Great downtown SJ location. 1st meeting with Mr.Araz for paper copies & he was very professinal & helpful as I am a senior & digitally challenged. He gave me a great discount & also stated his PC & device repair services, even for old devices. Great customer Services. I will be returning.

This guy is just awesome. Expertly fixed my Droid Mini, once for a broken screen and later for a new battery. 4 years old and works a lot better than the LG phone I bought to replace it! Hes extremely fair on price and takes time to chat with you. Ill be bringing him my laptops soon!

I got two of my phones - pixel and pixel 3 repaired from this shop. The repair guy is the owner itself. He is a great person to talk to and he explains and clarify all of your doubts. Labor charge is reasonable around $50 for a phone, depending on the situation. If he couldnt repair the phone he wont charge you (similar to all big phone repair companies). He also repairs all other electronic items like laptop, blender, monitor, etc. Cash preferrable.

Did not help me with any electronic device issues or gave an effort to do so. He told me to purchase the same type of items over again as a suggestion. I had someone who said my broken electronics were fixable somewhere else I just chose this place because it was closer to my house plus the high ratings they received on Google. Also, the place is crowded with broken electronics everywhere theres hardly any space to walk through and stand for service. Lastly, I stood outside the building for about twenty minutes because the place was closed without any notifications that they would be back I called the number on the sign outside of their place of business and it was an out of service number so I had to google search it to get the number.

I got my laptop fixed. The guy helps you understand the problem. He lays out the solutions and possibilities of what can happen and act accordingly one at a time.

These guys are great. UPS access point, and very affordable and quality repair services. I brought in a pair of Beats headphones with a broken part, and other shops insisted could not be fixed. The guys at Arazbiz repaired them in less than 24 hours for under $50, and now theyre back to perfect condition. I will be a returning customer.

My husband and I were in San Jose for holiday. I drooped my iPhone and its glass was broken. I searched phone repair shop on Google and find Arazbiz in downtown of San Jose. The guy was very professional and nice. He fixed my phone in one hour at affordable price . I am so happy.

The service was excellent and with a personal touch that is rare to find. Knowledgeable and offered me help beyond what took me there. I needed a USB to Ethernet adaptor for my laptop and he endured I have downloaded and installed the correct drivers, tested and it worked like charm!
