I took my truck due to lack of power and engine and engine light turning on and traction control. I had went to the pep Boys in front of Platinum Auto and pep Boys kind of told me to take a hike and come back tomorrow or the following day. The auto tech at Platinum Auto took good care of my vehicle. The auto tech did not just fix the problem they did a full checkup on the vehicle to ensure nothing was wrong without even asking also I deliberately reset the oil on vehicle to see if they would just fix the problem and not look over vehicle. That right there is service now I know where to take my vehicle for all my services. I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Used to go to Premoer across the way for 25 years thru 3 cars when Harry and Ed owned it. New staff was dishonest with me so I left. Tried Platinum and found Hoa who used to work for Harry. So glad I found him as it is hard to find a qualified and fair auto mechanic .My car has 195,000 miles and runs like a charm thanks to Hoa. Hope he stays 25 years!

Excellent service, honest and priced right. You can depend on them to diagnose and repair you car with confidence. Harry is at the front desk, very friendly and excellent with customers. A small waiting area is provided with comfortable chairs and TV. For longer waits you may want to get a coffee nearby or visit the Dennys across the street. Highly recommended.

Went to Anh Hoa for a loose metal clanking sound from my front end. Figure it would be worn front end parts as my car does have 230k miles already. He could have easily hit me up for $$$$$ and I would have done it ..... HONEST Anh Hoa, he said it was just a loose nut, tighten and torque! Like I said, referrals are only way to find honest PEOPLE.
