The staff are helpful and friendly to my kids. Everything was well stocked and neatly organized. My kids enjoyed making their new stuffed animal.

Amount of bears and sounds was low. but very happy they are observing social distancing and mask wearing.

The lady was not very friendly and grumpy,if I had time I would have driven to valley fair, they are super nice at that store.wont be going back to that build a bear store again.

Always a fun rxperience. This trip they were low on stock, which is quite understandable given the past year. I can, however, get an awesome Dalek plush from the online store. Sweet! I collect Daleks.

The staff there on our visit were rude and very unhelpful. Wont be returning to that one

Very patient workers, super nice and really try to make the whole process a truly unique experience. My 2 and 6 year old daughters have been to this Build a Bear twice and both times loved the experience.

We spent over $100 on two stuffed bears and two days later they had completely fallen apart with the stuffing falling out..

Love going to build a bear even tho I am 20 something!! Will forever go here, the workers are nice and keep the experience the same for children and adults alike!! Have made different bear/ friends from different build a bears.... Love them all!! 🐻

It was my first time building a bear at age 18, along with my sisters at 21 years of age. & yes, it was a bit weird being the only teens in a store filled with kids & their parents. But the employees there were super friendly & still gave us the same experience as those lucky children. It was an amazing experience all around. I highly recommend that everyone does this at least once. It would also be a great birthday present/activity.

My son and I recently tried to visit your San Mateo Hillsdale Mall location. Unfortunately he was turned away due to your staff having a lack of knowledge regarding medically exempt face coverings and special needs discriminatory laws. Its unfortunate that his first experience at your store was one of incompetence and plain disrespect from your staff. My autistic three year old simply wanted to experience build-a-bear for the first time but unfortunately your stores policy had a blanket, one size fits all mask approach.

My daughter has over 35 build a bears(!!!).However DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!!! Pay your age? Dont make me laugh! Doubt the staff could add 1+1. Had a pay your age email, my daughter made her bear then told to pay full price as voucher was invalid! CON JOB AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Customer service accused me of trying to be a con man!! 35 bears REALLY!!! GET LOST LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS OF 6+ YRS! Wake up build a bear! Or are you still asleep! No response needed at least not from yourCustomer Service who accused me of trying to con a $10 bear!

Great place to build memories by putting together your own bear.

A very nice store to bring your kids, after coming here you can be sure they are happy. You choose what kind of stuff toy you want. Then they put stuff on the toy.There are many different options also, put a heart, so when you press the button, you can feel a heart beat. Or record a voice so when you press button it reads out what you recorded.Then you choose what kind of cloths and accessories or shoes you want.Then you scan the stuff toy barcode and make a birth certificate for the toy.Make sure you give enough time when coming to this store.

Came in for a few last minute Christmas gifts and found what I needed immediately. Would be a great experience for kids. Friendly staff. Pretty pricey though...

Pretty cool place for the little ones, staff makes them feel special and keeps the kids involved with the process.

Fuuunnnnn, how can you not enjoy the visit, whatever age you maybe. They hooked me and reeled me in and my $80.00.
