Saida and Chantal were truly wonderful to work with. I had a lovely experience choosing my weeding gown at Nouvelle and was fortunate they worked with my budget never compromising quality because ALL of the gowns here ARE QUIALITY and unique! That being said they dont have gowns that are below $2k.I wore a Francesca Miranda gown and was so worth it, in my opinion. Shes a designer based in Colombia, South America. Francescas designs are fashion forward, so one of a kind in detail, made for a romantic, elegant yet sophisticated bride. She uses the finest materials and gives back to women in need in Colombia.I felt so blessed to have had the bridal experience of my dreams and have Saida and Chantal to thank !!If you are a bride to be and have a good budget for a wedding gown this place is a must to check out. You will be transported to your bridal gown dreams!

Nouvelle Vogue, in my opinion, is what every little lady dreams about when thinking about their wedding gown and shopping experience. Chantal and Saida provide excellent service, honest opinions, and helpful guidance. I didnt have a clue what kind of dress I wanted. They patiently let me try on all kinds of dresses, made me feel special, and made the process fun and easy. The dresses are of a higher quality and design, so the prices reflect this. In my opinion, as someone who is usually very frugal, the cost is quite valid - these are unique, complex and personalized gowns. Many of which have a timeless quality that can be cherished for years to come.Chantal and Saida were also incredibly flexible and patient with me throughout the last two years of Covid and having my wedding delayed. Im sure they had many other brides to work with but I never felt rushed.My wedding was 9/24/21, and went wonderfully. The dress was a perfect fit, surprisingly comfortable, and the bustle was perfect as well. I was able to dance, twirl, and feel like a princess all night. I got endless compliments, as Im sure all brides do, but especially from the photographer who, saying he has seen many bridal gowns and usually hates them, loved mine and took more photos than any other wedding he has done prior.It was such a pleasure working with Nouvelle Vogue, I highly recommend them to everyone who wants to find that magical gown theyll never want to take off!

This is a beautiful little shop filled with one of a kind European style wedding gowns and a plethora of accessories. The ladies who run it are very kind, helpful and responsive (I found them on instagram). They also have a bunch of beautiful accessories. I bought my shoes here which I am obsessed with!!

What a wonderful experience buying our wedding gowns at Nouvelle Vogue (yes we bought 2). They have such a great collection of gowns and Saida and Chantal were so amazing. They truly care about us and we felt like they knew us so well. Their input on what would look great and what fit my fiancées personality was such a connected experience. My fiancées family is in another country and she wasn’t able to have the shared experience with her friends and family, but working with them felt like family was there. This place is a gem. Literally the best bridal salon in the Bay Area. How do I know this? First of all, I’ve done my homework and secondly, I’ve purchased two dresses from them. Yes, that’s right, two. Let’s be honest, most of us have starter marriages. But I digress. The first go round, I was younger with different wedding goals (eg big church, bigger wedding and I wanted a big dress to match). Chantelle and Saida found me the perfect dress. The second, and very recent trip there was no different. It was a fun, easy process with the dress being incredibly gorgeous as a bonus!This shop has exquisite gowns that you don’t see *everywhere* and their help is genuine. They were honest with me about what looked good and the pros/cons of each dress - both times. They have accessories to match perfectly with each of their stunning gowns and you feel like a person when shopping there, like family even.In closing, let me leave you with this - people *still* talk about my first wedding dress 12 years later. That’s how epic it was. This next dress will be no different.Look no further I’d you want to feel like a princess on your wedding day and have people compliment your dress not only the day of but over a decade later! ;)

This wedding boutique may be small, but it has a beautiful, well curated selection of wedding dresses. Also, the owners are so helpful, kind, and personable. (The place is also very clean and they have excellent covid procedures that would make anyone feel safe.) I would highly recommend Nouvelle Vogue to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Saida and Chantal have a beautiful collection of unique wedding dresses with a european flair. Their customer service is outstanding and they bring an artistic eye that helps you complete your look. I was not able to find my wedding dress here but was very appreciative of their insight. I bought beautiful hair combs that accented my dress and created the perfect look! I highly recommend them.

WOW. Just wow. I cant say enough amazing things about both the selection of truly unique, beautiful dresses they carry and about the exceptional customer service from Chantal and Saida. They are so knowledgeable about each of their gowns and took the time to carefully lay out every train, straighten every dress and pin each one perfectly to help me best visualize how the dress would look on me specifically. I was torn between 2 dresses with one being twice the price of the other, and Saida and Chantal never pushed me towards the pricier option. They knew I preferred the other and even helped me make the decision to choose the less expensive gown. So happy with my dress and overall experience.

I fell in love with a Julie Vino gown last fall and after searching everywhere for a store that carried the designer, I found Nouvelle Vogue. Saida and Chantal were incredibly helpful and shipped the sample dress to their store so that I could try it on. Although I didnt end up ordering the dress, I am so happy I was able to try it on and grateful for their help in the process. Their shop is lovely and one of a kind. Their gowns are beautiful and unique. They also have stylish shoes and bridal accessories. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a unique and beautiful wedding dress.

Nouvelle had beautiful dresses and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The dresses in this store were very unique. The overall experience is exactly what it should be. My mother and I were able to go through the dresses and pick out the ones which I wanted to try on. At no point were we rushed or pushed to make a decision we were not ready to make. We had the entire salon to ourselves. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but I truly enjoyed the experience. I ended up purchasing a feather for my hair and it is truly unique and beautiful. They are more than willing to customize anything you request.

They do have beautiful, if expensive, dresses.But, also horrible customer service. Once youve placed an order and they have your money, they are incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I ordered my dress from them in April 2016 and was told I would receive my dress at the end of December or early January. It is now the middle of March (my wedding is mid April) and I have still not received my dress. Obviously I am very stressed about this. They have shown no concern that I may not have my dress in time for the wedding, have not followed up on emails, and in general give off an attitude that they do not care about their customers.On top of all that, I purchased my dress during a trunk show before my family was able to come in to town, a few months later. They told me that they would try to get the designer to send another sample for when my family was in town so that I could still have that special moment with my family of trying on the dress. NOPE. I called a few weeks before my scheduled appointment to come in with my family and they didnt even know who I was, let alone that they were supposed to try to get the trunk show dress for me. I had also requested a swatch sample since the dress was pink, which I did ask for twice, and never received.Overall, I just hope no other bride has to have this type of experience dress shopping and stays far away from here.If youre looking for the dresses they carry, just book a Southwest flight for $49 and take a short trip to LA instead... where you can pretty much find all the designers they carry anyway, and save yourself the headache & heartache of dealing with this bridal salon.

The women at Nouvelle Vogue helped me to find a beautiful dress. I had looked at several other places, and ended up finding a sample here that they had for sale! It was unique and beautiful, and fit my personality. Their dresses are definitely something special, beautiful fabrics and designs. They are on the pricier side (at least for what I was looking at), but maybe you will get lucky like I did and find a sample on sale!

Saida & Chantal are AMAZING! Im a very alternative bride that was lucky enough to check out this store first! I called and made an appointment after some encouragement from my friends to pick a fancy place to start for fun. I kept my mind open to the possibility of finding a dress, but really thought this first time would be more to see what style looked best for my shape. I actually ended up spending $2,000 under my budget on a dress Saida & Chantal picked out! It was perfect for me in every way! We even came back to buy an very unique hair piece from them too!

Great selection and service

Nouvelle was the first place I went when trying on wedding dresses. The atmosphere is amazing and Saida and Chantel go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They helped select all the dresses I tried on. I had an idea of what I wanted but they encouraged me to try this beautiful blush silk organza Cymbeline dress that was nothing like what I thought I wanted and it was PERFECT! I went to 5 other stores in the bay area and NO ONE cares more about the bride then Nouvelle does. I bought the Cymbeline dress a few months later. When it came time for alterations, I went to other places first and knew I had to work with Saida and Chantel again. I would never have known about the French bustle without them (it looks way better than a traditional bustle). Nouvelle should definitely be one of the shops you visit. Its the ideal wedding dress experience......
