Really bad service they really give me an overpriced estimate just to make me leave. and I drive from San Leandro to check a fake advertising I saw on the web

I never wrote a review in my life but i think i owe this to Lina in particular and ML in general.I signed off on the design and when the cabinets came, i realized that my contractor didnt move the window into the right position and walls were done and painted. There were no other ways around it so i asked Lina for help. She transferred me to Michael and at the end of the day, they brought me 4 modified cabinets without charging me a single cent. These were European style cabinets made by ML.I encourage people to buy cabinets from ML because i believe in their honesty and transparency. Michael knows cabinets and knows how to improve my kitchen overall.Thanks ML

Very good jobs, and excellent materials!All the staffs are very nice and professional...they were very thorough in helping make sure the design fit our space. We will enjoy for years this beautiful kitchen.

Save yourself from DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and disappointment: DO NOT shop at ML Cabinets & Stones for your home renovation/remodel needs. This business does not prioritize its customers. My experience at ML Cabinets & Stones was horrible to say the least. The salesman, Michael Nguyen and his “designer”, were disrespectful, inflexible, and dishonest.Their business model is reminiscent of a classic “bait n’ switch” scheme, seeking to lock you into what appears to be a lucrative bargain but subsequently proven to be an overpriced arrangement. While we were trying to discuss the issue, Michael turned around mid-sentence went into the back workshop and refused to come out and speak with us, the only customers in the store. Michael’s response was completely disproportionate and seemed intended to intimidate us or get rid of us.We tried to work with Michael and were very open to negotiating, but after his blatant disregard for us and very rude attitude we will never work with ML Cabinets & Stones. Needless to say, Michael’s utter disregard for quality customer service has led me to write this review.We are now forced to take the matter to small claims court.

Excellent showroom with lots of high quality cabinets. I’ve never seen a small but nice showroom like this throughout the bay. Will definitely bring the family here to pick out the cabinets

Amazing customer service. Lots of options to choose from. Glad they have so many cabinets on display which helps alot in trying to design my kitchen and bath.

Fastest people I have ever seen. And they did it without cutting corners. Highly recommended.
