Never supporting this business again. I placed an order on 6/15 to have it delivered on 6/18 for my Mom’s birthday. 6/18 comes and I track my order throughout the day and see no updates. I give my mom a call asking if she’s received anything and she says no. This is around 3:30pm. I start to freak out because the store closes at 5pm. 4:30 comes along still no delivery! Mind you, I’ve been calling the store nonstop and NO ANSWER. Still no delivery throughout the evening. Then, at 10:16pm my mom receives a phone call from Edible Arrangements saying that her order was one of the orders that was unable to be delivered because of only having one delivery driver for the day. How unprofessional!!! They are really going to call a customer at 10pm?!? I call customer service first thing on 6/19 because no one answers the store phone whatsoever. I asked for a refund immediately and to see if they are able to redeliver this $100+ arrangement because it was their error, not mine! And of course, they said “No, it’s a refund or a redelivery. You can’t do both.” I asked for refund and I’m supposed to be receiving it in 3-5 business days as usual. We’ll see if I even get that refund!Please, take your business else where. This company/store is horrible. I should have read the reviews as well beforehand. So unprofessional!

It was best present for pregnant women who like to eat sweets. 😊 🍓🍫 Strawberries was fresh, and smell of chocolate was amazing. I want it more and more.😊 I reccomend this store.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I live in Texas and Ordered a $116 arrangement on May 4 for my sister in California to be delivered on May 8 for Mother’s Day. Arrangement was never delivered. Called on May 10 (due to Sunday hours), store manager “Ruth” said oh it’s here and apologized for a misunderstanding and I can deliver it today. Asked her to have it delivered to my sisters job since it was a Monday. She said it would be delivered by 1pm. 5pm my sister leaves work, still no arrangement. 2 minutes before they close, I call back trying to find out what is going on and to ask for a refund. Ruth says she will personally deliver it to my sister because she is her neighbor. 7 pm still no arrangement. I call customer service to file a complaint and request a refund. The customer service rep says she is on the phone with Ruth who is at my sisters door trying to deliver.Mother’s Day for my sister was ruined. Worst customer service ever!! Save yourself the trouble and money and buy flowers from Dagios Florist. You will not be disappointed!

I cant believe the service was this bad. This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements and it happened to be for my Mothers 51st birthday and my Brothers 29th birthday. I called the store in the A.M. to get a ballpark time of when I could expect delivery. The woman said pickup is at 12 and then the driver is out for deliveries. 2pm rolls by and I check the status of my order OUT FOR DELIVERY. 3pm approaches and I just so happen to check my order status again ARRANGING YOUR ORDER NOW... what?? So, I call the store again to see what was going on and the woman tells me my order isnt at the store and that its out for delivery. At this point Im wishing I wouldve picked up in-store. Why offer free delivery if youre going to take all day to deliver? (Mind you my order was placed around 6A.M. the day before delivery). 4:30pm rolls by and my order says OUT FOR DELIVERY. I wait and I wait and finally at 6:18pm the delivery guy shows up (my birthday celebration is over by now.... thanks!).... HE DROPS ONE OF THE CHEESECAKES I ORDERED and tells me Ill get you another one, dont trip, Ill get you another one (wth? Fine). I wait a little and finally decide to see whats taking so long.... HE LEFT!!! I couldnt call the store because theyre closed at 5pm.Im in such disbelief that this was my experience with them for the first time and I didnt buy a small inexpensive amount of edibles... I got a large bouquet, two cheesecakes, a box of 12 chocolate strawberries, a bundle of balloons, and a personalized card. I will not be ordering anything from this company. When something leaves a bad taste in your mouth, do you go back to try it again? (Thats a hard NO)

TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDERED 3 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME AND MY ORDER WAS STILL LATE. THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER. ORDERED CURBSIDE AND ENDED UP HAVING TO GO AND AND GRAB MY OWN ORDER. THEY DIDNT OFRER ANY APOLOGIZIES AND HANDED MY ORDER OUT SLOPPY WITHOUT A BAG!! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE HIGLY DISSATISFIED.

The need better customer service representatives that actually know what they are talking about. The rep couldn’t help me with delivery time frame of when to expect the fruit. You’re a delivery service you should have a manifest and be able to calculate an ETA, better off picking it up in store or making your own.

Update: they finally delivered ours the next day 7 pm. Chocolates were melted :(TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE I wish I could give them 0 star. Not only they did not deliver our package on Mothers Day, they promised to redeliver it the next day and EVEN THAT FAILED. They never delivered my order!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. You will never get your order and they will not refund your money. This place should totally be closed!!!! They are a total scam.

Placed an order at noon and wasnt delivered till 8 pm. It was supposed to be a surprise but the one surprised was me. I called around 3:30 on Friday a rude girl couldnt answer my question if my order was getting prepped or delivered. Never again Eddie arrangements, terrible experience. Order was thrown away since my cheese cake order was at room temperature.

Ordered for a birthday for 12/13/19 delivery and was never delivered and I was never contacted by this store. (But they did collect my money)The Corp office said my order never even showed a delivery attempt! They said the store would contact me in 48 hours. Still waiting for this store to contact me! Guess Ill have to contact them again! Very poor customer service.

GOSH!!! These people have such a nasty attitude. They did not deliver our order on mothers day then they even give us an attitude. This place is a joke. Beware of this location and their service.

This store stepped in to help us. The Store on Union in LG was supposed to be open, but they werent. We couldnt pick up from LG and the birthday gift for our 77 yo mother was nearly a bust. We called the Monterey store and they were very courteous and helpful. We were able to have them make the same arrangement in a couple of hours & when we picked it up, it looked awesome and fresh. We ate it about an hour after we got it & the fruit was terrific. Our Mom was so happy. Thank you for stepping up Monterey! If we order again, it will be from this store.

Made an order for my cousin’s birthday and it was delivered 8pm-ish. I called for 3 hrs prior and no pick up. I added 3 balloons bundle and it was never delivered with the cheesecake and strawberries. Horrible service.

Just received my Mother’s Day arrangement a day late and the fruit looked like it had sat in a car in the hot sun for a date. The chocolate covered strawberries were broken and old. It was a terrible disappointment. Shame on you.

I recently bought a bouquet of fruit for about 150.00 bouquet was very skimpy wasn’t very full like pictured showed for amount I payed ! I ordered it early but it got there late at 7 PM in the evening . I’m not very happy with their service and I’ll never order there again I write them a zero ! They showed a full bouquet on the Internet but then when he got there they took a picture and showed it to me it was all empty spaces what a rip off

I went here today to pick out a arrangement for my boyfriend for his birthday. The only thing that sucked is that they didnt have any birthday cards in stop but the man that helped me this morning was great and nice. He was a lot of help and I couldnt decide what to get so I bought a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a arrangement of fruit. You can say I had pregnancy cravings. :)

My husband ordered me some edible arrangements and they assured him they would be delivered by 2pm on Valentines Day. The day came and went and nothing was delivered! What kind of business is that?!! Theyre not even worth 1 star! They sure took the money out of his account right away though. Wish i could give negative stars!

It seems to be an ongoing problem with this location that they dont seem to deliver based on the reviews. They never delivered a gift i ordered the first time, and had I not reached out to my friend, I would have never known. Once I called the location the girl I spoke with was Unapologetic and unhelpful. She said she guesses they lost the order but she didnt know because it was showing the system. After asking me what I wanted to do I told her I wanted it delivered because I already paid for it and the money is already out of my bank account. She told me they could either deliver it that night or the next morning, I asked for it to be delivered that night because my friend works in the morning. Come to find out, they never delivered it the night either. So they are 0 for 2 on deliveries. I will probably never use an Edible Arrangement again because of this experience. I will find a different delivery service that will actually deliver. So unacceptable!

Placed an order for delivery for a birthday and they never delivered it. Ultimately canceled the order over a week later. They even scheduled a day to delivery after failed attempts with the receiver. They waited home all day and no one showed up. It was an all day time frame and they still could not bring themselves to arrive at all. I will never order from this location again and doubt that I would order from Edible Arrangements again after this useless endeavor. They offered no excuses or explanation. They only offered to return my funds and cancel the delivery. They were only 3 miles away from the receiver.

Never Delivered, Ruined a elderly Birthday surprise

Negative stars for this location! Second year in a row (yes he gave them a second chance) my husband tried to do something nice for me for Valentines Day and they screwed it up by not delivering. So sad that the owners and management have not a care for occasions that they ruin. Will never do business with this location again.

I wouldn’t have received my order (delivery scheduled in advance) if I hadn’t gone there, and picked up myself. Almost no phone support through the main, and store #. But the guy there was really nice, he helped me, and he did a great job.

Manager and employees are awful order something for my wife while she was working set it to be delivered at 3 was told by manager it should be there befor 3 if not alittle past it due to it being a busy day. He assures me that itll be there at 330 the latest. At 5 still didnt received nothing.

Placed a get well order for the day a person came home from the hospital and it never arrived. Tried to call the next day but it was Sunday and they were closed.

Very unprofessional I literally had to call 100 times if not more until I got someone on the phone just to be told hey I know we said you would get your delivery hrs ago but its still going to be an hr or so more for delivery then really asked if I would like it delivered the next day which be point less when I set for today because its Valentines day never again will I use the location
