They replaced a stolen catalytic converter. They did an outstanding job. It was done quickly, professionally. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional! Highly recommend!They also installed a catalytic converter shield I provided. Again an outstanding job!

Excellent service. Had my car repaired here after a minor collision. Marcy was really helpful and courteous with the initial intake process/inspection and also had the rental car ready to drive. Picked up my car 3 days later and the car looked brand new. Nicely cleaned and all repairs done perfectly. There were no signs of any damage. Thank you very much Nick. Highly professional service.

Trash body shop. I used them because they were a preferred shop for Geico. When I got the car back it was dirty, there was no pick up inspection done, and they messed up the repairs. They got rid of one of the custom emblems I have on the car even after we made notes and took photos during the drop off. The front bumper was missing two bolts on one side and was coming undone while I drove. Every time I stop I have to push it back into place until I can get the bolts ordered from Mercedes. I should have just taken it to the Mercedes dealership. Never letting these clowns touch another vehicle.

The customer service is great — everything was explained thoroughly to me, I was constantly being updated with the status of my vehicle, and my car looks brand new.

This was a AMAZING experience at the fix auto body shop!!! The staff were really friendly. They helped us arrange a rental car which was seamless and easy. They also went above and beyond their normal services by replacing our car battery which was damaged in an accident. Initially. I gave them an A- because they missed a really small chip, 1/10 inch, on the door handle, which might have actually been there before the accident. But we didnt notice it until now. I contacted them and they immediately, without question, took it back in and fixed it up in a few hours since I didnt want to leave it overnight and have to get a rental. Now, they get an A+! Great job. I recommend 👌 👏 👍 this shop and would go there again!

Great professional job

The bare minimum work paid for by insurance was completed but the car was found to have more damage than when the car was given. Had to argue significantly to get it fixed and yet still not satisfied as dents were found and electrical system is messed up. Pictures taken by the site proved to have no additional damage prior to giving for repair however they blamed the customer for having a dirty car so the scratches were not seen. I would not pick this place again for my repairs.

My back bumper dropped off for whatever reason (it happened when I wasnt on the car) I messaged them on Tuesday, got a reply instantly and made an appointment on Wednesday morning. They helped me to fix it within 5 min and didnt charge any money. Perfect experience ever!

My insurance sent me to this Fix Auto repair facility. And although nice people their repairs (Which were quite extensive.) started coming undone on the interior. Fittings began coming loose. And on the outside door paneling was at odd angles to rest of fittings.

They did a great job fixing my truck.

Your hours online say you are open on Saturday until 1 pm. I got here at 12:30 and your door hours said you closed at 12:30. Please change your hours to the appropriate times so customers dont drive half way across town to get to you and be closed.

As good as an auto shop can get. Geico sent me here for repairs and was greeted by friendly staff from Geico, Fix Auto, and Enterprise on site. Both drop-off and pick-up days went very smoothly even though I had complicated situations on both days. No complaints at all about the service and the quality of work. I am a happy customer.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop.

I had a Geico repair done here. The service was fast and high quality. The price listed on the receipt was far below what others quoted. I am not sure how non-Geico customer pricing would be, but plan to use them for a non-insurance related repair.

Approved by many insurance companies, FIX AUTO on Brokaw Road is the best. They have two other locations, Sunnyvale and Gilroy. Same owners, same great service with proud of workmanship

I just had my car repair from a rear end wreck. When I got my car back, the ABS system was in system fault mode. Turned out the brake light was shorting out from the wreck, they pulled the housing out for repairing the body but never check to bulb that is was broken when they put the housing back. The same goes for the license plate light, trunk was hit from the wreck and they repair the trunk but never checked to see if the light was broken when they put it back together. If they would check that lights work before giving me the car back they would would prevent this poor review.

I was rear-ended and the drivers insurer, Geico, sent me here. They took care of everything, appraisal, Enterprise car rental, and a great job on the repair work and paint. Sending regular text updates and photos.

Horrible nightmare! … and one star is too many ...It took two months for my car to be finished and it is still not 100% to pre-accident; I am working with a different shop to repair the damage that this shop created and didnt do right. From owner to manager, there were nothing put lies and caught in action, putting old parts back on that they were charging insurance for new parts. repairs were not made to any quality standard. my car was hit from the rear, they never sealed the canal area which caused my car to flood in the trunk and in the back seat floor. They try to push to situation off as if you the customer has it wrong and try to convince you that your not seeing the repair correctly. they got the paint match wrong 4 times… yes, 4 times not 1 or 2… I would never trust this shop again.. their integrity is below what should be expected at least in my book. What shop takes 2 months for a repair that should have taken 2 weeks max, and is followed with error and problem after problem. Even the wife/owner was rude to me and responded with unprofessionalism and almost child like behavior. There are much better shops out there PLEASE do your research… dont be taken and fooled by their upfront concern and wanting to do a good job, look at their reviews this type of work seems to happen more there then just with my car. please take the time to report to your insurance companies to investigate this shop so they are not putting others in a victim situation.

They are terrible company, after everything was done with my car they charged me 100$ per day for storage fee which is not in their contract and they didn’t tell me. when I told their managers that they didn’t tell me or not in their contract he agreed but he say it is what it is!!!!!!
