We newly moved to the area and took our son to this place for a treat. You can custom order or choose from the menu that they already have. We got the custom order of vanilla ice cream milkshake with M&Ms. You have sizes that you can choose from, also mason jar option. If you get the mason jar you can reuse it and the cost of the milkshake will be a bit cheaper. Milkshake was good. They also had some knick knacks like fries etc.

Ordered on Doordash, took over an hour. I got a notification telling me my order had been picked up by my dasher at 7:32, by 7:50 I had not received it so I text my dasher who said he was still at My Milkshake and said they got one of my drink orders wrong, and he was still waiting. He then sent me a picture of the two shakes that were ready. They looked NOTHING like the pictures on the menu, had NO LIDS, STRAWS OPEN AND EXPOSED ALREADY IN THE CUPS, and no whipped cream. It would be one thing if I was there and they could hand me my order but to leave the drinks completely open and exposed to a door dasher is just not ok. I ended up canceling my $55+ order an hour into waiting. If I could give 0 stars and upload the picture the dasher sent me, I would.

Glad to see that they have been able to open back up during the SIP, but they really should be wearing gloves and face coverings. None are being worn nor required of customers either.

Closed 20 minutes early! I dont understand how you can tell me your closed 20 minutes before the sign says and when the open one says open!

This place was nice, though I cant imagine that it will last. It was dead when we visited, and was staffed be three people (who were very nice). You can get some basic food here in addition to shakes, like fries and chicken nuggets.

Its alright. Expensive for a milkshake. Would be nice to see a list of ingredients instead of having to see whats on the wall and asking the staff.

Very good milkshake! Very expensive milkshake! But...do the math. How many shakes do you have to sell in order to cover your overhead (Silicon Valley rent, minimum wages, cost of goods, insurance)? You would have to sell thousands of milkshakes!

A friend of mentioned that place to me, and told me to go to the one downtown. But its really hard to find parking downtown, and I dont want to travel too far. Thank God there was one close by on Almaden, it was my first time going there and it was so delicious. I chose my own milkshake, banana and mango with KitKat, I kind of want to go back again for another taste. I highly recommend this place if you want a new Kik to your milkshake. They bring the boys and the girls to your yard. Lol

I ordered thru ubereat, and maybe since i was ordering for delivering there may have been a disconnect on what was expected, even though I made the proper selections.I ordered the joker which is strawberry and nutella shake..and a venom which should Oreos and chocolate chips according to the description. So when I selected those and it took me thru options like what size, flavor ice cream and type of milk. Every other topping was an extra charge so I didnt select anything further since 16ozs were already at $10 each and I assume they come topped with what was on the description (Oreos, choc chips, etc). Upon receiving my delivery all we got were flavored milkshake with nothing in it. So disappointed since I could have gotten a plain chocolate shake at jack in the box for less than half the price I got these.

Great little joint with all kinds of different shakes on the menu. Failing that, you can just create your own combo
