Overpriced but i like the idea for the chinese valentines day stuff, and the service is good. Well what do you expect, at a designer store the service has to be as good as the products.
A very bad customer service in this store. I bought a gucci shoes (9.5 gucci size) a week ago. I didnt check and try it on after a week. Not until yesterday i tried using it but it was tight(thinking this might be new that’s why). Unfortunately, i checked and realized that the size is only 9. I didnt double check before i left the store at the time of purchase!!! (not sure if store associate did this on purpose just to get the sales/commission, but she gave me 9 instead of 9.5 size). Today, I tried exchanging it to 9.5 but they will not be able to exchange it because her personal opinion the shoes is already worn. (to be honest the shoes is still in very good conditions and at salable condition). im not returning the shoes!!!! im not getting back a single penny!!! im just exchanging it to a bigger size(which i remember i asked for SIZE 9.5). I hope this will not happen again to other customer, taking adavantage to sell the shoes whats available just so they can get the Sales!!!
I went in looking for some Gucci boots and ready to buy them. Apparently by the way I was dressed and how casual I looked, mind you i am also Mexican, the ladies in the Gucci womens section did not want to help me. They kept starting at me up and down. In comes a non Mexican lady who was dressed up and glammed up and they both ran to her. I have never been so humilated. So what did I do? I went online and ordered my boots, purse and wallet and had it delivered within 3 days!!!! Yup 3 days. I will never come back to this store.

Along with many other reviews I tried to exchange something that was out of the box, never used, hardly touched and they would not accommodate me. They said the item showed wear and tear which is BS. I was intending to exchange and buy something else more expensive for myself but am now stuck with this ridiculous leather hunk of junk with a giant yellow lion on it. The staff is not accommodating and slightly rude, with funny accents.
The customer service is outstanding and always welcoming when I’m their shopping at the Gucci store. Love love it their .
Went today to buy a belt, everyone was minding their business texting and laughing at their phones you had to repeat several times to make them listen to you, very unprofessional and very rude, the male worker who attended us was probably fighting with someone with text massages, i had to ask several time to him about the belt sizes, finally he could do me a gift package, worst experience ever, never gonna be in this store, if I knew this gonna happen I would have bought the belt online!
Idk whats going on with them, for me its either I give you a solid F or an A. And in the realm of Luxury where you spend 2,000 for a pair of sweatpants, I expect nothing less than outstanding, the associates here give me footlocker vibes. Look I understand everyone has a bad day, but two bad days in a row I cant reason with. I live in Glendale, but instead of shopping at this Gucci I go to Rodeo. Oh well.
Poor customer service and the policy sucks.they should fix their attitudes and their freaking expressions when they talk to customers. and NEVER ever trust them when they say you can do an exchange or refund within two weeks. the items that Ive bought and never been used. i went to ask for a refund. they made any excuses to refuse it and said they cant return/exchange it because its a sign of wear or whatever blah.. blahh. like what the f...? they are CON-ARTISTS.
