Worst company Ive dealt with. Reserved a truck and on the day of our move (of course, stressful and having taken time off from work), they were a NO SHOW. Waited about 45 minutes after they were supposed to have opened and still nothing. Not to mention a sign on the door saying No Masks Allowed just to highlight their level of concern/care for customers. Dont waste your time or effort dealing with this place.

DO NOT BOOK A PENSKE TRUCK HERE!!!!! The business owners DO NOT keep regular business hours, they show up whenever they feel like it. 5 separate groups are waiting outside the location for trucks and only 2 trucks are in the parking lot. We had a reservation for 9am, its 9:30am and no one has shown up. Others have been waiting since 8:30am.

This is my go-to place for finding any size box I might need for shipping. Their prices are very reasonable and they have whatever shipping material you might need as well.

Great place to wrap a package and ship it. Super friendly service. Plenty of boxes of all different sizes. Theyve got a big table where customers can wrap and pack packages. They offer free recycled packing materials. And, they are happy to take packing peanuts and packing materials that I dont want.

Stopped by at 9:15am today with my coworker to purchase shipping supplies for some network equipment. They had a post it note indicating Be back in 10 minutes. Waited next door in the Enterprise rental car office until 10am and they were still not open. We tried calling their number several times with no answer. Decided to head to Arrow Shipping Supplies about 5 miles away. Unsure what happened but that is very unprofessional.

You may wonder if they are still in business. I was there with two other customers waited for 45 mins on a be back in 10 mins post it on the door. Finally we all gave up and decided to leave. This place is a complete waste of time.

Love going to JDM Packing Supplies because they have amazing customer service and are always desiring to help in any way that they can. Echo the person below that they are very capable and there has always been little to no waiting in line which is a huge blessing. They also have a Truck Rental service which I will always use over Uhaul.

I always bring my familys Christmas gifts to ship every year. They do a tremendous job packing fragile items, with little to no waiting in line. More importantly, they are very capable and efficient at what they do and so I never wonder if my items will arrive in the same shape that I shipped them.

Boxes in every shape and size

Place is suppose to be open until 4pm. I got there are 2:45. Sign said be back at 3:10. I finally got tired of waiting and left at 3:35. I buy a lot of boxes for shipping and was tired of driving to Campbell to get them as this place would be a lot closer. I will keep driving to Campbell because I will never buy from JDM Packing. Wasted 1 hour of of time.

Good place if youre heading out of Dodge and moving Westward young man. I rented a truck there and we bought some boxes.
