Loved this store! The attention to detail, the staff and it was fun to get the story behind the craftsmanship of the product. This is retail done well, most products were out of my price range and Im not much of a shopper, but I spent 40+ minutes in this store. Staff were great.

Great store for quality, American steel bikes and beautiful watches.Even though they are the top result for watch repair in the area, they only repair their own(Shinola brand) bikes and watches, beware. The bikes although pricy, will last you a long time and have some resell value.Picture is my favourite, Detroit arrow.

I really loved the beauty of my watch. The sales rep insisted the warranty program was exquisite and that once I buy it, it will last a long time. I had never had a watch as beautiful, so that excited me.But after a few months, the minute hand got stuck on the hour hand. They accepted this and replaced it for free.A couple months later, the leather strap broke from the lug. They replaced, but warned me I needed to buy a new $100 band, because mine was overused. A week later, the band again broke free.Beautiful product. But not enough focus on quality of material and longevity.
