Well organized store with an absolutely massive selection of wine, spirits and beer!

Good selection of wine and everything, but they have a stupid rule, when another person with you should present ID, even if he/she is not buying anything. Couple times they didn’t sell me the products, because my friend didn’t have ID and he was obviously older than 30. Sorry, but 2 stars.

This place is ginormous! Huge selection of items from a spectrum of prices to taste. I love the mini whisky tasting bottles. Good way to try a drink without having to buy a big bottle.I found the prices somewhat reasonable. The Sahale snacks were cheaper than target! 😆

Huge place! Lots of beers and wines. But, don’t have too much choice of sake and Japanese whiskey.

To preface, my friends and I are mid 20s and have never had a negative experience getting carded before.However, every time I go here with my friends, this one particular employee at this store goes out of her way to embarrass and confront us.The first incident happened on September 18th when my friend and I decided to split up to buy limes at Target and a tequila at total wine. He came to meet us at checkout after he had bought the limes and the employee decided to get confrontational. She held the items that I had already paid for hostage and demanded that he show his ID. We understand that shes following store policy, but the overtly aggressive and rude manner that she confronted us ruined our experience shopping that day.The second incident happened tonight when we went to grab some alcohol. As there were two registers open and we were paying separately anyways (and partly because some of us didnt want to deal with this lady again), we decided to split up into the separate registers to pay. Despite all of us having IDs, ready to be scanned, she once again confronted us for splitting up (despite planning on paying separately?) and held us up in both lines as people started to line up behind us. Whats more offensive is the fact that after wasting all this time, she goes out of her way to call the manager over (without being asked to) when were just ready to leave. As a result, we had to spend another 10 minutes explaining to the manager something that should have never happened.Im unsure about what her problem with us is, but I find it ridiculous that I have to go through these experiences that ruin the night right before were about to have a fun night drinking.Despite all her negativity, I would recommend going to this location and the other Total Wines as they have great selection of products at great prices, as long as you dont encounter her at the checkout.

Not sure if this is a one-time thing, but it was insanely hard to find what I was looking for. Different bottles were oddly categorized and placed in non-alphabetical order. That made it hard to find items. Other TW locations dont have this issue.

They have a great selection of gluten free beer and organic wines!

Look into the wine events/classes. they are very good. good value and great information. and of course plenty of wine.

Just shop around, accompany friend.Look into Rose section found only Spain special section, cant found Portugal Rose. Came to champagne section trying to find Baby Cham but not insight. Last visit white wine try to find Germany Black Tower, also nothing. Do you have these in store, will come to check it up. Tks

Great staff. Couldnt find my favorite wine and the sales associate went in the back and brought out a whole case. Ive been in stores where they wont do that for you so thats a real plus for me Hope it will be for you too

In an amazing place like this, its nice there was alot of friendly employees offering to help me find what I was looking for.

Of course, all employee always greets loudly whenever I visit.I would like to praise Richard, who always checks the stock and location of the shelves quickly,and Grant who helps me with detailed explanations of my bottle.All employees are on good,friendly, and helpful.They not only work hard but also approach all guests kindly before they need help.

Its a warehouse full of alcohol and alcohol accessories, whats not to like?In all seriousness, I walked into Total Wine knowing very little about alcohol. I was helped by 2 different people. One of which helped me find some accessories I was looking for and another, Tania, who helped me find a good bottle of bourbon to start my whisky journey on. Tania went above and beyond with her recommendations and her knowledge of whisky, it was a lot of fun learning from her!The location is convenient and the prices are good.5/5

The people here are absolutely amazing. I walked in looking for a few very specific bottles and Tania killed it with her customer service. She found one of the bottles I was looking for and then introduced me to a bunch of other bourbons I had either not tried or never heard of before. This specific total wine is not super close to my house, but it will still be my number one place to go. Great prices, great selection, great people, I can’t say enough great stuff about this place.

Place to go if you want great prices!

Clean and has a huge selection of beverages, cigars, and mixing ingredients (obvious from the name). Compared to maybe Bevmo, much higher chance of finding the specific mix you need here. Prices are competitive too with Bevmo.Staff are friendly too!

As I always describe this - its candyland for adults! With everything that is going on in the world, its great to see establishments like these stay open for us.With a HUGE variety of alcohol, non alcohol, snacks, etc. This is pretty much your one stop shop. And Ive found most of the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.Hopefully, once things start opening up - the tastings will be back. You will taste new selections, and make friends! Trust me, I have, and OH what a great time.

So much easier to pick up now. In April, you had to walk all the way to the back of the store to pick up your online order.Now, you park in one of the designated spots and text your name and which spot you are in. A customer service representative comes out with your order, checks your ID, then puts your order in the car.Love it!

The staff at this location of Total Wine are amazing. I came in looking for a hard-to-find bottle that they had in-stock. It was a Wednesday morning and the staff were busy restocking the store after the long holiday weekend. Still, they took the time to help me find what I was looking for and luckily found it in the back. Super friendly, amazing people. That will keep me coming back even though this store isnt the nearest Total Wine near me.

Decent selection. If you’re one who buys a lot of a particular varietal, the selection can get old as they replenish a lot of the same winery offerings each year. With an ever increasing list of “winery direct” wines, they seem to be going down the BevMo “me too” path. The rewards program is mostly non-value adding too. Great concept, but when no priority is given to high value customers it defeats the purpose IMO. Their site claims a perk of their highest loyalty status is “priority access to select products.” The only access granted is a chance to buy a rare bourbon... a great perk for someone who likes bourbon IF you actually get allocated. If not, it’s no different than anyone else. That said, I’m a Grand Reserve Member 2 times over 2/3 into the year no less but will likely take my spend elsewhere in ‘21. What a shame.

A toy and candy store for adults. Love this place. Huge variety of quality wines as well as the usual wineries. They have hard liquors, beers, and any accessory needed for the bar. What I love is the broad price range, brands, including international brands. The broad variety of all alcohols is amazing. All this plus really great customer service and knowledge you could spend hours here. I havent been there for a tasting yet but they offer tasting times so Ill need to take advantage of that!

The workers here are to help you with finding what suits your taste. If you can’t find it, then ask them to special order it for you. Yes that is an option. Don’t be held back my Safeway’s small collection for the masses. Get that private bottle that you enjoy

A super store for booze and virtually anything related. Cavernous, with row after row of fully stocked shelves. If they dont have it, you dont want it. Cold case and ice are all the way back right. Beer starts on the right side just after the cigars. Plenty of parking. Grab a cart on the way in (the baskets dont hold nearly enough). If the world ends, meet here.

Great selection of both wine and liquor. Pretty good prices and if you sign up they email you special offers that can save you another 20% on their winery direct wines. They often have tastings in the store on the weekend.

Management here is aggressive and rude. We were super excited to see that a beer we’ve been having trouble finding (because it’s been discontinued) was available at this particular location. We looked online at several locations and this was the only one that had it so we placed the order online and drove 2 hours down from San Francisco to pick it up. When we arrived the beer they provided was not the one we ordered. We were informed they didn’t have the one we were looking for and they reiterated multiple times that it was discontinued (which we explained we knew and that the discontinued one showed up on the website as available at only this location along with the new version - not in place of it.) We returned the beer that we didn’t want and left, no big deal right? We received a survey request which asked only one yes or no question; were you satisfied with your purchase? We replied no and left a politely worded comment explaining that we drove for 2 hours to get a beer they said they had but didn’t and we’d appreciate it if someone could mark it as out of stock so that others didn’t have the same issue. Apparently that request was too much for management who called us this morning and threw a temper tantrum about the fact that they can’t control their own website. How they operate their business is not our problem and I’m sure they know who to pass the info to, no need to be rude to us over it. Overall if this is how they treat customers when they mess something up they don’t need any more of my money.
