I was looking for shoes for my wedding day and feel in love with Bella Belle shoes! But they wouldn’t arrive in time. I searched all over the internet and found this small shop for bridal accessories which had the shoes I wanted! I sent a email and Lisa responded quickly! She shipped it next day and also offered to help pick out jewelry! She saved my big day! Thank you again!

Lisa went above and beyond to help me with my order and she made sure I had everything I needed for choosing the perfect accessories for my big day. Lisa at Perfect Details was so great to work with when I was looking for wedding shoes. She replied right away when I emailed her and asked for some more information about my taste and my wedding dress. I sent her a picture of my dress, and she compiled a great list of shoe possibilities that would work well with my dress. When I showed up to try things on, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave me the option to take the shoes home, check them against my dress, and then return them if they werent exactly right. Overall, a great company and a great experience!

I was looking everywhere for a pair of Emma Belle Belle shoes and I finally came across this website. I had my dress fitting a little over a week when I ordered the shoes from Perfect Details. I sent an email inquiring about an estimated shipping arrival date. I received a response on the same day from Lisa who assured me they would arrive on time. I received the shoes in perfect, brand new condition in time for my fitting all the way on the other side of the country despite COVID-19 complications delaying packages. I am so grateful for finding this store! Would absolutely recommend.

I went to the physical address itself, but wen I looked for the suit # doesnt belong to Perfect Details . I found out by the tenant of that suit # that they always have people coming to the place asking for the perfect Details business. I dont now why they advertise this business with an address that its not theirs and only when you call the given phone number is when you find out that they operate by appointment only... but what address... if they falsely use someone elses address. I cant make comments about their products yet, although they look pretty in the pictures.

I ordered a Paris by Debra Moreland hair comb from Perfect Details and received it in the time listed on their website. She had the best price for the bridal comb and emailed me to check on my timing. Comb arrived in great condition and as expected.

I purchased the Frances crystal beaded Bella Bell shoes in ivory from Perfect Details for my wedding on 12/9/18. I have problems with my feet, so prior to making my purchase I spent weeks trying on different pairs of shoes until I landed on a pair that I thought I could stand in all night. I had originally purchased the shoes from Nordstrom in the Champagne color (as that was the only color they carried). However, when I went for my first fitting a few weeks before my wedding, I didnt love the champagne color with my dress and wanted to try them in ivory. After doing some research online, I found the shoe at Perfect Details (and they were cheaper than Nordstrom!!). However, my next fitting was a week later and I was concerned the shoe wouldnt arrive on time (I live in NJ and the shoe would be coming from CA). Before placing my order, I called Perfect Details and spoke to Lisa. I voiced my concerns about the shoes not arriving on time and she assured me they would. I also asked Lisa if she could check the shoes to make sure they were in perfect condition before shipping them to me. I explained to her that I had initially planned on going with the champagne color and ordered 5 of the same pair online from Nordstrom because I found an imperfection in each pair that arrived. Lisa was wonderful! She assured me she would check the shoes before shipping them out. Just as Lisa promised, the shoes arrived on time for my fitting and in perfect condition! I tried them on with the dress and they looked amazing! Then after the wedding, I called Lisa and explained to her that one of the heels got ruined while we were taking picture and I wanted to buy another pair. She was so kind and amazing!! She offered to sell them to me at a very generous discount!!!! I would absolutely encourage anyone planning a wedding to go to Perfect Details!!! Lisa was absolutely amazing!!!!!

Awful customer service. Purchased $230 earrings from this company, received the earrings but the “white pearls” were silver. I contacted the company about a return (you have 5 days after receiving the item to request a refund and ship back the product.) It took them 4 days to reply, even though they expect you to request a refund and ship it back in 5? They have extremely specific return and shipping requests. It cost me a fortune to return my earrings due to their shipping requests. They also charge a 5% restocking fee for all returns. It’s been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund or promises of a refund. Which means I’ve been paying 19% interest on my credit card for 2 months and now expected to pay a 5% restocking fee on top of that. I have contacted the company and keep getting excuses as to why they are too busy to process my return. On June 27th they told me via email they were too busy as they “were just getting back from a fashion show and getting caught up” “we will process your return within the next week.” It’s now July 18th and no emails or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I dont know how Tiffany & Heather managed to have an experience with Perfect Details that was so different & completely the opposite of mine.Perhaps a little Bridezilla here? Lisa was more than helpful when i took my sister to her studio & she managed to make it a positive & fun experience for my sister who was, to say the least, highly anxious about her upcoming nuptials, this being her 2nd wedding. Lisa has a broad price range & some the best high quality designer accessories with much to choose from. As for her return policies they were very well spelled out & you know what to expect going into the shop. I highly recommend this shop & if you cant get to her, shes online as well.

I have purchased a large number of Sorrelli items from Perfect Details. My experiences have been uniformly excellent - the items are beautiful, exactly as pictured on the website, and shipping time is very reasonable. I honestly cant imagine anyone getting a Sorrelli item and thinking it looks cheap, since Sorrelli makes some of the highest quality costume jewelry on the market, which has a lifetime warranty. (Sorrelli repaired a ring of mine that got run over by a car, back to perfect condition, for free.) I find Perfect Details to be top notch in every way, and the customer service I have experienced is exceptional.

I just experienced the worst customer service Ive ever had. My mom ordered me the haute bride crystal drop earrings for my wedding as my statement piece of jewelery. When they arrived I wasnt thrilled with their quality but since I spent so much time researching this piece I stuck with my decision to wear them on my wedding day. They sat in the box as did all of the other items I purchased for the wedding. However when I put them on minutes before my ceremony the crystal in the front came off in my fingers. I had to substitute for the earrings my mom brought for herself. When I called after getting home from my honeymoon the woman on the phone immediately started talking over me when she found out why I was calling. She insinuated that I mishandled them by saying I dont know what you did to them after you received them and was on the defense the entire call. I have to say NONE of the other vendors I used for the wedding came close to being as rude and unaccommodating as the woman from perfect details. Unfortunately I am stuck with a $195 pair of earrings that, even if repaired as is their policy, I dont need. The UNbelievably rude customer service was worse than not having my statement piece of jewelery on my wedding day.
