He,on an almost daily basis kept me informed on the progress of the repair and the projected date of completion.He was always courteous, informative, and professional. Actually, the repair job was completed one day prior to the projected date. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been completely washed and detailed! Best Auto Service I have ever experienced.Reason for visiting - My car’s fender liner yanked out. So I purchased a new fender liner part and needed Auto repair center help to install it.I called several auto repair centers and everyone was in rush and they don’t even have time to talk to me about my car problem and provided me a very expensive price quote over the phone and I was told to wait for 1 week to schedule an appointment.I contacted the Service King Collision San Gabriel center and the person who assisted me over the phone was very professional, patient and politely asked about my problem and gathered all the information and scheduled an appointment right away for the same day with no installation service charge ( Yes, that’s right no installation FEE.).Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me and right away took my car away and started working on it. Within 20 minutes they delivered the car back to me and it was all set and repaired.It was a professional, pleasant and quick experience I ever have had to date.I strongly recommend you all to visit this service center if you need any auto repair service.

I had such a wonderful experience! I’ve never been through a accident especially on top of being in a pandemic. Debbie was so kind and extremely helpful she went above and beyond assisting us, since we really didn’t know what we were doing or how to navigate the whole insurance thing and went as far as to reach out to our adjuster and set it up for us. Alain was extremely helpful and courteous as we checked in our car, he even went as far as to offer to pick us up in order to pick up our car once it was ready (which was even ready before the estimated time!) And Sam was extremely kind and caring as we drove our car in, especially with me not knowing what to do, and guided me through the process. This is a family atmosphere very kind, honest and courteous team. I would highly recommend them with out reservation. They made my not so great experience of getting into a car accident, actually turn out wonderful and my car was like brand new! ThEven waxed it! Besides the wonderful team they have here. My car looks brand new they did such an amazing and timely job!

This shop was under Liberty Mutual insurance network and I decided to give them a try. I previously had work done to my car at a local shop but it was done poorly so I was determined to find a better shop. This shop not only completed the body work on my car in a FAST manner but they stayed in contact with me via text and kept me updated. Amazing service on our 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Sam the general manager went above and beyond. He rushed our repair and got our car back to us in a few days when we needed it for work. The representative that works with me kept me involved through the entire process of my car being repaired. The expected delivery date was surpassed by getting the car back to me one day early! The service was fast and Manager (Sam) was very experienced. Although minor paint imperfection, and some missing knobs or screws, Sam promise to take care of the it after the holiday.

We had a great experience with this Service King and we would highly recommend it. All of the staff members, especially Spencer, were extremely kind, professional, and courteous.The bumper repair itself was completed very quickly (2-3 days) and even though we werent 100% satisfied the first time, Sam (the manger) was kind enough to do touch-ups until it was perfect.This will definitely be our go-to shop if we need any repairs in the future.

I went to Service King in San Gabriel on May 10 and scheduled an appointment to fix my car for May 23. My car had a very small damage incurred when a friend of mine backed into my car in his backyard. I talked to a technician who told me the back bumper has to be replaced, which was fine. I told them I would pay from my pocket, no insurance involved, and he said I would have to leave the car there for 4-5 days. I thought that was a bit much for a small repair, but nevertheless I agreed and scheduled the appointment with the lady at the counter. My appointment was on May 23 at 5pm, which worked for me perfectly because I was going to travel on the 24th for 5 days. However, when I arrived at Service King that day, the lady I scheduled the appointment with was not there, and the gentleman sitting at the counter told me I did not have an appointment. It appears my appointment was not been actually scheduled in their system, and therefore I could not drop the car at that time. While this appeared as not a big deal to Service King, it was a big deal for me, as I took time to go there right before a trip, and planned my schedule around this. This was very inconvenient, I will be looking for another place to repair my car.

I had a great experience at service king San Gabriel, they performed an excellent repair and finished my car a day early. Also the staff waited 10 minutes past closing to ensure I could pick up my vehicle. The staff really went above and beyond to communicate with me every step of the way. Took it here after my car was vandalized and they just told my insurance that all damages were done by me or that I left the car unlocked. When I asked them they just said they dont work on cars older than ten years old. Yet they did not tell me that when I took it In. Also they are violating the los angeles Covid19 safety precautions by only having some of their employees cover their face when the mayor clearly requires all business to comply. Avoid this place.

Had go back because 1st time did not fix the problem

My car was side swipped and my mirror was smashed. I was blessed because the people left a note saying they would pay to repair it. I ran right around the cornor to service king and received an estimate for 435.54. I went to the people who hit my car and showed them the estimate. They pd me cash. I made arrangements to have the car repaired on thursday. Before i took it to service king i received a call stating the estimate was being changed to almost 800.00. Big difference. I already agreed to the repairs and seattled with the people responsible.I now have no mirror and not enough money to fix it. The first estimate was not honored. What a micky mouse way to run a business. Im very displeased. How can you get an estimate and it not be honored. Never again. Im so unhappy

I went there with a broken mirror in the passenger side mirror of my car . They told me that I have to replace the whole thing and it will cost more than $2000. When I asked them if they can only replace the mirror they said that is not at all possible.I went to Alliance Auto Body in Arroyo parkway and he replaced only the mirror for $300.
