No lines, fast service. All flavors were stocked and the fridge had ice cream tubs and ice cream cakes ready to be purchased. Had the Blackberry Hibiscus flavor which was pretty good, kid size scoop is big enough for adults in my opinion. The only negative was the cone, as it tasted pretty old.

Great as always! They were out of Rocky Road, so I tried a new Dutch chocolate with chocolate cookie n caramel bits. Called Treasure something? Delish!

Walked in, the bell from the door dinged all 3 employees walked away. Thank goodness for the young man who cared enough to ask if I was helped. So sad so many just don’t care about helping the customer.

I like this place more than the ones near Almaden area because theres more variety of cones you can choose from and theres a stand that sells candles. I saw three or four people from door dash there, so you can also door dash this place too.

They have variety of ice creams with lots of toppings. The place was clean and the staff is very helpful. Good place for hanging out with friends.

Where else can you go and get any flavor of ice cream cake you want with your birthday boys name on it on five minutes??

Im not sure on ice cream availability because I always get the same flavor but the employees are always smiling and welcoming. Currently have the spacing and mask enforcement so thats a plus for the covid times. Will always keep coming when Im feeling ice cream.

About what youd expect from a franchise ice cream store. Kind of a sterile looking dining area. Not very inviting. My companion lives for the Mint Chip Sunday. On the pricy side considering scoop size.

There was a lot of open space for us to order our ice cream. The cashier was nice and got our order right.

I was never a huge fan of Baskin Robbins but I feel like they have improved their flavors selection a lot. It seems like there is less weird colors as well. The place was big and pretty clean, floor a bit sticky though, possibly lots of ice cream dropping from small kids. Staff was super friendly.

Very clean with great selection of flavors and lots of ice cream cakes. Cakes seem expensive starting at 28.00 for a pretty small cake or roll serving around 4 people. I settled for a 48.00 cake since I had a groupon. Ice cream always tastes great.

They have great ice cream and the customer service is great as well but the cones and bowls seem a bit stale.

Wife and I had the ice cream carvings, so we drove a few blocks down to willow and near Lincoln ave location, dont remember the street exactly, but if your in willow glen you know where Im talking about, employees were very swift and clean, sundaes came out perfect, store was organized and marked for people to stand socially away from each other, an example of a well ran bussiness.

I had it a voucher for 20 dollar worth but the employee didnt accept the value of the voucher instead of that he just gave a employee discount he doesnt know how to do his job I wont come back to this place .

Best Baskin Robins EVER. They have many choices of dipped and sprinkled cones and waffle bowls. There’s a display counter of old school candies and sprinkles for sale...yum. And the staff is super friendly, fast, and accommodating. What’s not to love here!!! Oh! Need candles for a birthday cake? They have a revolving floor stand of choices. They think of everything!

This is the only B-R that i can find that still carries chocolate fudge ice cream!!! My favorite. The only bad thing about this place is the parking. Its difficult to park a larger car.

I went today and expected it to be full bc, it was the super bowl but, it wasnt. Our cashier was a women named Abby or Addy, Im not sure. She was very kind and everything went perfectly. Ice cream is very good, along with toppings.

Nice guys working the night shift when we went. Got four fresh-packef quarts right as they were closing and they were still friendly and helpful. And ice cream, yum!

I was very impressed with the selection of flavors, a real 31 flavor shop. The store I go to in East San Jose, only has about 10 and no soft serve or any goodies. Also this store was very clean.

My special blend malt was delish.My son downed his Cappacino Blast.Effecient service Previous visit had a young student teen.Told the ice cream I wanted & a fresh banana.When ready he handed me my malt & Banana...1 look at my face. He said oh you wanted it in the Malt.? Had a good laugh 🤗Just be Explicit when ordering 🤣

The man who was working at 9pm Sat evening 6/9/2018 was completely rude and a TOTAL a**. I go to Baskin Robbins typically once a week in San Jose and they are amazing. We door dashed the Willow Glen store, they (Baskin Robbins) messed up our order, and when we called to say we didnt get our ice cream order (missing 2 orders) correct he basically so oh well. I tried to ask him how we fix it and he was so rude and basically hung up. I will never recommend this store and plan to post how bad the customer service is. Ive never been talked to that way nor would I ever treat someone with that little respect.

On a hot Saturday, there were only two staff. The line grew quickly.
