I purchased cabinet and marble in this store. This is how it looks like in our kitchen, and it is a completely disaster. Looks so different from whats showing in the store.All they can tell me is to wait for three weeks, and the color will becomes normal, which means our whole remodeling project will delay for 3 weeks.

Excellent place for granite and vanities! Some of the best selection and prices we have seen while shopping for our bathroom remodel job. We purchased almost half our items here and saved a ton. Super friendly staff!!!

They have Gaia white series in stock - best prices compared to all other stores for Gaia! The quartz slabs look to be good too

So glad to have found Granite Expo! We went in 15 min before closing and we were helped by Connie. She gave us a quote and found out they also they install. We found quartz that we loved and were able to purchase and get it installed within a week and a half! Install was done professionally and quickly. Great service by Connie and the installers.

My contractor recommended me to visit Granite Expo in San Jose. At first I went to the wrong place (Granite & Stone Expo on junction), but I quickly realized it. Granite Expo is located on ROGERS Ave and while the showroom is small they have a lot of selection. The warehouse here is huge and well stocked so many of their items could be picked up same day. I was very happy with everything and not to mention, their service was wonderful too. Will definitely be back.

We ended up in Granite Expo by chance. My husband and I went to a different cabinet place across the street and got a quote. As we left there, we thought why not check out Granite Expo out. It was a good thing that we did because we ended up getting our cabinets and countertop from them.We sat down with Connie and she took our kitchen measurements and made a mock up of our kitchen right in front of us. This was great because other places we had gone told us theyd get us a quote and mock up a week later. Connie was fast and super knowledgeable and helpful. We had to come back again but Alan took care of us and was our contact for the remainder of our project.We envisioned a couple different versions of cabinets but ultimately went with gray and white shaker cabinets. My original plan was to go with a light gray-ish blue but that didnt work out. We would have paid over double the price of our cabinets now.The only hiccup that we encountered was my first countertop choice was not available anymore when we went to buy it. I dont really fault Granite Expo for that. It still worked out anyway.Overall, Granite Expo was a great experience for us and our kitchen looks great! I highly recommend this place especially since we didnt feel like we paid an arm and a leg. Our aunt and uncle are also using Granite Expo for their kitchen too!

The staff here are just super friendly and easy to work with. They have by far the largest selection of bathroom vanities Ive seen. Prices are great and while they are newly opened, I highly recommend anyone looking to redo their kitchen or bathroom to visit Granite Expo.

Poor customer service. Dont answer phones and inexperienced people working.

I recently placed an order for Luxury Vynal planks and they mentioned they had stock and I should be able to get it in 3 days, but they kept pushing the delivery by one or two days and finally told it is backordered and they dont know when the stock will arrive. Probably end of may etc. I ordered them on Mid of April and it took two weeks for them find it is backordered. Very lethargic customer support, I had to call several times to find why it was getting delayed. Based on the flooring we shopped around for other stuff now we need to restart. It is understood that there is shortage of material, so we asked them to check the stock before purchasing and they verified they have stock. Poor customer support.

My construction team just remolded a kitchen and two bathrooms all the material is purchase from Granite Expo.The house owner loves it.

Lots of variety, but not what we were looking for.

This place has many selections of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, floor tiles, quartz and stone countertops. Salespersons are friendly and helpful. We order a quartz countertop and installation service. And the installation of the countertop is very smooth and we are very happy. Definitely come again for my next project!

Friendly staff and great prices on countertops and cabinets. Will be back for my other projects.
