Mercedes Benz approved collision repair center, Dan and Joseph know their cars! Don’t trust anyone else!

This is the second time I have used Pan America Collision San Jose, this time to repair my Tesla Model Y. Both experiences were excellent. Selena and Maria did an outstanding job managing the process and expectations. The repair was done with high quality and earlier than estimated and at a lower cost. Can’t get better than that!

I took my vehicle in to get repaired after a collision. The grille on my car was to be replaced which they did. I picked up the vehicle and was in a hurry so I took a quick look and things looked fine. I drove to a meeting and came out an hour later to notice that my car didn’t look right. They had put the completely wrong grille back on. The haven’t gotten back to me on the status of my grille being shipped in and it’s been over a week. But now I have to take the car back inFinally received notice that they have my grille in after 2 weeks. Only problem is I can’t get a hold of anyone to get it scheduled. Apparently the only one who can help me is the person assigned to my vehicle. Every time I call in which is 4 or 5 times now, I’m sent to her voicemail

My 2014 Honda Pilot was involved in a collision where the driver side fender/bumper needed repairs and paint job. The entire process with Pan American Collision Center was very smooth. From the initial quote to scheduling an appointment for repair to them working with insurance. The office personnel is very knowledgeable, patient and very courteous. I worked with Jay who was very attentive to the car repairs as well as my schedule in order to make it work. He did an awesome job of keeping me in the loop while my car was in the shop and gave me updates.Once the repairs were complete, he personally delivered my car to my home and took my rental car which gave me one less thing to do. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of the work. My car looks impeccable. It looks brand new. I am so pleased and impressed by all of the people involved to make this happen. Jay even arranged for a detailing job and also noticed they took care of my fogged up headlights.I will definitely be returning for any future vehicle repairs and recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.I am extremely happy and amazed.Thank you guys!!!

No one enjoys getting into an accident. I brought my car here after my first (and only) accident and I fully expected it to be a hassle. The customer service was great, the communication and what I could expect was clear, and my car came back looking better than new.

Returned my BMW X6 with an added scratch on the hood and with a left brake light advisory where the scratch and repair was done. The driver’s chair was adjusted and for whatever reason that seat was moved, they did not have the courtesy to return it. The seat was received separated. Customer service was lack luster. It is a sad attempt to appear like a great shop but people skills seem in great need of revamping and improvement. I was not happy with my over-all experience with this shop.

I Brought my new Honda Ridgeline down for body repair. I was impressed from the beginning how professional the shop was. The estimator Jose was very detail orientated and even recommended checking the alignment which is something I did not think of. During the repair process, the office kept me informed of the progress through calling me and texting. Repairs were perfect. Paint matched; It Looks as if nothing ever happened. The work was completed on time, and I was able to leave my car rental at Pan American which was very convenient. Very satisfied with Pan American and would highly recommend this Company.

We accidently ran through some paint on the road. The car looks like new now. Also, my son accidently damaged his seatbelt and it works perfectly now. Dan communicated with us throughout the repairs. The repairs were second to none and the car was ready when promised.

I brought my Coach to Pan American and it is the place to come for body work and repair. I got Coach (my cars name) repaired here and working with Jose & Austin was great. I found out about Pan American from the insurance company. They have been around for a long time. They repaired my engine and painted my car to which it looks brand new.

Lousy job. They work for the Insurance company, not you. Very unhappy with their lack of completing the job. The person handling the job was rude and curt. Their exact words were The Insurance company is the one signing our checks, I reminded them that I was the one, signing the Insurance companys checks. Lousy customer service. Lousy communications, and a job that remains incomplete. Very unhappy with their work. Go anywhere else, and you will likely be better off.

We have used this company on three different occasions, and they are outstanding! Their service representatives are polite, well informed and service oriented. The shop is spotless and you will be informed by email and text about the repair progress on your vehicle. I wouldn’t use any other repair facility; our cars were a Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (twice), Audi and a Smart Car!

They left me with the check engine light and I h as d to spend $220 of my own money to find out the genius at Pan America left out a sensor when installing the bumper.

Penny smart point foolish. Went to Panamerica Collision last four times to get work down or get a vehicle towed to. Even with other shops closer I chose to go to Panamerica thinking customer loyalty meant something. Sadly to say it does not. After using my Amex to pay for deductible on my other vehicle just a couple of weeks earlier, I was informed they do not take AMEX which is not true. They have the ability to take AMEX but Panamerica choses not to pay the extra fee and not allow customers to pay with AMEX. All to save a few bucks on a processing fee. Last time I take my car to them. If they are willing to cut cost on just an AMEX charge. I wonder what else they are cutting cost on. Consistency in business practices is something Panamerica should work on.

They did an ok job on reapairs, the paint seems to be good. They stole all of my parking money out of my car and tried to return it to me with a completely different wheel. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Great quality job. Have to follow up few times. Customer service polite, but not proactive. PACC contacted after the invoice was paid to asked for more money due to there mistake.That was about 4% of the total cost. They just should swallow that difference.

Exceptional service as always. Polite and respectful. They actually care about you and not treat you like another sale. Recommend having Jose Tafoya be your representative and dealing with your vehicle. Respectful and knows what he’s doing and is knowledgeable. Recommend this place because their quality of work on vehicle repairs is exceptional and all those plaques and awards in their lobby shows it. Will always and only go there for vehicle repairs.

They were attentive, professional, experienced, had good suggestions but let me make decisions, kept up communication, their estimates were within reason, would definitely use them again (hope I never have to, of course, you understand).

Awesome body work, cant even tell I was in an accident. Nathan was super helpful and stayed close contact with me providing status updates and making the process easier on me. Juanita also, helped me out pretty well too. Just be patient and work with them. Some issues did happen on the way, but they will handle and take care of it. Just be understanding, sometimes parts get delayed and what not (which is out of their control). I got more out of what I expected, definitely a 5 star worth service!

Chose this place because its Subaru certified collision center and also works with AAA directly. Had my rear bumper replaced. Really happy with the process and outcome. Stephanie is the best!

If you’re looking for a five star service and repair shop, then this is the place for you. My car was dented and scratched. Now it looks brand new. I don’t know how they did it, but I’m extremely happy with the results. I’d recommend them to a friend anytime.

Thorough, considerate, works with you. My car had been tboned and was deemed totalled by insurance. Alyssa at Pan American helped me empty the vehicle and understand what they found wrong with it.

Unfortunately I have had to use their services thrice. But their service is pretty good and they are prompt in follow up. With any body shop you need to have patience but try their best.

One of the worst place ! The Staff will not do their work properly & instead will blame you. I have went thrice to Pan America but they could not fix the issue with my vehicle & every time they will provide some story. Please avoid such a place!

They were absolutely amazing. I had the estimate one day.....car back in two. Service was amazing (Erika was great), car was perfect...and returned immaculate inside and out, which isnt how it was when I brought it in. I recommend them to everyone.

I can only speak to my own experience and its been for very minor body work, but its been excellent. I saw the same rep. twice and he was terrific- the first time he got a minor repair done for $100 and the second time he was able to fix it himself and didnt even charge me- just asked me to bring back my business, which I certainly will.

Did a great job repairing my car. It was above and beyond what I expected. They do a high volume and sometimes it was hard to get hold of the administration..overall I was extremely satisfied.

Ive owned Mercedes most of my adult life. I have had them serviced and repaired as needed. I received a written estimate for approximately $4,900 for the repairs needed on my new Mercedes that was involved in a minor rear end collision. I towed the car to the repair shop to get it fixed & before any further examination was done, they changed the amount of the written estimate to over $10,000. When I asked the estimator why the adjustment was made, they explained it was based on their experience. I felt very uncomfortable with that explanation and lost confidence and trust in using their services and thought they were not being honest with me from the start. The staff was very rude, unprofessional and shady. I highly do not recommend going to Pan American, I will not be returning to this body shop ever again.UPDATE: Pan American gave me an original quote of $10,000-$15,000 and would take 3-4 weeks to complete the job. I took my Mercedes to Preferred Image body shop and they gave me a quote for $5,000 to do the exact same job and it took them 5 days to complete it and did a perfect job.The Pan American staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I feel that Pan American is a very shady body shop and I still will never recommend them to anyone unless they have a deep pocket and like to waste it.

Damage was on the left front fender, door, hood, and wheel. Total repair bill 2,600+, including replacing the wheel. Picked it up five days after I left the car. LIKE NEW! Thanks Jose Castillo!

5 star for the actual repair job. 3rd time here with all my Tesla issues, result always good. however, they probably got so heavy workload that the response was usually delayed the whole process could take quite long. Just fixed my car, which was in accident last Sep........
