Dickson really helped me out of a jam. Another towing company basically stranded me because my car was in a tight garage. Dickson sent Frank who got my car out in a flash. On top of that he sent me to a great mechanic.

Frank was great got to me quickly and played great music on my way home made getting my broken car home a great experience

Called AAA & they sent Dicksons out for service. Ended up needing a new starter. Since my mechanic was too far away, they ended up doing the repairs. They were inexpensive and super fast at getting it repaired. Everyone was really nice & polite. I would definitely use them again for any mechanical work my car might need in the future.

I called AAA to have my sons car towed to our house. We thought it was a problem with the battery or alternator. Frank from Dickson Motor Services showed up with a great smile and very courteous. He checked the car first to see if there was something he could do to fix it. Unfortunately it had to be towed. He explained to us what he was going to do and took the car home. He left the car exactly how we needed it to be on our driveway. He was very professional and we feel that we received excellent service. Id recommend them. Frank did an awesome job. Thank you.

If you want fast and professional tow truck service, this is the place to call. My car wouldnt start up and I called this place. They came and towed my car within the hour. The tow truck driver pushed my car out of my apartment complex. Unfortunately, the car landed in front of a neighbors driveway. The truck driver was very professional and answered the irate neighbors questions. Hook up was 65 and 10 dollars per mile. I recommend this place to anyone who needs car assistance.

This technician name Roy came to do service and he’s insisting to my fiancé he wants my identification because I was inside the house getting ready for work even though my fiancée was showing him a picture of my ID & AAA membership so my fiancé went inside the house to get my ID and when he came out of the house he just left. According to my fiancé he was rude.

Awesome service Dennis help me out with my issue that I thought was my battery but it was my key ignition. They have been around for a long time use them u will not regret it.

The male in there is very very rude, we called and asked where is the location to pick up the car, he said the address way too fast and told us to google it, then he hanged up the call. The car was towed at 8pm we went in an hour later, they charged for 400$, with a 225$ tow fee, 100 late fee 85$ storage fee. Suck a joke

They are very disrespectful. Specially the receptionist. I called and asked the amount i had to pay to take my truck out of the impound and the guy said 665 for after hours. But if i were to come today, it would be 550. Well once i gaved them the release form she stated it was 720. Am disgusted by the receptionist way of treating customers!!!

They took my car for no reason infront of my house I have to pay 260 to get back. I live in a complex but I only have my car park for 4 hours l own the place and I have registered my car. This is racists statement what they r doing to me Im Hispanic

My Gasket blew off today on my way to work, smoke was coming out of my hood on the freeway and I was force to exit. Luckily Dickson Motor was close-by and they were able to send someone out right away to attend to my crisis. Frank Quezada arrive shortly after I made the initial call. He was very nice and courteous, I can tell right-away he know what he was doing. He even shoot me a text msg when he completed the job. Thanks to Frank at Dickson, I was able to manage my day properly and get my car back in a timely fashion.
