They literally broke my iPad when replacing the screen. They even tried to hide their failure. Do not trust this store with your device

This place was fast quick and awesome. Tin helped me out. He was super friendly and efficient. Told me it would take an hour to fix my cracked screen... it took about 45 minutes to get it done. Hopefully my iPhone doesn’t get broken again but I definitely recommend this place!

My screen was a complete mess. They replaced it within an hour for a very fair price—just $110. It looks as good as new. The guys were really nice too.

This store has bad customer service. We had a warranty through Costco (square trade) that only allows repairs at 2 stores, Petaluma or San Rafael. We decided to stay in the county and chose this store for screen repair. They had to order the screen (we prepaid) and said three to five days for it to arrive (iPhone 11). A week later we hadnt heard from them; when my husband called to ask about it, they said they tried to call, but the phone hadnt worked! Hmmmm, all our other calls went through, no problem.I brought the phone in for repair and also brought a glass cover for the screen to protect it from more damage. An extra $5 for putting the cover on. Fine, I paid it. When I picked it up, the guy told me they got a few dust specks under the cover! Not a huge deal, but I had professionals do it to avoid that happening! Now, 9 days later, the corner of the cover is peeling up and since they didnt provide the cover, tough luck.Also, they could not use genuine Apple parts (why would square trade restrict me to an unauthorized parts dealer?) so they told me Id get an error message about unauthorized parts for five days. Nine days later, Im still seeing an error message! I called in and they told me its fifteen days for the error message in the place Im setting it (settings), but was just five days on the screen lock. When asked why they didnt tell me about the fifteen days and save me a phone call, they blamed it on Apple!I recommend trying a different repair shop if you want professional service.

I have been in here four times now over the years, and every time has been an excellent experience. My most recent visit was to replace the cracked screen on my iPad, and it was a great experience. They are very polite, extremely professional, and well priced. Also it’s a drop in with quick service (unlike the Apple store), so highly recommended -you will be pleased.

Gadget Pro took good care of my phone today. They are busy on Sundays...be patient...I still appreciate that they fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone 5s in just over one hour. Beats using my insurance and paying the $199 deductible, and having to transfer all my data, etc. Good as new! Thanks guys.

These guys are the nicest people who deal with cell phones. I had to have my sim card cut so it would fit into a I phone 5 which nobody else in Marin County was able or willing to do. They did it in a minute and only charged me $5. I recommend them anytime......

This cellphone repair shop is by far the best. They’ll fix your phone and don’t charge an arm and a leg to do so. Extremely reasonable!!! 👍🏼

I had 2 iPhones and one iPad to repair and didnt know who to call. One of the iPhones was water damaged and the other gadgetss screens were cracked . I found this company online and Valentin was not only very responsive, but he actually came to my house to fix them, as with such a busy schedule at work, I just couldnt find the time to go to his location. He fixed them all in no time. Reasonable prices, best quality and great customer service!

Recently purchased a iPhone from these guys that was a total waste of money. Constant problems and no solution. I do not recommend these guys even though they are friendly and want to help you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Amazing customer service and turn-around time, truly.But the product is terrible. I had my phone done in December and it cracked due to cold (~30F) weather-- I left it in my glove box while climbing and came back to a cracked screen. I explained this to them and they redid it in January, true to their warranty.That screen cracked in March for the same reason-- 25-degree cold -- going outside in my (waterproof) jacket pocket in the snow. I called them with my complaint and they said they would give me a discount on a screen replacement, so I went back a third time.This screen never seemed to work quite right-- some of the buttons were sticky and there was some lag. I thought it was just the screen protector they put on, but no. When my screen inevitably cracked again (Im out in 20-30F weather frequently and NEVER had an issue with the real apple screen), I had someone else do it with a real Apple screen. Apparently, Gadget Pro had failed to connect the home button cable correctly.Go to the real apple store and get a real apple screen.

A friend broke my i pad, took it here and the screens fixed but the I pad system is completely messed up. Non stop glitching, cannot detect my finger, and apps shut out by themselves.. not so happy

Overpriced...snobby...if it isnt a iPhone we dont touch it....of course they dont...what they charge for labor n parts only a person w a 600 plus dollar phone can afford it...waste of money....dont believe me? Go there n see...

The team at Gadget Pro has always come through for me, whether it was to repair a cracked screen or to restore data back to me. They are polite, professional and get the work done quickly.

I do NOT suggest going there. I payed 130$ and also had to wait a week for the screen to come in. As soon as i went to pick it up the side buttons will not work and the screenshoting.

They totally ruined my phone. It was a little cracked and now the screen taps in random places and sometimes just dose not respond to touch at all. Save yourself $100+ dollars and find somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.
