2021: The sales people work on commission in that store. // I read the other reviews. Remember that if you buy online, the sales staff make no commission. You need to shop in the store, stick with 1 sales person to develop a sales relationship with, & let them know you know they work on commission. My experience within any store where they work on commission is: if you find a good personality match between you & a sales person, you will have a luxurious time each time you visit, as long as you occasionally buy items from the same sales person. If they see you always buying on-line & then returning items, not giving them the opportunity to earn commission, you wont win anyone over. Some commission sales people, of course, are in the wrong job, so find 1 in the store that treats you right, but only if you let them earn commission. Its a 2 way street is what Ive learned shopping πŸ›’πŸ›οΈ on The High Streets all around the world 🌍. 6/9/21: I bought FF logo sneakers. Michael showed me a matching jacket, but it was scratched, so they would not sell it to me. Michael was professional & helpful. The manager lady was professional & friendly. Carlos was nice too. Ill be πŸ”™ for a different (same) jacket later, after they get a replacement. 6/18/21. I picked up my new F logo wear jacket. Michael showed me more interesting nice items for future buying. I like Fendi now. Michael was patient, relaxed, professional, & nice. I highly recommend him. Be direct & respectful of his time, as he works on commission, & hell keep your sizes, remember your style, & help curate nice options to increase your Fendi wardrobe. You may also get invited to private secret for special customers only events. I wont elaborate here & now. You do have to buy things to be considered special. Oh, & 1 more thing: When you develop a good customer / sales person relationship, the sales person will tell you things via text. Michael texted me that the FF logo reversible jacket I liked was going up in price by $170! He arranged for me to buy it over the πŸ“ž phone from him (NOT on-line!), since it was not in stock, & then when it came in, I went to the store 🏬 to pick it up. He saved me $170! See how it benefits you as a customer to develop a good sales relationship with 1 professional sales person? You & the on commission sales person both benefit. I obviously have no problem spending thousands of $ on clothes that I like, but to waste $ is not a good thing. Saving $170 is a good thing. Its more $ to donate to my charitable causes, such as the SFSPCA. Dont forget to donate to charities. 6/23/21: I bought a nice pair of πŸ–€ black leather sneakers. 8/3/21: I bought πŸ†• FF logo sneakers, FF logo stretch material drawstring waist trousers πŸ‘–, & a fun hoodie jacket πŸ§₯. Todays total: $3,785.65. 8/8/21: I picked up my πŸ†• Fendi slip on sneakers & hemmed stretch cotton polyester blend drawstring waist trousers πŸ‘–. The complimentary hemming of the bottom was perfect. I love the combo of wearing my πŸ†• black mesh FF logo slip on sneakers with my πŸ†• Fendi FF logo drawstring waist stretch material trousers.

I would like to register a very strong complaint against the manager and Yumi of the Fendi store on Grant Avenue in San Francisco. I bought a Fendi bag there this week, and I decided the next day that the bag was bigger than I wanted, so I took it back to the store in order to exchange it for a smaller bag. The store manager refused to exchange the bag, saying that it was β€˜used’. The bag was in perfect condition, and the receipt clearly says that exchanges are allowed within 14 days. The store manager was extremely rude to me. My advice is to avoid this particular Fendi location. My advice to Fendi is to get a new manager and Yumi. Both of them are Chinese, the manager I dont know her name, chubby short Chinese woman.

I came in here on several occasions after I just rolled out of bed. Unlike many boutiques of big names, Fendi as a brand I always experienced to be so warm. However, this location is VERY down to earth and friendly. They really don’t judge here, they know that people with money to burn in San Francisco, don’t care if they look expensive while running errands! They are also very EFFICIENT AND PATIENT! I β€œhad history” from purchasing just 1 pair of sunglasses. It allowed them to transfer in a bag I wanted BEFORE purchasing. I purchased it, didn’t touch it! And they exchanged it a week later because I changed my mind on the color. Then, I started having anxiety that I made a mistake on the style completely. On the 15th day, a day over the 14-day exchange policy, they exchanged the bag again for a different style that they just got in store. I never took the bag out of the box and they trusted me. Trying to keep this short, but I love the manager(s) here and everyone else who has helped me. Carlos, Lisa, Christian, Marco and Yumi are all amazing and I will always buy Fendi through this location.

Like seriously why will i take a first copy to an original store ? should have asked for the bill before only... i don’t understand why do they judge people a person can dress normally and still own a company.. period!

So I went there with some stuff I had bought online from Fendi... what I find bizarre is no one is welcoming and yes they judge you..I was asked to present them with a receipt after 15 minutes when they had already started working on what I wanted to be fixed...I don’t think it’s right you could have asked me at the beginning only coming out there with lame excuse like can I see the bill doesn’t make sense....don’t judge!

I shopped here on Friday July 5th and bought boots for $1050. They were beautiful and I was so happy. Once I got to my hotel I tried to pair the boots with every outfit possible and came to the conclusion that the boots aren’t for me and I cannot pull them off. I return to the store the following day on Saturday and asked to return the boots and the true colors of the sales people came out. They stated that they do not accept any refund only exchanges. They’re was nothing else I wanted in the store but even if I did, I only wanted my money back because how nasty the manager was. He mentioned that the system wouldn’t allow a return. But once he realized I wasn’t going to go anywhere, he finally accepted the boots back and returned my money. These people made me feel so uncomfortable in the store as if I stole from them, when the money was MY hard working money. $1050 is so much to spend on boots that anyone should be allowed to return them if they’re unhappy. Especially if it’s under 24hrs from the purchase. I understand that San Francisco is expensive but they should not try to lie or cheat to keep customers money. I will never shop at This location again and recommend you do not either.

I am a avid Fendi buyer, definitely a beautiful pristine store, with amazing velvet furniture, marble table/trimmings and fur tapestries that of course only the best from the Italian house known for fur. The mens level was equally as nice. However I did not like on my first visit, right when I walked in and I wanted to take pictures and video, I was told, not from an associate, but the guard that it wasnt allowed? umm why not? a beautiful new store like Fendi is meant to be photographed or filmed?, and I have looked on IG, there have been pics taken so obviously they let the elite private events take pics but not everyone else. Secondly I went down to the mens to check the floor, Im greeted which is good, asked if I needed any help with anything, I said I was just looking around but having worked luxury retail before, you dont hover over the customer while theyre looking at products, its very uncomfortable and annoying, you need to keep your distance and theyll ask, or just have a good instinct and go to them when theyve really eyed something. I was not looking to buy, I purely came to check out the new store. Staff was very professional, informed of product collections, but it is unprofessional to be given ones business card as youre leaving, when that shouldve been given at introduction or at checkout. It shows desperation, I know the associates have to make clientele and commission, but really? overall really not a good start in my opinion, I will be coming back to buy though, hopefully my next experience will be more comfortable.
