Nobody showed up for my appointment.Had an appointment scheduled for over a month. Called to confirm time a week in advance, everything was fine. Someone called me back to confirm again the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. I called screenmobile and was told that service are on their way but will be late, really late. My guess is they never left until I called.The lady on the phone gave me some talk about how I should be grateful for their 2 hour window because “most companies will only give you 4” and how “things happen in life”.I never thought a screen door company can be this smug. Its a freaking screen, get it fixed by literally anyone else, dont bother with these people.Terrible

Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my sliding glass screens and doors were working & locking properly. They also checked 2 other screens that I had installed backwards. Office was also great at confirming appts and pricing.
