A few months ago we had a order coming to our house and we had our truck parked out front and worse case scenario their delivery truck hit our truck and to rub salt in the wound the jump out saying it can be buffed out and clearly there was complete damage to driver side front fender, bumper light lamp casing side mirror after calling the police we finally got insurance out of them and started the process meanwhile the part we had delivered was missing a part so slept on 90%assembled bed frame for weeks and wasnt until we inquired about the part they actually said it came it and who know of they were telling the truth but when the truck was being repaired on their insurance since the fault was 100% theirs alone it was cheap after market parts so needless to say if your a car person wont fit as factory does so we had to go back and have them try to fit things better but at the end of the day they totally made a vehicle that had no prior accidents into a eyesore. Only compensation we were offered was a 1 time employee discount on one item and as predicted staff completely forgot about it dont want to say why but their eyes looked strange that day on delivery im sure we all can guess why just wish they cost of the damage they cause can be awarded to us trucks are worth alot when they arent involved in an accident but sadly we are left with after market parts that will break in time and a crappie discount that they forgot about so gonna avoid this place from now on and if you use them make sure you have your cars away or in garage they admitted they were at fault no issue to them tho not there personal vehicle

Great Company! Went in there looking for a mattress and was quickly greeted and shown all the different mattresses they had. I was able to lay down on them and took my time picking out my mattress. I did not feel rushed or stocked like other places make you feel.And their prices were by far lower than other furniture stores I had previously went too.Great Experience and I will definitely be going back!

We saw a bunch of advertising online and were in the market for a new sectional, so we decided to head in!First, the 2 girls sitting behind the desk couldnt be bothered to get up and greet us, so they yelled across the store (that was tacky).Second, they hardly had any sectionals/sofa/loveseats on their showroom (hard to buy something you cant see).And Third, we went offered help at all after the initial hello, that was yelled.So we went next door to Furniture Depot where we had a great experience purchasing a sofa/love.

I went in to look for a loveseat and there was a display one I really liked. The problem was that they didn’t have it in stock and if I took the one on display I would get a discount of $100 off. So I waited so they could order the brand new one. The lady that apparently is the manager told me she would call me to see if the loveseat was available in San Luis Obispo. 3 days later past and I never received a call from them. I had to call and check up to see what was going on and had to follow up on them because they wouldn’t call me to see if it was ready. A week past and I called again and they told me they had it ready. So I walk in and they tell me they just ordered it and I had to wait 2-3 more weeks and if I wanted to take the display one instead. At that point I had no other choice but to take the display one and on top of that they didn’t end up giving me a discount for taking the display after it’s been there for a couple of weeks. The manager looks like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and doesn’t know how to keep her word either because she tells me one thing and ends up changing her mind. I probably had one of the worst experiences there and I wouldnt recommend anyone else going there.
