Homedepot needs to put attention to keeping parts available but overall, still a great place to find regular materials for the tradesmen:)

Went to Home Depot today on Davis St. Now went i asked for assistance for a worker ( white guy) . he directed me to the aisle I needed to go and got item, then I asked another worker ( Mexican guy) where to go for bathroom rugs, his response was he didnt know and he couldnt help!! Another worker ( black guy) who was 10ft away heard me talking and directed me to where i needed to go!! So.. Since Customer Service was 2 good, one bad, they get only 3 stars. I own a Business myself. Respect is essential to your Business!!!!

Everything I need for home and workshop. Love the airy atmosphere with the wide isles. All products are easy to access allowing a good examination. Staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help but never are they like high pressure sellers.

There was someone working in the electrical aisle who was knowledgeable about what I was shopping for.

There was nobody in the hardware department and anyone else I asked (x3) either went to find someone and disappeared or told me they couldnt help me (no key and no phone). When I finally gave up and went to check out with my other item, there were only 2 self checkout stands open and 2 cashiers and both lines were a dozen people long. So I asked a customer service person if she could ring me up since there were FIVE cashiers standing there processing returned good but no customers being helped but she told me they can only do returns and could not ring me up. She then told me to go get in line! Hands down the WORST experience I have EVER had at a Home Depot (and there have been some bad ones).

If you go to the paint department, dont forget to say hi to Mama D. Sweetest lady at the store. She is still strong and hard working mama.

Avoid if you can but I know its a necessary evil sometimes. Asked a helper for assistance, she pointed us in the wrong direction and when we said we had already checked that area, she just said sorry and walked away. One positive is they helped cut a piece of wood down to length for us...that was about it...

Is a good place to shopping, but the neighborhood is not that good .I dont trust to have my car in the parking lot depending the time of the day .

The store was huge. The employees were friendly and check out was great .However the garden department was not as well cared for as the one in Fremont.

Employees are hard working, face paced, and do everything they can to get you in and out as fast as possible. Very polite. Customer service is great. Most of the time in and out. Friendly service.

Because of the pandemic, its not fair to give them a bad rating. Like most other stores their short staff and trying to catch up to the slow supply chain. Im still able to get what I need. So good job Home Depot and best of luck in the future.

Always clean, in and out fast, no homeless and strangers hanging around the parking lot to rip you off or assault you.

Its a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of its own since its in an older converted warehouse but theyve got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there its greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when Im working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

This home depot is one of the more disorganized, busy, crowded home depots Ive ever visited. The party lot is small and an accident waiting to happen. We drive to Hayward even those its out of our way because its bigger, more organized and the products on shelves are better taken care of.

Glad to have Homey Depot in The Dro but only if I gotta go... Always afraid my BP is going to go up a degree or two once I hit the parking lot even if they got 2 of what I want, which doesnt happen a whole lot. Its always on the other side of the store where every other orange vest seems to be on the wrong side of as well. They just sold the last one but you can probably get one on their website, naturally! Make sure to treat yourself to a free piece of chocolate at Sees next door for not going all doomsday in the HD house O cray-cray! 😂

Now this place right here is my favorite dance in terms of fixing up your home Im always in the plant vegetable area Ive grown so much products and Im always coming back looking in the plant area when Im really supposed to be getting other things for myself or for my boss Im always coming out of there with plants and so far I bought three trees and they are really growing I have a great tree a raspberry tree and a blueberry tree already grown and I bought that last month

I suspect do to high turnover there are very few employees on the floor (on a Saturday) and the few employees they do have dont know where anything is.

Good employees in general customer service ok some diva employees there that couldnt be bothered with questions from customers having private conversations with other employees I guess too good for customer service.

Got what I wanted but caulking were charged twice. Upon clarification... the extra charge was reimbursed back to my credit card.

Yoyoyoyoyo you will not believe some people in this world. This employee there asked me how i was doing and if i needed help. I said great thks for asking yes i do actually need a lil assistance And with all the powers on their handy scanner phone lookin thing they told me the exact location and price. Then money spent. End the.

Company and Policies are great. But if you need help like I did locating an item.... Some employees are to busy.Getting a lumber cart is a pain if your buying big items. I used the restroom and found where they wind up, about a dozen grouped together. I was going to ask the employee on my way in from the parking area. But he looked to busy sitting on the carts smoking.Home depot offers a saw/cutting service, but not this place... Every time I shop there its so to speak Broken/Out of Order. So Im not sure if they even bother fixing it. So if thats in you project. Call ahead or better yet try another store.

Mid afternoon and mid-morning are the best times to go if you want to be reasonably safe. Even then only about three quarters of the shoppers are wearing masks. On the plus side the store seems to be better stocked than it has been for a long time.

Do NOT use this store for online pick-up. Order was ready three days ago, I came today and they had already lost it. He said it was supposed to be in some specific box but wasnt. Never had this happen before at Home depot. Wasted trip.

Excellent... I Made an OnlinePurchase for an In Store pickup... the Whole Process took about 10 minutes and thats with me going through the Store and picking up a few things I didnt order.... BRAVO.....!!!!!!

Lines move fast even with social distancing safety protocols in place . This location is not for a rookie HD customer who needs alot of assistance. While associates are pleasant enough they appear to be or LOOK busy. I found a pvc fitting with relative ease at this location vs other stores claimed to have and didnt

Of course there is a wait in the return line, Customers must be thoroughly punished for returning items....hahaha

Clueless (lazy?) employees cannot answer questions or help to find merchandise. The lines are long. The store has good selection though. Glad to see they are taking care of the shoplifting issue. If you can, go to another HD location or better Lowes. Lowes employees are way better at customer service.

Great service, plenty of social distancing had to make some paint for me did a really good job highly recommend, so much better than the Oakland Home Depot...

I didnt stay long this time just found what I came for got and left. In years past I spent lots more time, this store has just about anything you are looking for to fix, mend or start a new project, come check it out.

Do people actually work here? Asked two floor staff in help in trying to find something and they dont even bother understanding what it is, instead trying to pass me onto another clueless colleague. Youre better off ordering it online.Also theres some people who seem to be living in their cars in the parking lot, so its kind of sketchy at night.

Literally never had a bad experience at this location.

Its a shame I have to give such a low rating, a few of the associates here are very helpful, its just too bad they need to hunt down the majority of associates in this place. The shelves are disorganized, and help is nearly impossible to find. I would recommend that management wake up and take pride in your store, this is more often than not a mess and a waste of time.....and why would you put ladders in the middle of the lumber aisle.... Rant over.

The ladies on shift right now 11/ 19/2020 2:29pm are picking up the calls not asking to be placed on hold and leaving the customer wait 40 mins for a very basic question. 3 different persons picked up b/c someone placed me on hold refusing to answer what I asked, Hung up on and I’m not even done speaking. Please retrain your staff to be more professional.

Everything I needed to buy was locked up, but there werent any available people to help unlock it. Waited for 10 minutes after they called for someone and nobody came. No self checkout and a huge line to the 4 checkout stations. Easily the worst Home Depot Ive ever been to. Cool location in what looks like a converted warehouse under an air traffic control tower, though.

Worst Home Depot EVER. If I could give none stars, I would. The lumber section NEVER has prices or information about the products so you NEVER know what you are getting. The stock is always mismatched. So frustrating, its the dirtiest and least friendly if all the depots around. I figured I give it a shot today and it was the last straw. I shouldve just left after I had to spend 10 minutes meandering through the parking lot to find one single cart. I had to help someone unload their cart so I could get dibs on it. I live 10 minutes away from this home depot but will be driving up to 30minutes so I never have to go to this place again. It is on my never again list, I reccomended you go to a different depot, unless you want to waste your time, get frustrated and end up a a different one anyway.

Online pick-up took longer than expected, had to get it myself. Pick-up line took forever and was charged a bag fee for a medium box. Totally understand new hire but got to make sure charges are accurate.

Id avoid this Home Depot if at all possible. To say the staff isnt helpful is like saying the ocean has some water in it. Youre likely to run into tumbleweed before finding an associate who can help. And calling is no help either. Ive called before to ask about a pickup order and the phone rang for 15 minutes. No answer.The place is typically in disarray. Its always a mess in there.And its been this way long before Covid-19.Try an Ace or a Lowes if you can, but if this is your closest hardware store and youre in a hurry, pray to whichever God you believe in and use the self checkout.

I always find what Im looking for even if its last minute. The lines arent annoyingly long either, most of the time. Things are pretty easy to get to on your own, but if you do need help, Ive found most of the people who work there are willing to help and will often ask if you need any help when you start to look a little lost. Thankfully, they dont hang around offering help when you seem fine.
