Incredible service. The owner of this branch came all the way to San Francisco at night to switch my battery for me (the SF branch guy was on vacation). He even gave me an extra battery and toolkit just in case. Absolutely incredible. They really stand behind their amazing service and products.

Excellent screen repair on my I-phone 8. He was very friendly and changed a fair price.

IPad mini screen repair was terrible. Need to tap and hold for 3 - 5 seconds for a responses. When I brought it up to associate he kept tapping and almost argued with me, but took payment anyway. 2 months later the home button broke... think they switch the button and digitizer for there generic brand. And took my original apple brand.

Horrible experience and bad service, they charged me and never repaired my ipad.Not recommended
