I had a large paint rip on my cars front bumper. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and they provided me with a complementary uber home which was great! I picked it up at 4pm. Later in the week I noticed a mistake in the clear coat. I gave them a call and they apologized and told me to bring it back in and they would fix it right away. I brought it in the next Saturday and they re did the paint, and now it looks amazing!They also provide a 1 year limited warranty which is very comforting especially on an expensive purchase like car paint.I give 5 stars for having extremely fair prices, fixing a mistake quickly, and for being very friendly!

I had a fantastic experience with USA Touch Up! I messed up my right fender and bumper really badly and was worried it would be completely unfixable and Id have to buy full new parts. The agents at USA Touch Up were quick to look at my car and give me the details on pricing and what it would take in terms of being able to repair the parts.I brought in my car later that week and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing everything perfectly! I cant tell at all that there was any damage and they did tremendous job with the paint matching. Im very happy with the quality of work! They were even kind enough to help address many of my questions after about other parts when I came to pick up the car.I highly recommend USA Touch Up for any body work needs and will be coming here if I ever need anything in the future!

I had a great experience with USA Touch Up. My car got accident and they took care completely with the very nice result. I am also very impressed with the service manager at USA Touch up. He spent his time to listen to what your concern, advise, and made sure I got the car back in on time. I am so happy and I wanted to refer to so many more friends and family here. Beside the Service managers outstanding skill, the staff there are very friendly and nice. I also talked with one of the manager, his name is Truc. I have not met him, but he took his time and explain to me in detail. I appreciate all of the office staffs. They have good hearts, care, do the right things and very professional.

Had a problem with the door after an accident, wouldnt close completely. They did fix it, but had to come back a few times for other unsuspecting issues with said door. Accomodated me with the issues regarding it.

This is one of the worst places to get your car fix. They are very money driven and do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. I came to get my car bumper estimated, and the guy took one look and he automatically gave me the price $500. How do you know the estimate of the car without taking internal evaluations of the car?

So i was in a hit and run 2 weeks before having to leave to drive to NY. Spent a week jumping through red tape with my insurance company. I dropped my car off with 1 week left and told them the urgency. I just arrived to pick up my car and you cant even tell there was damage. They were extremely friendly and accommodating through the entire process even when i was being a nervous wreck and the stress was making me to be short.

Excellent job. People are friendly and professional. Repaired the damage on my car and matched my paint perfectly.I needed the job done in one day and they came through. Also noticed a dent on the trunk that I thought was caused by their repair work, but apparently they had seen it before starting the repairs. They offered to fix it at no charge. Very happy with their service and going the extra mile!

It is ironic that I always think this shop is decent. 3 years ago I had a bumper paint work done there, and I was super satisfied with the work and service. Last week my car had a collision and I brought it to another body shop, and the estimator pointed out that painted area has obvious color mismatch - my car is pearl white, USA Touch Up did plain white. For 3 years I did not tell the difference because that area was small, but still the work done was cheap.

This place is amazing. They fixed a huge dent in my car in one day. They cleaned my car for me too. They did not over charge me and were very sweet.

The work isnt as top notched as other dealers but their price is half compared to the more expensive shops in the peninsula. They missed a few nicks each time I went there, so I learned to inspect the car before leaving and they quickly fix the issues.
