The hubs and I were there on July 18 2021. We drove up from Orcutt to purchase our first ever our choice dining room set. We knew what we wanted and Amber was excellent in making sure we got it. She let me reset the table,( messing up the display), to make sure my tablescapes would work. She enlisted help in finding a comfortable matching chair which turned out to be in the upstairs warehouse. She got the extension and taught us how to put it in, and made several calls on our behalf for delivery dates, etc. Im not sure if they work on commission or not, but everyone there helped her help us! It was a wonderful experience!

Just the same as any other Pottery Barn. Nothing against it, but nothing that says SLO either. Even though it is a nice store, its still a chain store and not a unique SLO shopping experience.

Love our SLO Potterybarn. Worked with Christine using zoom for redecorating my living room during COVID 19. Had a zoom meeting and 2 follow up meetings to go over the specialized floor plan that she made for me along with some great mood boards that inspired me and gave me direction to make decisions. I highly recommend working with Christine.

I contacted PBs online support and they had this store contact me via phone to help order and configure a custom couch. I worked with Cristel virtually, and she went above and beyond to help me pick exactly what I wanted and needed. She even did a zoom call to show me fabric swatches and helped virtually measure the space. This was the best customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere. I highly recommend working with her for those who are in the area! She was so personable and knowledgeable of the designs, materials, measurements, and beyond. Thank you Cristel!

I love their furniture and customer service. They went out of their way to make sure my girlfriend and felt valued and cared for. Devon and Cara are two of the nicest managers and I couldn’t be happier filling our first home with their help.

Love our store here in SLO and the staff here is pretty good, I try to do business with the store as often as possible versus online sales. It takes a bit longer and is less convinient but helps ensure well always have a store. Going through a remodel at the moment, but excited to see the holiday decor come out!

Amazing customer service - and that was from the guy who works in the stock room.Wish I could remember his name, I would write corporate a letter and suggest that he should be *training* customer service staff, not hiding his friendly helpful assets in the stock room.

Above and beyond are the words that come to mind first when I think of this PB.The first employee was occupied being incredibly sweet and patient with a particularly needy/picky/snotty customer. The other employee had just explained to a customer nicely (for the third time) that they dont carry what she was looking for, but that she might try her local hardware store because plumbing supplies require specific knowledge that he didnt possess.Once he was done on the phone I asked him if they carried (in store) a specific item I had seen on their website.He looked it up on the computer and called 3 stores without me even asking him to do so. He said that the closest store that had it in stock was in Nevada.OK, I really needed that mirror - no, seriously - needed it. Were selling the house and I needed a specific size mirror for the master bathroom. It was the only one that would work without spending $1500. I told him that, desperate as I was, 3 states was too far to go to pick up the mirror. He smiled and nodded. He said that it was on sale in Nevada and that I should ask about free shipping.He called Nevada back, checked to be sure it was still in the box and not on display (items on display cannot be shipped). When he found that it could be shipped, he handed me the phone and reminded me to ask about free shipping.I spoke to the associate in Nevada who not only gave me the sale price and free shipping, but honored my 15% off coupon. (My item arrived in 2 days.)After completing my transaction on the phone, I thanked the employee who helped me. He said that he knew his way around the order system because he actually worked in the shipping department and didnt work on the floor. So he had taken time away from doing*his* job to help me.Above and beyond!My only question is to the manager of the store:Why are you hiding this valuable asset in the back room in shipping?He exemplifies customer service - put him out from where he can shine!

Wrote to PB on Sunday. Still waiting for response. A clerk was helping to locate a sixth napkin I needed. After I waited for more than 15 minutes, I learned she was helping someone else; a person wanting furniture. The clerk actually apologized to me, saying I promised (the other person) I would help her to find furniture. Clearly my napkins were not as important as furniture, nor was it important to notify me, get another clerk to assist me, or extend the courtesy to the other person who just walked in to let them know she was busy with my request. Then check out clerk, after I told her I wanted to add 2 pillows to my bill says, Youre already at $78, is that okay. I didnt think I looked like someone who couldnt afford to buy more, but apparently in her eyes I did. These were same day experiences. Absolutely disgusted with my treatment at PB. PB doesnt need uppity, snooty, condescending sales clerks, at least in my SLO County!!
