There were great in servicing my Tesla Model 3. I had a minor paint scratch on my front bumper and they cleaned it without any charge. I would highly recommend them.

This Body Shop is extremely amazing with the Panting Job for my Rear Pumper and Trunk Lid of my 2020 Tesla Model 3. Their Job is way better than Tesla Body Shop as I had my Rear Pumper painted by Tesla Body Shop last year. However, I was unhappy with Tesla Body Shop. Customer Service here is very professional especially Mr Dai as he keeps his promise with his client and gets the Work done on time. They also offered me a very nice car wash which I never asked for it. I totally recommend this Shop to anyone in need!

I had my model S body works done at Xcel. They did an amazing job. My model s was rear-ended and the damage was pretty bad, now it looks like new. They are very professional, polite and very responsive. They usually were available when I called (Or they would call back within an hour), very patient and detail-oriented. Definitely 5 stars!

Im usually not one to post reviews but for a service that people will be spending a lot of money on, I think its worth to make one.First off, the reviews do not lie. XceI has got to be one of the best body shops in the South Bay. Xcel was recommended to me by another person. From the looks at it, I was hesitant because there were other shops that specialized in German vehicles/VW specific. I definitely do not regret going with Xcel.For the back story, I took a bad hit in the rear of my Volkswagen GTI. This was my first collision ever so going through insurance and getting it to a shop was definitely a nervous and anxious thought. I got my initial estimate through Geico and was planning to go to Xcel for another. Little did I know, they work off of the Geico estimate which was great! I filled out a form when I got to Xcel and met Dai who was super welcoming and helpful. I dropped off my car the following week and then got it the week afterward. Dai got to work immediately after dropping off my car. I got a text a couple of hours later with photo updates of more damage. Hes very good with keeping you posted with every step of repairing your car. There was a part that would take a week to get in which would drag my rental out to another 5 days from the original 7. He was very accommodating in allowing me to take back the car and dropping it off again at a later date since he knew I did not have rental coverage in my policy. So when I got my car back, it was like brand new!Tldr: Xcel is a great shop. Super welcoming and accommodating. They give you $125 in credits towards your Hertz rental and will also Uber you to work or home. Dai made it all seem so easy. Hopefully, I wont have to return (knock on wood) but I definitely will if I need a car worked on.

Great place for professional quality, service. Josh Yang was amazing, he handled all the dialogue with the insurance company, kept me posted daily, and even sent pics. I would rate this place 10 star and recommend to all. Vehicle was even detailed inside and out when I received it back, full polish....awesome place, very, very people and service oriented! Highly recommend....btw, I used under another persons recommendation, even though they were not in my insurance company list of approved shops. Josh made it all work...and I had my vehicle back in less than a week....

My whole experience with Xcel led by Mike was great. My two month old Tesla Model 3 was rear ended in a hit and run at the beginning of March. I had originally been referred to a non- Tesla certified body shop who had started the work and then couldn’t complete it because Tesla wouldn’t sell them the parts. They ended up referring me to Xcel. Xcel and Mike really went above and beyond. They’re me feel like a priority and communicated throughout the entire process. They super detailed the car inside and out which was a pleasant surprise.

Dai is is the man! My car had a small paint job that needs to be done due to a very minor accident. My repair was done in 24 hours. He gave me live updates through pics on whats going on with my car. I didn’t ask for it, but hey it’s really helpful and gives me peace of mind. Quality of craftsmanship and customer service is superior. My car looks pristine after the repair, carwashed and vacuumed. Tesla certified!

If I could give them a rating above 5, I certainly would. The staff are very friendly, and Mike is very professional. He explained the process clearly and showed me what need to be repaired. What impressed me the most is that they really took the effort to repair my car as quickly as they could, and finished the repair job ahead of schedule! My husband predicted it would take at least a week, but Xcel finished it in two days!

I had great experience with them. Dai took personal care to inspect the parts that came from Tesla. He is very easy to work. Keep you informed about the status of progress. Also washed my car after my repair. Highly recommend them for Tesla!

Dai, was amazing. That young man knew exactly what to do with my brand new 2019 only 3 week old Subaru. We had the insurance claim all set up, took it to Xcel and the customer experience was top notch excellent. Dai came right out, looked at the vehicle inspected it and tell me what options I had.He and his crew did an amazing job. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them. No wonder they continue to have 5 star reviews. If I could leave a 6 stars I would.

My car was rear ended near on 880 near the 101 exit in San Jose. I researched multiple shops before deciding on Xcel due to all the positive feedback I saw. I was not disappointed. Dai was awesome and walked me through the entire process of what they needed to do for repairs. While my car was in the shop, he kept me updated via text almost every day on what service they had performed, the status of the parts they had ordered, and the ETA of when I would get my car back. The service here is excellent and Dai and his team returned my vehicle in a condition as if the accident never happened. Definitely top notch in customer service from this team.
