Incredible shop with amazing people who worked there. Never once in California have we experienced a level of service like this. They truly take it to the next level. Its a bit dangerous though, because between their online store and their physical location I might end up spending my life savings here. I couldnt say enough good about them

I had the pleasure of visiting Leather Etc while in San Francisco this past week. It is hard to find a store with such a huge selection of quality BDSM wear at reasonable prices anywhere. I was thrilled when I arrived at the store after walking six blocks to check it out.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the lifestyle. There are so many fantastic things to choose from including American made leather products!

Great selection of corsets and collars. Most of my corsetry comes from here. The staff is knowledgeable and are wonderful guides for those just starting to explore.

Awesome. I have purchased several corsets and harnesses here. Best place for womens leather sexy/bedroom wear. Also, this is the most affordable place around that has real leather with many sizes and style options. My stuff is still going, it has not fallen apart yet. The quality seems fine to me, especially for the price.

The staff here are friendly! The quality for most of the products is great, especially for the more expensive gear. I got a secret santa gift (a vest) from this shop five years ago that I still wear and is in great condition! It was wonderful to actually visit the store in person.

Great selection of leather goods (kink or not) so long as you like black leather. I was looking for something a little colorful, but had no luck here. Guy behind the counter was very helpful though, and chatted me up for a bit.

Bought a vest here for a friends boyfriend... It was quite nice looking on him. He wore it the rest of the day on Fringe while his gf was with others.... It worked out nicely while he held my friends leash the rest of the day. Pics came out great!! Jealousy is wonderful.

We ordered some leather restraints from here. They broke after the first time, we returned them with receipt and never heard back from them. When we called they said they would send a replacement pair but never did. Bad customer service and cheap products.
