Was able to get exactly what I was looking for; called Monday morning and picked up later that afternoon. Christina was very personable over the phone and in person.Her customer service was a huge welcome, where the alternative was chat bots and long shipping times from competitors.
Arturo was the most helpful and patient as he explained specs and technical pros and cons of each piece. Haptic Feedback headphones blew my mind and I was able to compare them to others. Typically you expect in-store reps to try and sell you on stuff but he was honest and took his time as I made my way through making decisions. He didnt hover when I was considering the options and was there when I had questions, even reflected my enthusiasm with some features and disappointments when it came to trade offs or out of stock issues.-1 star because usually this location is out of stock for most things Id like to purchase impulsively. I wanted the razerblade 17 laptop and had to go to Microsoft store instead where I got 2. I also wanted the really good Razer Nammo 2.1 speakers and a specific RGB mousepad that was on display - both also not in-stock.Side note: I am from the Academy of Art University, and the director of our game dev department has tried to reach a deal for the gaming lounge and had no luck. a side note to that side note, is that if students knew before walking into the store that there was a 20% discount, every new student who moves to SF to start school would go straight to razer for their first setup. We need high end systems to make games. I just graduated with an MFA in Game Design so I treated myself and set myself up for the future of working.For anyone wondering what I got and the prices (including student discount) I got the haptic feedback headphones for $160, a controller that plugs into my phone so I can play and test mobile games more comfortably for $130, an ultra slippery mouse pad to have less excuses of dying in Warzone ($60), and a gaming keypad ($140) to get away from WASD controls and use a joystick instead. I was super excited to visit here, as I am a huge Razer nerd and wanted to see a flagship store for the first time. I was helped by Christina, who shared my passion for the brand and recommended so many things! We had so much fun picking out new items for me. I was disappointed that there was no apparel or more exclusive items, because I absolutely would have bought it all. Christina is awesome -- go visit her!
Had a great experience here and bought my first gaming laptop yesterday! I had thought about buying it for a long time but was finally convinced once I saw what was being offered. Plus, the staff member I worked with, Alexa Tiana James, was super professional and helpful. They walked me through the store products and recommended me the best fit for my budget. They were amazing and make me want to come back to the store. Overall, great experience and I love my new Razer Blade 14!

Razer obviously makes some of the best equipment and visiting this store I learned they also make the coolest laptops period. Clean and crispy, beautiful designs!This was my first visit to a razer store, only problem is I didnt have a spare $5k to just go on a shopping spree! The store looks amazing, you can touch and see all the latest products.

I got lan center vibes from some of their older pictures, so I didnt really know what to expect when going in here -- turns out its just a pretty nice retail store. I guess they used to allow people to test out their equipment pre-pandemic.I would recommend calling in to check stock, they seem to have just about everything that is sold on Razer.com. If you dont want to bother with shipping and whatnot, Id recommend just popping in here.

Had a great experience at this store even though things didnt go as planned.Alexis and her associates were on top of it, trying their best to get the demo working. Despite not having seen the working demo, I trusted their advice and suggestions; so I took advantage of the 14 day return policy for peripherals (15% restocking fee for systems).Glad that I was able to try out the different keys ranging from yellow, green (clicky), red and purple (optical). They had a 50% discount on soft mouse pads too, picked one up because mine was starting to flare (threads were starting to unravel).Alexis, thank you so much for helping me at the store that evening. Youre awesome at your job and Im sure youre going to go places! Keep up the good spirits! 😊In sum, great customer service and products!⌨ Typing this review from my brand new keyboard.

This is my FIRST time writing any review in google so this means a lot for me to type this!I never bought any products, let alone walked into a Razer Store. (So this is an un-biased review)I was only in search of a pink laptop as a self gift for my pharmacy school graduation :3I knew that Razerblade Quartz 15 was out of stock for a while but a kind staff told me I could be put on the wait list. I had many cases where people say they would put me on the list but they never got back to me. I did it because it doesnt hurt and few weeks back Razer called me back about the availability!I, unfortunately, live in LA and not SF but Zlatko was very kind, accommodating and professional to help me make sure I was able to still get my laptop. Long story short, after some adjustments with shipping stuff, it all worked out and I am supposed to get it today! Zlatko answered all my questions in a timely manner, provided mexcellent customer service and I would 100% recommend this store to any of my friends if they ask me about it.Thank you for helping me find my dream laptop!! Never thought I would see the day!
Z and Jonathan were the great and helpful folks who helped me settle in on my new Razer laptop. They were super helpful in adjusting and customizing my new Razer Blade to the model and specs I was looking for. They were so quick and precise at the info and features that I also ordered a new set of headphones and keyboard to go with it.Id definitely recommend Razer to anyone looking for a top of the line products and to all us Gamers that want a strong laptop that we can use for work and everything else.

When I went here I had a great experience. I got to try out some of the products (the Blade in particular) and got to chat with some of the staff about Razer products and gaming. The store is really well kept and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend coming here if you are in San Francisco and are a gamer.
Razer has absolutely terrible quality, especially for the price. Bought a Razer nari headset from them and it is worse than my $50 turtle beach headset. Nothing on any forum can fix the audio and mic quality on the headset. They refuse to give me a refund for it even though I had tried to contact them for months and they barely got back to me. They are overhyped and don’t really care to fix your problems with their bottom tier quality of items. I would not recommend anything Razer related to anyone. Do not buy Razer for your family or friends

The store setup is not very conducive towards the browsing style of shopping. Though they do have a few models out to test its not as expansive as I would have liked.The store itself felt very much nerd-focused and it wasnt the tidiest store in the mall by any means. It definitely has its target demographic down, as the store was filled with gamers on a Monday afternoon.Its definitely cool to visit but Im not inclined to buy something there rather than online.
DO NOT BUY RAZER NOMMO SPEAKERS!!! First set: bought in December. Failed in January.Second set: Replacement failed a month after receiving.Third set: Didn’t turn on out of the box.They are denying a refund...so I have to do another replacement...worst company ever.

Love the non-sales focused concept. Ever wanted a place where you could try tech equipment how you normally would at home? This is the place. Think about it like a free arcade where you can game - no questions asked, no harassing sales people.
If you purchase a $2000 laptop and live out of state, returns are impossible without being in store. I was told i could return online, but that turned out to be false within the 14 day worry free returns period
Had no knowledge/interest in the products when I was seriously considering a $5000 laptop. Basically, every other employee tried to wander off while I asked about warranty. This place might as well be a daycare for teens.
A great place that gave me a really good impression of Razer. Since I found this place Ive been coming back from time to time. Too bad they started putting so many restrictions for gaming there now and they removed half the models. It makes me want to give a star less, but I wont.
Worst over all. I asked why my brand new razer blade is making unusable coil whine from its AC adapter and they said its normal. Its normal to use a laptop with very loud high pitch noise they say. Very funny. Anyone considering Razer Laptop? Never buy it.

I brought my Macbook Pro all the way here to try with one of their Razer Core Xs, and they told me they didnt have a single compatible AMD GPU to try it out with. Complete waste of time.

Not talking about this store --- but Razer customer support in general. Absolutely atrocious support. Needed a battery replacement for a bloated battery on my Razer Blade, which lasted only about a year and a half. Contacted support and was asked to send laptop in for repair: cited 130$ repair fee and process that takes 1-2 weeks. They refused to ship replacement batteries. Are you kidding me? You can do the entire repair yourself with an off-brand battery from Amazon in 5 minutes. Absolute shameful practice by Razer. Do not buy a Razer product.

Feels more like a small crowded gamer lodge than a store. If you want a great gamer lodge, go to AFK in downtown San Jose. If your looking to play around with some Razer hardware before buying online, than this place may give you that opportunity... assuming they dont have an event going on and you dont mind waiting for an available machine.

Staff definitely is not knowledgeable, not do they care for their jobs. Nothing is ever in stock. Store is used as a dumping ground for children to play games or for teenagers to waste their time.

This is the best store ever!! Now you can buy razer products you normally only see online in store and now be able to touch and use it. They also let you try all there products and also you can come in and game all day if you want on the Razer Stealth laptops with external 1080 video cards. League of Legends and Overwatch Tournaments every week!

Im a huge fan of razer products and as I was looking through the Westfield mall. I saw a conveniently placed razer store nearby and as I walk in the store I decided I would check it out and buy something like a new razer desktop or laptop. But as I walk in I was checking the products and I wanted to try to check the frames and as I log in league in the razer blade pro I instantly get told to log out by an employee(Asian with glasses) Im sure hes a great guy but I only wanted to check out the frames and I plan to buy a desktop but it kind of ticked me off so I left the store.( I was kinda expecting better service but its reality)

*BUYER BEWARE* Do you like donating money? How about donating money to for-profit companies? With the purchase of any Razer product you too could be in a situation to donate your hard-earned money...I placed an order with Razer directly through their website and immediately had to refund it (thinking I had the funds before checking) not wanting to overdraft my account. No need to worry though I got a partial refund of $108. Pretty nice right? Hah, jokes on us, the customers, I spent a whopping $216!!! Customer service is non-existent at Razer, I have gone through the email support which mind you, tells you to NOT reply or be sent to the back of the que. WHAT QUE? Never saw a reply.I called their US hotline 3 times this week and was told I was put into high-priority and would receive communications within 24-48 hours. Three times I waited 48 hours and nothing again. I called one more time, because I used to genuinely enjoy their products before this fiasco. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to leave a number to be reached at, can you guess what never happened? Just so were clear I never received any product at any point in time.Think before you buy, Logitech is AWESOME compared to this company. Go Steelseries, Turtlebeach go with ANY other brand but this one. We need to stand together and let Razer know that this is NOT okay. I know I am not the only one. Heavens forbid if you have a technical issue with one of their products, I cant imagine that being handled correctly either. Shame on you Razer, youve lost a customer for life.
