My husband brought in our Tesla to have the back bumper re-painted and they did such an amazing job. Not only was their work flawless, but they took time to clean both the outside and inside so well that it looks brand new. If they told me they replaced the bumper I would have believed them. I’m very particular and notice small details (I’m an artist) so the fact that I can’t even tell where the borders are is quite impressive. Highly recommend this place.
My windshield was chipped and cracked on freeway from incoming traffic. After going through my insurance, I chose Arseen for the repairs since they’re my go to Auto Body Repair shop. Arseen’s I-Car certified repair technicians were able to replace my cracked Windshield with an OEM without damaging or even scratching my interior trim and exterior of the car while transferring all cameras, sensors, and even my windshield tags from the old to new windshield. I’d only recommend Arseen Auto Body if you care about your car instead of dealership or safelite due to having bad experiences with them in the past. I had a quite bad accident on my new Toyota RAV4 a month ago and was looking for a good place where it will be fixed. My friend suggested me this place to go and I have to say that I was not disappointed. There was a lot of work to do on this car but they did it very good. Below you can see before and after shot. Had to get some paint/panel repair to my Model 3 (Pearlescant White) after a parking incident. Color was matched perfectly and car was cleaned inside and out. Great service, but wasnt informed of the progress and had to call to check.
I had front a rear damage for my new Jeep Renegade. Arseen completed my work in a timely manner and I have had co-workers and friends remark it looks like a brand new Jeep. It is true it looks like it was never in an accident. Arseen worked around my very demanding schedule to assist me. They definitely regard customer satisfaction as important. Tom and his team took every opportunity to keep me informed and let us know about the timeline for the repairs and parts. They were done right on time. Working with these guys was the best it’s always Trumatic to have your vehicle damaged but was very comforting to know that they would get the job done in a very timely manner. Not having my vehicle means it’s hard for me to get back-and-forth to work and get around and do the things that I need to do so I was overly surprised that they had my vehicle ready two days early. Arseen is the type of body shop from which you want to get your car serviced. Its welcoming lobby, friendly staff and quality of work made the whole process a pleasant one.
Where do I even start. They bought the wrong protective film for the panel they replaced, then said they would replace it with the right one but never did. The one-touch close on my drivers side window doesnt work anymore after they worked on my car. They left a huge piece of tape on the drivers side window and didnt explain why. They stole my drivers side car mat and replaced it with a generic one, and when I pointed it out to them they light straight to my face saying that was the mat that was in the car when it came in, even though the plastic was still attached to it saying TO BE REMOVED BY DEALER. They wiped down the inside of my car with a filthy rag, leaving behind a nasty odor that lingered in the car for a week. They scratched the bottom edge of my hood while replacing the body panel below it, and then when I asked for it to be fixed they said it wasnt their fault until I pointed out that the damage wasnt in the insurance assessment. As time goes on I keep finding more and more ways they damaged my car.
Bad experience with customer service and unfinished paint job. they left my car without being detailed after paying $6,500.00 for a complete paint job, Ever since Bill left the whole foundation has crumbled.... I have found much better services elsewhere.......
Second time I have used this shops services via my insurance provider, and both times I have received stellar service. Incredible communication, customer service, and response. Just know that if your being sent here you will be taken care of.
If I can get shop 0 star, I would do so. I have an AMG Mercedes and it was broken in. The driver side window glass was broken by theft. I called the insurance and it refered me to this shop. I did not know if I was able to bring my car outside of my insurance network. So, i brought my car here for glass replacement. I intended to fix the glass only. However, Arseen performed the painting, claiming that they have chip from glass falling down. There was no such damange, but they made excuses. I have all images proving that there was no damage to the paint. However, they still fixed it and made excuses. I told them that I did not give my permission to do the painting, they blamed that they could not contact me, so they went ahead and fixed it. What a nightmare!The funny thing was that Anthony offered me to not charge me for the painting, and he will not put that on the invoice. And off course, I denied because it did not matter since my insurance already covered the loss. I would have to py the deductible anyway. So at the end, They charge me everything. The replacement of window glass and painting was almost $2,200.I came and denied to pick up the car because I did not ask them to fix it. Nina and Anthony who handled my cay said that the car has been fixed, and if I did not pick up my car, they will go charge me $100 for parking fee. They never offered an apology or tried to solve the problem. At the end, I could not obtain the solution and had to pick up my car.The broken pieces of glass was still on the seat, in the corner of door, in the controller and they did not even clean the cup holder which was full of broken glass. See picture for proofs.My 2019 Mercedes AMG has soft closing door, and I did not pay attention when I picked up the car. When I got it home, my fiance noticed that the soft closing door does not work. SO FRUSTRATING!Overall, I left unsatisfied and extremely disappointing for what they did to my car. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO MESS UP YOUR CAR!

Arseen is one of the Tesla-authorized body shops GEICO works with. They made the process incredibly easy (including rental car pickup and return) and the repair looks perfect. The job took longer than expected but due to Tesla shipping the wrong parts, not anything which seemed to be directly in Arseens control.
They replaced the Catylictic Converter twice on my old (2nd gen.) Prius this winter. It took weeks to get the parts in each time due to a Nationwide shortage, but it was fixed within hours of getting the parts. Since my insurance company was not wise enough to install a guard the first time (quoting me a price higher than my deductible), I had Arseen put one on the 2nd time.The two repairs cost more than the car was worth, so I just wish our government, police, insurance companies, and auto mfrs would find a way to stop this type of theft, since it is growing exponentially, and we all pay for the consequences.

I brought my to arseens in august for a car accident I had and they did my front fender and front bumper and front rim. They did the work in a little over a week. They did not color match my body paint exactly and for can see the difference in the light. They also painted my rim to color match my other rims the original color is a gloss black and the painted it a flat black that looks nothing like the original color I had and now in November the paint is chipping and I have not curbed my tire very unimpressed with the work they did will not be going back to them.
I got into a little fender bender. Not my fault. And the other driver had Geico. They had an auto body who worked with them exclusively so the Geico representative set up an appointment with arseen Auto body. When I arrive there they had a rental car already. The check-in was fast and very competent. I was really impressed. They gave me a time frame and they exceeded that by a week. when I went in to get my car it was like having a brand new vehicle. They replaced the backed door on the driver side touched up the dented fender and blended in the paint to match exactly what the rest of the car. I was so blown away and really impressed with the work that they did. I would recommend them for your auto body needs. They are Craftsman.

Good places deserve good reviews and bad ones deserve to be exposed. The guy said he would let me know by Monday or Tuesday if my car would be ready. I had to call them... then they said it would be ready by Friday. Again, I had to call them and ask if it was ready.Got there, and they had put the license plate that I had told him not to do..They also cleaned the car, I thought it was a nice touch until I saw they moved all my stuff to the trunk, meaning they went through my stuff. And just to find out I had an Item missing that I KNEW was there when I dropped off the car. Horrible place to get stuff done. Not trustable. I will never question going there again. So unprofessional, I don’t understand why they aren’t able to do a body job and mess with the stuff inside my car like WHY. Merchandise around 150$ went missing. And they aren’t responsable, according to them.. I would not trust my car with them...

This place is very large, modern, clean and the employees are pleasant and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes two consecutive times. Worst service ever. They dont know how to talk to a customer forget about repair it to the satisfaction. Came in for a repair through GEICO. When they deliver the car, they simple hand over the keys and done. I looked at the door and find it repaired, but did not realize they have broken the side mirror assembly. After 2 weeks, i notice the hairline crack and went back. Bill simply denied that its a possibility that their people while repairing the door must have done the damage or it could be the old damage, but they did not fixed it.Bill told me that look at the pictures it looks like a new damage and when asked to show the pictures, there is no way you can tell if a damage has happened. You ask why i notice the damage after 2 weeks, simply because its not easy to tell there is a damage. I have asked simple question to them if as a human being they could have find that damage and Bill said yes. That tells me how bad a company and a person he is in terms of accepting a human error he simply denied the whole thing.The repair for them cost less than $300, but they simply dont care, neither the satisfaction of the customer or neither backing up their own worst repairs and employees who might have done the damage and have not notified them.
This place does not do good work. I had my car worked on here and had to bring it back the next day after picking it up because I noticed that the parts were not put back on properly. Looked like it was a rushed job even though they had my car for a week. Part connections were not flushed and still aren’t but I refuse to go back there. I am just going to contact my insurance company to find a different place to fix it. I am very disappointed with the work from this place. Please thoroughly inspect your car after this place has worked on it. I do not recommend!!!
Sadly Ive used this shop 2x!They are amazing to work with handling many of the time intensive parts of dealing with insurance and car rental agencies for you.Both times my van had been returned to me cleaner than its been in years with no signs alerting to were the damage previously was. They offer a guarantee for their work but Ive never needed it!

I have State Farm, the lady that hit my car has Geico. Geico if all fraud. They took liability and told me to come here, and they got me a rental. They Call me next morning to say they no longer take full liability. Honestly my 5 stars ONLY go to Ozhen Arsenous, he is the Manager here at Arseen. He made my bad experience so much better. I thank you Ozhen for your help and humanity with me. You are a reasonable man.

Got some work done on my car, the people were all super nice but they did not do a great job on my car. They were fixing the fender and left a gap. I have gone twice to get the gap fixed but it is still not correct
First of all, the estimator that looked at the damages told me, Im going to be honest with you, your insurance will pay for either the bumper damage or the keying, but not both. Then my Geico adjuster called and explained the bumper damage is covered by the collision part of my insurance and the keying is covered by my comprehensive insurance. The Arseen estimator didnt properly explain or didnt know so he should not have said anything and let my Geico adjuster explain it. He was also very condescending. Then I received a call to let me know my car would be ready by 5pm on Wednesday 8/28. I called to see if it would be ready a little earlier since I finished a meeting at 3pm that day and would be heading back to Oakland. They said no it wouldnt be ready earlier than 5pm because it was being detailed. I said ok and that I would pick it up the next day. I arrived the next day during my lunch hour to pick up my car. The receptionist said it will be just one moment. I sat in the waiting area. I waited nearly 10 minutes and noticed several employees just sitting at their doing nothing when I finally asked the receptionist how much longer would it be? She said she let the guy know and then proceeded to call him from across the room. He couldnt hear her so he got up and started walking toward her. He kept asking her what did you say, what,what? Then finally he took out his ear bud so he could hear her. She told him that I am waiting for my car. He says, oh yeah. I said to the receptionist, Im glad we reminded him. Then he finally went to get my car. I looked at my car and the repairs looked fine. I went back inside and paid two $500 deductibles. I then went outside and transferred my stuff out of the rental car into my car. Thats when I noticed my car had not been washed except in the areas where it was repaired. I went back inside to let the receptionist know my car had not been washed. She said she would get someone to wash it right away. I said I didnt have time for that because I needed to get back to work. Needless to say. I was very disappointed by the incredibly poor service I received from Arseen Auto Body. I would never bring my car there again and I would never recommend anyone to ever use there services. Their customer service is the worst! - Daniel G.

Don’t ever take your car here. After getting into an accident Arseen Auto did a a horrible job. First they placed the side panel too close to the front panel and the driver door still does not shut properly. The alignment is totally off and they failed to address it and they said insurance policies do not cover wheels? Huh? Then because they didn’t do any real work on the car, the tire monitoring system alert is still showing when running diagnostics. To top it off, when we went to pick up the car, they gave me someone else’s vehicle and then asked if I was sure it wasn’t mine. Please do yourself a favor and never take your car/truck here, even if your insurance company wants you to. Your car is in horrible hands with Arseen Auto and the customer service matches the repair service. Never ever again, don’t make the same mistake I did! If I could give no stars on negative stars I would because they deserve it. This place is trash!

Terrible customer service. Bumper replacement took way too long and they never called me back for the last part they were supposed to order for me. I finally called and I was told they would transfer me to the mechanic working on my car. Got hung up on twice and then the third time they told me he had already left for the day. Absolutely not coming back ever.
Horrible Horrible, I dropped off car to get bumper repaired after being rear ended, they had it for several days came to pick up it had cracks and air bubbles in paint it was like they were blind!! and clearly not done professionally, they kept it for 5 more days came to pick up work was better but found damage on trunk that was over sited and tried to argue that the damage was caused by the same accident, claim adjuster WASNT HEARING IT!! she could not see that it was an over site just like when they tried to give the car back to me with cracks and air bubble in the repair Shame on you Arseeen Im opening another claim and taking it somewhere else
I picked up my Subaru Outback today after rear-ending another vehicle on the icy roads at Bear Valley on Christmas Eve. Lodging an online claim with Geico, I chose Arseen as the Geico express repair shop and I couldnt be happier. I met Bill on NYE and he was friendly, professional and fast. He clearly explained the process and in no time I was sitting at the desk of Ed from Enterprise car rental and since all my details were already in his computer, I drove away in a rental car less than 10 minutes later. FYI, there is no Geico representative anymore. They now deal directly with the body shop.I had significant damage on the front right side of our car but now after 18 days (NY was included), the car is fixed and you cant see anything. They really did a great job. The text messages with updates were good too and overall Im impressed with this one-stop shop. Highly recommend!

We took our 2005 jaguar s type here through insurance to fix a dent and some scratches on our back right passenger door. It was there 6 days and when we got her home we noticed her right passenger window doesnt go up and they scratched the top of her hood, left grease spots on the right side of the trunk door, and missed a scratch they were supposed to paint! Now we have to get more body work done! NEVER AGAIN BRINGING HER HERE!
Most horrible experience Ive ever had at this body shop. they were so malice and unprofessional my Geico Insurance sent me here to get a evaluation estimate on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma and everything went bad after a GEICO agent did meet me at the appointment and a body shop worker had to take the estimate of my car. I would not recommend anybody to go there and if Geico wants you to go there DONT.
The Geico rep was very mechanical and emotionless. They took a bunch of pictures and sent me on my way. I really like the text updates but not when they tell me its going to take 2 weeks to repair a small fender bender and then text me hours before Im supposed to pick it up to tell me its going to take an additional 3 days.Picking the car up wasnt a good experience. The secretary told me to take a seat and someone would come see me. 45 mins later with several people coming in and leaving with their cars, I decided to ask the receptionist if there was an update. She was rude and couldnt give me any updates.Quality appears to be decent and they offer lifetime warranty but only time will tell.

The two owners are brothers and really make sure you are ok - with EVERYTHING done on your car. Geico and other insurance companies have desks RIGHT here!! they can even get you a rental RIGHT at the shopp@@@. God forbid you are ever in an accident.. come here and youre going to know you went to the right place!!

Matt was great, repairs took a little longer than I had hoped.
Avoid this fly trap ! A Geico customer did a U turn and wiped out the left side of my Nissan 350Z convertible. The police put him 100% at fault and Geico accepted fault. Geico was surprisingly pleasant to deal with and suggested this all in one repair shop with on site adjusters and no hassle rental - my accident was lucky ebough to qualify for this special service. I should have been suspicious that it all seemed to easy. At first they setup my rental. They told me it was half full but when I later checked it was closer to 1/4. They changed it when I pointed it out. It turns out this cozy little setup is meant to help the insurance companies deny parts of the repair. Suddenly all sorts of diagnosis were required heading towards $1000 if we find it wasnt accident related. My convertible feature worked just fine in the days before the accident - now stuck. But $500 if we decide its not related despite the left frame being crushed into the containing compartment. $100 if we decide that air bag indicator wasnt related. And even though the bumper is damaged on the left side it looks like prior damage so we arent going to repair that. This shop is a front to minimize insurance company outlays. Stay far far away ! For those of you already scammed by this setup complain to state authorities so they can investigate and shut it down.
