can say is if you need to make a copy or use the computer self service then they are open till eleven, if you need assistance and its after 5 or 6, dont waste your gas!
Shockingly rude and alarmingly indifferent. I run a small business in Marin (for 20 years) and unfortunately have to deal with this location frequently. I engage FedEx as a company constantly and am a huge fan so this location is like a Twilight Zone mystery to me, they should honestly all be fired and the location relocated. Yes, they are that bad. I DO have a reasonable, efficient, professional experience here once in awhile. Its the exception.
Worst Exeperience ever. They have most outdated scanner. It took a lot time to scan. I really disappointed. Because of slow speed i charged 15$ for 8 pages scanning.
Depressing and very minimal help. No access for the disabled. You have to ring the buzzer and wait for them to walk over and open door. Instead of paying for a buzzer to buzz for attention, why not have it open door automatically?

If I could give less than one star I would. First off, the computer didnt work (which is also connected to the scanner), every time I went to turn on the computer it would automatically turn off. I am unsure how many times you have to ask for help from the woman at the counter (she is in her mid-forties with dark curly hair). She was too busy gossiping with her friend to pay attention to her paying customers. I am very surprised with the sheer lack of customer service and complete disrespect she had, seemed like any customer who needed anything was an inconvenience for her. All I had was the simple task of printing and scanning and I was unable to do so. I Left the store paying ten dollars in charges and nothing to show for it. I will never go back here and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their customer service is.

I went to Kinkos with $9.11 on my Kinkos card. I had one simple task. To go online, access my email and print out two single sheet pdf files. I put the card into their machine and every internet and printing function worked well, except the meter taking money off my card raised so fast, I was unable to print out the second single sheet because the card ran out of funds.Nine dollars and eleven cents and I was unable to go on the internet, log into my email account and print out two single pdf documents.smh (shake my head)Im going to buy a printer now, but I wanted to keep it green. Guess greed got in the way of that.
This place is hit or miss, sometimes they are great other times they will miss your package and it fets sent out late...
Worst Kinkos ever. All 3 times I’ve come in there’s been a long line of people waiting and only one employee. Terrible management
WORST, WORST customer service ever, every time I asked for help they told me they were busy, and couldn’t help and when they finally assisted me they did it with the worst attitude, never coming back there and I don’t recommend this place 👎
The rep refused to ship a package that was shipped in another store no questions asked. She was rude when I asked why she cant ship it and told me to leave the store.
Each visit is miserable due to lack of help. Very Expensive ground shipping!
