Jerry was an absolute pleasure talking to! He helped us more than most, and we had alot of questions about certain products. Never once did I feel like I was getting on his nerves, more as if I was his friend. Thanks to the zone and Jerry for making my smoke shop stop so smooth!!!

Purchased a Seahorse Lookah that had a defective quartz coil attachment and when I mentioned it to the staff I was told that I could come into get a replacement. Unfortunately I showed up to get the part just to be told they dont carry the replacement but he would make an exception and take one off another seahorse but charge me. For the price he wanted to charge me I could have bought a new device. Crazy and the worst customer service ever. Ive wasted time and money. Dont shop here unless you want to be ripped off. They clearly run a shifty business.

DO NOT SHOP HEREI came in on Tuesday and bought a vape. The employee said it didnt go through on his end. I said I would take my business elsewhere. As Im checking my bank statement turning on Delaware, I see it went through.I turned around and confronted the employee. He said he couldnt give it to me because it didnt show on their system and to wait a few days for it to reverse on my bank statement. It didnt reverse!!Thanks for stealing $34 for a freaking vape thats $25 everywhere else!!!BAD BUSINESS, DO NOT SHOP HERE

They have decent selection and they stay open late which is a plus but the pricing is higher then any other shop I go too. Same items but way higher prices.

Very helpful staff. However prices seem inflated after hardships in ordering to Ca. Plus he only had 35 or 55 nic salt & Im used to 18....

I expected a run of the mill smoke shop considering the area of location...I was pleasantly surprised and really impressed with the selection and quality of his pipes and bongs. His prices are just right too... I love buying new toys to smoke with but hate paying the prices...the zone makes it possible to splurge on yourself buy something fun 🌲

Was sold a dab pen battery that they said was compatible to my cartridge that I even brought in and they said I needed to charge the pen so it could work. So I drop 40$ on the pen and take it home get a full charge on it and doesn’t work w my cartridge or any of the other 3 cartridges my friends have, take it back one day later and they say they do not do refunds on pens very disappointed and will not be shopping here ever again. Horrible rude service and little knowledge of their products

The staff always takes time to answear all the customers question, plus you get a sence of good all times where customer is always right. If you a short a few dollars sometimes it is ok. Great model in customer care for all of the large impersonal corporations. Definatelly lots of regular customers.
