Friendly staff, decent selection of storage box sizes, and the price is OK for the are. My box was pretty clean and well ventilated. The facilities are basic (no climate control units), but that works for me. I wish there were more parking.

Eric was excellent. When I originally looked the space was not suitable for me. He told me he would call if a ground floor unit became available. After a few weeks he called and offered to hold the space for me for a few days. I took the unit he offered and it was exceptionally easy process.

It is very budget - no elevator upstairs but they are upfront about it. Good price and the gentleman there was incredibly nice and professional. I think it’s being run by a good team.

My mother has two storage spaces at this location, so I come here often to access her space and pick up/drop off items for her. The gentleman Malcolm in the office today was helpful, as I needed help moving a television out of the way to get to the back of the space. Thanks again!

I have been with Budget Mini Storage for 15 YEARS...They have been wonderful in each and every respect. The Staff is incredible.!! They are helpful and understanding .They have always been so kind to me and all their customers. They have become like FAMILY to me . Very concerned..and acommodating to everyone. Never in 15yrs. have I ever had a bad experience. And not even so much as an unpleasant or unkind word. LOVE THE INTEGRITY OF Budget and staff.. I never felt like just a NUMBER... Love them all !! Budget Mini Storage has the best deals around plus other incentives to get as many discounts as possible. That alone already makes the experience easier. Then, when you add the great customer service and the great staff, its by far the best storage facility you could possibly choose. They are always kind and professional, but personable. its a great atmosphere. You really get the feeling that no matter what, their concern lies in the customers satisfaction, and that is the most important to me.

I would like to thank Rachel and her store for her excellent service and hospitality. Also a very SPECIAL THANKS to the young gentleman Malcolm for helping move my old TV into my storage even in the rain he had a positive attitude and was very nice and humble.

Budget Mini Storage is the place to go when you need to store anything from small items to an entire household!! I would recommend them to anyone! The manager Katy and the weekend shift-person, Kathy, were both very accommodating and extremely helpful!! I even sold a few items and made some extra cash at the Yard Sale this past September!! I made a reservation the day prior to me having to DRIVE ALL THE WAY to LOS ANGELES AND BACK to the Bay Area. I left at 0430 and left LA right at 1200 to make it to Budget before they closed at 1730 (5:30pm).They called me to confirm the reservation on my way to LA and I explained the situation and that I would be there today.I arrived at Budget at 5:10 and stood in front of the door for 18 mins for the young dirty blonde hair girl to come back and ask me what I needed help with. I explained who I was and she said she was closed.I explained Ive been standing here for 20 minutes. She said, Yea. I was out on the property doing stuff.I explained I just drove all the way from LA to make it here in time to get my storage unit, which I reserved.Before she opened the office door, she says she already shut down the system.Wow! Great customer service and an awesome way to avoid work before closing. Just spend the last 30 mins away from the office doing stuff.I would rather lose their promotional price to pay double elsewhere.Now I have things piled in my hybrid until I find another storage unit. Thanks budget!!!

I was there moving a customer out. They had only been there for 1 month. All of their belongings were infested with mice. The poor lady had to throw out a lot of her childs baby keepsakes. We saw maybe 20 different mice in the unit in the 2 hours we were there.

Great service, staff was very friendly and helpful. No hidden fees .
