Went to this store hoping that they would be able to repair my diagnostic scanner. I had been to several different repair shops and they all said they could or would not be able to repair it. However this shop was able to repair my scanner and had it ready to pick up in 2 hours. Very friendly, polite and straightforward in letting you know what is going on. My scanner works better than before. Will definitely do more business at this store.

Jim did an excellent job at explaining the issue with my phone and then did a very quick repair job on it. My phone had stopped charging and the headphones would not work as well. Turns out the charging port was worn out. Jim put in a new port in less than an hour and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the part and the service. Very reasonably priced with quick turnaround. The screen of my brand new pixel 5a 5G cracked. I am generally careful with my phones and this is the first time the screen cracked in my life. Google was not able to help and when I called around, it looked quite bleak for a while but then I talked to Jim. Jim is extremely professional. He managed to recover data for two of our damaged phones. We tried two other stores (before going to Jim), but neither of those stores was able to repair the phone or retrieve the data. Jim has become our one-stop service for phone repair and data recovery. I contacted Jim at Cellular Repair Center on Wednesday morning re: the shattered back glass on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G phone. He wasnt the first repair shop I contacted, nor did he offer the lowest quote. But he was able to get the back glass replacement by the very next day and told me he could fix the phone within an hour. On Thursday afternoon, at the arranged time, I brought my phone over to his shop. When I came back in an hour, the broken glass back was completely replaced flawlessly. Jims meticulous, masterful touch did the trick. The back glass replacement for the Note 20 is not an easy fix, as many other shops told me over the phone. I placed my trust in Jim to get it done right and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Jim and Cellular Repair Center. I will be coming back here again and again for any and all of my cell phone repair needs.

Great service. I got my iPhone 11 fixed here. It dropped in the swimming pool for a 5 second and then the screen went black 12 hours later. I brought it here for repair a few days later and he replaced the screen. Everything working normally now. Apple store said they couldn’t fix it and wanted me to buy a new iPhone 11 for replacementJames

I use to come here years ago, but only stopped because i switched service providers, and my phone now being replaced under my service. Over the last few months ive been having issues with my phone, and my provider has often recommended another repair shop. But everytime i go there i am treated as a burden rather than a customer. So i have just had my provider switch out my phone.But this time i needed what was on my phone and knew that other repair shop would just treat me like a bother.So i returned back to this shop. My phones screen got cracked, causing the touch screen to stop working. Since my phone is not one of the more popular phones out there, Cellular Repair Center had to order the part. Brought my laptop in to have the battery switched out. They ordered the battery for me and let me know when it arrived and I was surprised at how quickly they swapped batteries for me. My laptop works great. Have also come here in the past for phone repair. I always recommend them!

Really disappointed I believe in supporting local shops. I took my phone there earlier this year and paid for my phone to be fixed lasted 2 weeks went back and he wanted more money to fix it. My husband decided today to go and see about his phone and RUDENESS!! So disappointing he did not greet us okay and then we had masks on he didnt okay we have ours. Very prompt, professional service. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I had an unusual issue with my not-so-common phone, but they were able to repair it in hours.

By mid week my phone had shut off without any warning/cause. I put it in rice thinking it had water damage. By Friday I called my insurance company who misinformed their outbound repair center they had sent me to about the details on my phone. That repair center said they did not have the kind of tools or would have any parts for an iPhone XS. I then took it into Apple who said there was a display issue and that the phone was not taking a charge. They did not offer me a solution for the charging issue but said I could replace the display with the risk that the phone still may not turn on. Frantic we found Jim’s repair center. I took it in to The cellular repair center and Jim asked all the right questions. By mid day the following day he had fixed my charging port and replaced my screen. I’m very happy with the service. I highly recommend and would go again any time!

My daughters iPhone ended up in the washing machine over the weekend!! I thought it was the end of it. It was unresponsive. I quickly search online and most say leave it alone overnight so it can dry out. Did that but still no response. I knew I either get professional help or let it go since this is beyond my knowledge. I found Jim @Cellular Repair Center and called. He was very professional, explains the diagnostic fee and if they fix it I just pay the balance. If not, I just lose the $45 deposit. It was a fair deal considering I paid $800 for this phone. The shop was easy to find. Drop the phone off at 10am, Jim recorded the events that led to this accident, told me he would give me an update later. He called around 3pm, identified the issue, and said he needed to replace 2 parts that shorted out. Since the cost was on top of the initial estimate, Jim told me he would waive the diagnostic fee. Thats the care and commitment he makes for his customer. I was completely amaze that he did this. He later said he would call before shop closes to let me know when its done. He called before 6pm. Overall, if youre looking for a professional who says what hes going to do, call you at the time specified, and resolve the issue fast, Jim is the guy to go to. I would not hesitate to come back! After being told by Apple to buy a new phone because my logic board was broken, and being told by another repair shop that nothing could be done, for 1/8 the cost of a new phone Jim had me good as new. Throughout the whole process Jim was the consummate professional--explaining to me his vs. Apples understanding of the problem, detailing how much the repair would cost, calling me to keep me updated, etc. Excellent service, cannot recommend highly enough.

Jim was great!My screen was unresponsive after my phone took a long and wet fall, the poor thing. In our quick phone conversation he had a pretty good idea of what was needed and gave what I felt was a fair quote. It ended up needing more work but he called and explained what he found in his diagnostics and it only ended up costing about $20 more - but he still called and gave me an option to back out and only pay the diagnostic fee and I appreciated that! I gave him the go ahead and I happy I did! It took only two days to repair the water damage and replace the screen, exactly as he promised. I’ve had my phone back for a few days and have no issues- seriously it’s as good as new and you’d never guess it had been through the trauma of smashing against many boulders all the way down a waterfall 😂 (true story). My husband was sure my phone was toast, but thanks Jim for proving wrong! I’d definitely come back if I ever need any future repairs

I had a wonderful experience with Cellular Repair Center! The owner/technician was wonderful and performed a fix with a new battery that the Apple store was going to charge MUCH more for because they said I would need a new front screen simply because there was a tiny crack at the bottom of the screen. Cellular Repair Center did the battery install without the necessity of a new screen and even if they had to also replace the screen, it would have saved a lot of money. Besides being cheaper, they were wonderful to work with and totally upfront and honest about what was necessary.

Very responsive, had to order parts and kept me updated and was able to fix my phone right away.

Excellent.Took my beyond dead phone here to try to recover photos I never backed up. Phone had not been able to turn on for over a year & the battery was expanding like crazy. Didnt have high hopes, but I now have them ALL back.Pricing I thought was fair (though Ive never used a cell repair place before). Diagnostic fee (up front), which was applied to my total service fee. Was also informed if they were not successful at recovering, I would not be charged further.Couldnt be happier, thank you again.

Because I have an international version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, I cannot take it to just any repair center. I had an excellent experience with this place! My phone screen was broken on Christmas eve, and I was lucky to find Jim working that day. I was not able to get the needed part, but he installed a temporary used screen to get me through the holiday, and then put in the new part after Christmas. Great customer service. Was in an out in about an hour. When I took my iPhone in, he looked at my phone and immediately noticed that the two screws at the bottom of the phone were missing. The last place I took it to forgotten to put them back. I should have been more careful in looking over my phone when it was repaired, but it is what it is. In any event, he repaired the glass and told me he put in replacements screws. The best part, no extra charge! I was happy to put in a review on Yelp! and am glad he followed up with an email to me afterwards. What small business does that now and days? I couldnt ask for better service. It was just simple cracked glass replacement, but the first two shops that I called said they couldnt get the glass for my motorola z3. Here, he wanted to verify the model #, but it wasnt a problem and only a couple hour repair. I waited, because the drive was really too far for me to do anything else.
