Edward was very helpful in transferring me over to Verizon from a different phone company. I was told that it is a family owned business and so I like supporting families local to me. I was hesitant to go to a Verizon store while on vacation because I did not want to ruin my day, but I was desperate, so dispute the negative reviews I went to Click Away. Nicholas was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, no hard sell, or long winded spiels, just great customer service. He explained that his new manager and he were working hard to change the image of the store to a friendly local business atmosphere people would want to frequent and that is exactly what we experienced. My friend and I left very pleased to have stopped in with All problems solved and questions answered. .

Never did figure out how I screwed my phone up so much and I kept fussing with it. my pictures wouldnt attach to my text messages and when I sent the texts to my sister they showed up without picture attached. I walked into store when I was passing by on my way elsewhere and handed the sales clerk my phone and told him what had happened. he laughed and laughed at my frustration. he understood why I was ready to turn the phone back into Verizon and go back to an old fashion phone like blackberry. he fixed and kept laughing. I also neglected to say in my frustration over the phone I laughed at my own inability to fix it. he fixed it and I walked out the door laughing at him repairing the phone for me for free. of course I appreciated his help. free help is always great when a damsel is in distress.

Went into the store to get help with my account. I forgot my wallet on counter left store for no longer then three minutes, came back in there wasnt a single customer in store and my wallet was missing. I demanded the clerks play back the video tapes so we could see what happened and was told there video cameras dont work- how convenient. Im 100% positive the two workers there yesterday know what happened to my wallet. When you know something in your gut you just know. I would never recommend going to this place or getting assistance from these people here they are crooked. Horrible place horrible workers and just an overall horrible day yesterday.

I connected my Samsung S6 to my laptop to download photos, as I have done before, and in the lower right corner of my laptop screen, I saw that the phone initiated and then began some sort of update. In the middle of that spontaneous update, a message appeared on the phones screen that the device had disconnected (I hadnt touched it, not that I can ever prove that) and then a turquoise screen appeared that said UPDATE INTERRUPTED. So yesterday just before noon, I walked into this Verizon store and handed the phone to an employee named Nicholas, who said he would call me before 4 p.m. yesterday with an update. He even gave me his personal cell number. Unfortunately, here is what then occurred:1. I didnt hear from Nicholas before 4, so I called and was told he hadnt gotten to my phone yet, so he would call me before 7:30 p.m. to let me know what happened.2. No call from Nicholas.3. This morning, 40 minutes after the store opened, I called his cell and left a message asking about the phone.4. No call from Nicholas.5. I just walked into the store again and learned that Nicholas is off today. I explained the situation to another employee, who texted Nicholas and then told me that Nicholas was not able to restore the phone and that it is dead. Good to know, I replied.He asked me what I want to do now. Im not sure I want to invest in another device like the S6, which comes with conveniently built-in planned obsolescence via the horribly-complicated-to-replace battery. I told him my concern about the battery, and he said he was not familiar with that issue. I dont know what to say about that.He then charged me $39.99 for this experience. I understand if the phone cannot be repaired. However, Im feeling pretty had by Verizon today. Verizon basically destroyed my phone via an automated and then self-aborted update; then, after an employee failed to follow through on multiple assurances to contact me, the employee took my 40 bucks and offered me a $40 discount if I bought a new phone from him. I wont be using this Verizon location again.

On business travel for the wild fires and my older iphone was acting up. My corp people sent me a new iphone, but my contacts did not come over. After a little explaining of my situation for travel and work and being in the area for 30 days, Whitney totally stepped up and took care of my issue. She is a 10 star employee, and I would welcome her to my team any day.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I will never go back and filed a complaint with both the District, and Regional, Managers who were wonderful.The turnover at this location is quite high with the exception of the Manager who seemed to take pleasure in degrading the customer before me who left with his head hanging. It was unneccesary and mean spirited, and unkind.Really disappointing.

I have had a terrible experience with them, where are they give me very unrealistic time frames about getting back to me, took a piece of my equipment to check, and still havent gotten back to me after several weeks and are impossible to get through to.
