Baker at American Service Alliance repaired an older GE space saver microwave door mechanism for me. My husband started but was unable to complete the repair. I brought him the microwave in pieces and he put everything back together. Baker saved us from potentially having to remodel our kitchen because this microwave fit in a specific spot under a cabinet. He was very polite and allowed me to wait while he did the repair. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Brandon at American Service Alliance! I called at 8 am and he was here by 12:30 pm. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. I was able to have the dishwasher up and running by 1:30 pm. It would have been sooner but he had to get the part which he did and returned in half an hour. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Rogers at American Service Alliance is GREAT! Called him Saturday afternoon when we realized our LG washer probably needed a pump replacement and he gave me a time of between 1-3pm Monday. He did call at 2:30, but then the job he was on was much more complex than anticipated and he was not able to get to us till about 5:45. He arrived, got right on the job and completed and cleaned up within an hour! He also made a point on giving us tips on our machine and the price was totally reasonable, we will not hesitate to use him again.

Luis was a good tech and explained to me in detail all the things wrong with the washer and how it was going to fail soon, but he would fix it to last as long as it could. Plus how to maximize its life. I was very impressed, highly recommended.
