Hello Fellow car guys. German Imports Auto hands down is the best shop for many upgrades and maintenance for any vehicle in the Los Angeles Radius. The guy who runs the show is Will. Will is the best and most fair person in the world when it comes to car upgrades, installation prices and many more. Ive built my Camaro SS to a full street cup/ track car with Will and I only trust Will to prepare my car before I Race. When it comes to racing it is very important to have a proper inspection beforehand and Will does a great job. He understands and prepares my car with his best services. He has installed many suspension parts, engine parts, and has done many fluid flushes on my car to a professional level. I trust my car to sit in his shop just as much as I trust my car to be at home. Will is an honest person and will never lie. He will take the next step and make sure your car will work properly. And this is not my only car I have taken to Will. He has worked on all my German cars, friends cars, families cars, and more to a professional level. Will is very knowledgeable and understands each cars personality with perfection. I highly recommend to come here for any car needs!
Had a good experience there. Will is knowledgeable, does what’s necessary for the car and doesn’t push anything extra. They were very thorough but finished everything on time and started working on the car immediately upon arrival for scheduled service
If you have a German car that needs service or repair, no need to look further. You have found a very good auto repair shop. They are honest and professional - not out to make a quick buck. They will not replace or repair parts that are not necessary, unlike many shops who will scare you into replacing parts that you dont really need. I drove my family here from Virginia for vacation. I started hearing hissing sound under the driver side dashboard a couple days ago. All the YouTubers and MB forums pointed to brake booster leak based on the symptoms. I did not want to take any chances with my family with brake issues, especially driving in LA on the freeway. Thank God that I found this German Imports Auto from the Google Maps. Will Chu and his mechanics accurately diagnose the problem. It was not related to the brake booster at all, which would have been costly. I have never met Will or anyone from this shop until today, so I am writing this from my experience today comparing to my dealings with many auto repair shops in Virginia. This shop is a diamond in the rough. Thank you again Will for all of your help!
Best auto love alot very cool A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Most definitions of cars say that they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four wheels, and mainly transport people rather than goods.[2][3]Cars came into global use during the 20th century, and developed economies depend on them. The year 1886 is regarded as the birth year of the car when German inventor Karl Benz patented his Benz Patent-Motorwagen.[1][4][5] Cars became widely available in the early 20th century. One of the first cars accessible to the masses was the 1908 Model T, an American car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. Cars were rapidly adopted in the US, where they replaced animal-drawn carriages and carts, but took much longer to be accepted in Western Europe and other parts of the world.[citation needed]Cars have controls for driving, parking, passenger comfort, and a variety of lights. Over the decades, additional features and controls have been added to vehicles, making them progressively more complex, but also more reliable and easier to operate.[citation needed] These include rear-reversing cameras, air conditioning, navigation systems, and in-car entertainment. Most cars in use in the early 2020s are propelled by an internal combustion engine, fueled by the combustion of fossil fuels. Electric cars, which were invented early in the history of the car, became commercially available in the 2000s and are predicted to cost less to buy than gasoline cars before 2025.[6][7] The transition from fossil fuels to electric cars features prominently in most climate change mitigation scenarios,[8] such as Project Drawdowns 100 actionable solutions for climate change.[9]There are costs and benefits to car use. The costs to the individual include acquiring the vehicle, interest payments (if the car is financed), repairs and maintenance, fuel, depreciation, driving time, parking fees, taxes, and insurance.[10] The costs to society include maintaining roads, land use, road congestion, air pollution, public health, healthcare, and disposing of the vehicle at the end of its life. Traffic collisions are the largest cause of injury-related deaths worldwide.[11]
Owning and maintaining a German car is painful, but this place takes care of everything. Those German car mechanics are the only group that I met dont want to rob you. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ill literally take all my families German car here. My BMW vibration issue has been rapidly taken care of by those guys.
What a waste of time. He said hell call me to give me a quote never got a call probably forgot my car was even there if I had not call them. Had to call twice to get a quote on repair. Mind you I drop my car off the day before to have inspected. The next day it sat there all day had to call twice to see whats going on. Seems like they didnt even want to help me. They are nice and all but Ill probably never bring my car here again.
Awesome and honest customer service!
Never did I think Id write a review about an Auto Shop, but when service and work is superior, it deserves a review. The facility is immaculate. The cleanliness speaks volumes to how well your car will be taken care of. The owner takes pride in his work and will walk you through the entire process and you will always be aware of the status and next step. I have brought my Audi TT on three different occasions. 1 - Routine Maintenance; 2 - A random issue with a hose and 3--Major body work that had to be done due to a car accident and having to file a claim with my insurance.Regardless of the service needed (be it a small $50 job or major work costing $8,000+), I was extremely happy with the results. Whether it was same day service or a job that required 2 weeks to complete, the open communication of the progress is what I can appreciate. I should note that my car has a unique color. In my experience, two different body shops did not do a good enough job to ensure that the color matched well and that every dot was properly covered. My previous service provider was Rusnak and so I would like to think that my expectations on consistency are high. German Imports Auto is a gem that we dont find these days. They have the high quality of service and consistency expected from large corporations, yet the unique 1-1 customer connection and attention to detail that often gets missed.I leave this place with confidence and feeling like I have a new car (they also have an amazing car wash/ detail service). For that reason, I have referred my family and friends who also share the same sentiments about this place
Amidst the stress and inconvenience of having to go get my car repaired, Will & German Imports Auto are the only positive light! My car was having issues (coolant leaking, engine overheating) so took it in to German Imports Auto for the first time not knowing what to expect. The service was excellent! They were timely in finishing their repairs and extremely affordable for the work that was done. Most importantly, the owner, Will, is incredibly sincere and honest. He also took the time to answer my questions, which showed how knowledgeable and patient he is.Honestly, I am so happy I found this place and this will definitely be my home base for any car repairs I need! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Truly amazing people. helped me out, fixed my broken blinker and the prices are fair. highly suggest they have amazing customer service.
Lots to like about this place.1) it’s easy to find parking. There is space on the street but he also has a 50meter long driveway for you and it’s covered so you don’t have to wait in the sun2) they don’t usually take customers in the afternoon as he (William the owner) wants to spend the time with the customer picking up. I never felt rushed as he always takes the time to explain everything to me3) knowledgeable and charges what he quoted and not another amount4) there are bathrooms there and a waiting area. Best part is that it is close to restaurants and grocery stores so you can do other things while your car is being fixed.
Took my car to diagnose brake issue. Will worked with me giving several options to save me money. In addition when I picked up the car he gave me an additional discount,so I could enjoy my holiday. Thanks Will
Awesome shop. Does not rip you off. They genuinely care about their customers
VW GTI oil pressure issuesBrought in my 15 GTI after the oil pressure lamp came on, after getting an oil change at a local Quicky Oil place. Will had me in and out in the course of an afternoon, and didnt charge me. Granted, there was nothing wrong, but he was nice enough to not throw a diagnostic charge at me. Whats more, he called back a week later to follow up.Super cool guy. Knowledgeable, honest staff.
Heard a owner disputing with Will, regarding battery for like 10 minutes. Like other places, technicians will always make the problem a little worse than actual in order to make money on changing parts and charging labor. So dont get the illusion this place is the same. Be wise, check a few more places.
Very good service and price
Honest
