Awesome staff. Tiara and Edie were very helpful. Products are great. The company should give them a raise or something because they deserve it. I went to the one in hillsdale mall. Definitely recommend going over there!!!
This is my first time trying products from this brand. But this review is not for the products because I just purchased them yesterday. This review is for the woman who assisted me. I didnt get her full name but my receipt says my cashier was G. I just want to say that Gs customer service was amazing. she said she noticed me gravitating towards skin care back and forth. And asked me what my skin care regimen was. I told her my skin care was very simple and wasnt anything special. and that I always look at skin care products but I never purchase anything because there was so many products to choose from. I get overwhelmed and I never know what would work for me. I told her a few issues I had with my skin and what I wanted to fix and she picked out a few things that she told me would work for me. she showed me how to use them and answered all my questions and gave me step by steps. She was super nice, patient and very knowledgeable on the products. If the products she picked out for me work well I will definitely come back and purchase more of the products she suggested to me. Thank you G!
I’ve been using the men’s face moisturizer but a friend recommended that the beard oil is a much better product. So went to try it out. I asked one of the shop attendants about it. First, The attendant refused for a sample. When I asked again that I need to try it on my skin before purchasing, the attendant came back with 2 drops in a 5ml transparent container. One of the worst customer service ever. Won’t be purchasing body shop products again.
Natural, ethically produced beauty, bath and body products that supports fair trade. They do not test their products on animals. This is my go-to place to purchase beauty, bath and body products for gift giving, especially during Christmas, because they create cool gift baskets. Their body butters smell and work wonders with really dry skin. Satsuma and Mango are my favorites.
Very disappointed. I saw a the store was having a sale so I stopped in to buy a nostalgic fragrance. At 10:30am today, I stopped in to look around and I found a couple more items to purchase : then : the sales associate approached me. I had opened an item that didnt have a tester available, so I could smell it. The associate said, You cant open those, now I have to throw it away. I explained I didnt touch the product and she said it didnt matter, the items in the store have to be thrown out if opened because air starts their decomposition process. The item is only good one year after that air touches it.So many people go in there and open products to smell them, so there are hundreds of items on the shelves that are oxidizing. How long after their opened to they sit there before you bring them home? Why isnt there a seal on non-tester items? Do they throw away products each time they see someone open them? I must have opened 5+ non-testers today (again, didnt touch any product) that she didnt see me open to smell. Are you buying rancid products? (Thats the sales associates word, not mine.) She didnt seem to have confidence in the product quality or shelf like, and even suggested I go to Sephora. These comments lead me to walk away from making a purchase I was really looking forward to.I hope HQ becomes aware that their sales people are pushing buyers to stores like Sephora.
