Bambu at this location offer better taste than other location, that’s my own opinion. However, the cashier people is not as sweet as their dessert 😅.Must try Bambu special and avocado smash.

Rudest cashier I have ever met. No one is making you come in to work during this shelter in place. But if you choose to come in to work, then be nice to your customers. Theyre the reason why you still have a job. Come to think of it, a boba place is NOT an essential business. Will definitely report you for staying open even tho youre not an essential business.

I just placed an order from Doordash today from Bambu Mclaughlin. Omg, all of them are bad, rotten beans, and bad coconut milk. So disappointed, and I called store, no apology at all, just ask if I want to pick up another one. No way, I dont want to take risk of having another bad case.

Id give this place like a month or two before it becomes impossible to stand in line without having to wait hours and hours. This place has got the art of dessert mastered. Everything was so clean and tasty. The tea was amazing, the ice was shaved perfectly, the ice cream was soft as a babys bottom, the match tiramisu packed an authentic punch. I hope I can come back in a couple weeks and not feel like Im waiting for a ride at Disneyland.

This is a good place to have some sweet drink. They have variety of drink including vietnamese ice coffee. However, this is small place so not good for big group. I gave this 4 stars cause the lady serve my drink not really friendly.

I love their Taro Coconut smoothie. Its just super cool and re-hydrate you right away in a hot summer day.Their che is pretty good too. Im not a big fan of sweet treat so thats all I can say for now

The drinks are always refreshing here. The workers are friendly and the service is fast. The place is pretty clean and they have a wode variety if cold refreshments. :) The place next door is pretty loud since you can hear it from the wall but its not bothersome.

This location is terrible service I never see. I come there and wait for someone come to the front and take the order but I keep waiting nobody coming and I look in the I saw three people play around the phone and talking I start call them 1, 2 even 3,4 time but they still talk and play the phone so I have to come to employee door to call them then the lady come out and say something in my back by Vietnamese language and she didn’t I understand it I’m so angry that why I walk away with no order so the owner please check the camera to see how your employee service and please retraining, Thanks you.

Bambu has a humongous selection of drinks. Drink or chew yourself around the menu. This location doesnt seem as clean as other locations particularly after visiting the restroom and seeing some of the toppings in containers without lids. Also, doesnt have the electronic frequent reward system here. Lighted photos on one side, drink poster on the door, menu above makes it difficult to figure out what to order, or whether you are missing out on the drink of a lifetime that may actually be found here but that you didnt spend an extra 5 minutes to decipher.

Nice place with too much kind of beverages, snacks, and desserts. I really like Khuc Bach sweet gruel, and will be back in a near time.

Its always really crowded here! The line is literally out the door sometimes because the cash register is so close to the door. The che and other desserts are pretty good. I like how the consistency of the desserts is constant; I dont have to worry about getting rock hard jellies like when I order che at other places. This place is cash only so make sure to bring some when youre craving Vietnamese desserts.

Most disappointing of the three Bambu locations I’ve visited (this, Sunnyvale, and Millbrae). Cash only and a very minimal snack menu.I also just am not a huge fan of Bambu on the whole because of the lack of option to turn down the sweetness level on ones drinks.

My very first BAMBU was the one in San Mateo and I went for the boba... which was, after a ShareTea experience, only a-okay. Nothing special.This time, however, I went to their original destination in San Jose and tried che, their dessert. Spot on! I got the BAMBU Special which comes with coconut milk, glass jelly, pandan jelly, and basil seed. Looks funny, but tastes great - especially the with the frozen topping it also looks awesome.Im definitely back for more and to make my way through the menu!
