This shop isn’t your standard bakery with baked goods and pastries. It is more known for their flat fortune cookies and pig ear cookies. There are a variety of flavors of fortune cookies including strawberry and chocolate in mini and regular sized shapes in various bag weights. I personally get tired of these cookies pretty fast so if you love them you’ll probably find something you like here. I believe they are also a wholesaler and sell these cookies on the side. If you do stop by here you should try their pig ear shaped cookies. They come in a standard size bag and are thin and super crunchy. They are fresh and the flavor is mildly sweet. I believe this is what customers come back and rave about. The drawback is that they limit you to 2 bags per person which seems kind of silly. The man who handles the checkout is always in a grumpy mood so do expect that. I would stop by if I was in the area but it’s not anything I would go out of my way for. There are only metered parking nearby but you can park in the lot that is a few blocks away.

I enjoyed the crunchiness of the cow ears and the flavor; its perfect!!! Ive tasted fortune cookies and you could see the color is too yellow a me the taste is awful. But, these sneakers are definitely way better than anything Ive tried. Thank you so much for making such a fantastic Snacker treat.

I really had no idea about their Cow Ears cookies until my wife told me about it. Honestly, I am a sucker for going to mom and pa business because I grew up in a mom and pa restaurant business myself.I am very disappointed when I went into the store. This place totally lack simple common human courtesy. The guy in his late forties treats you like a life long enemy.Did I get my Cow Ears cookies ? Answer: No.Do I really care ? Answer : NoIs this place worth going to ? Yes, I find it very entertaining to see a grown man throwing a temper tantrum when you ask him : Do you have any Cow Ears cookies ? ( If you dont believe me, try asking him yourself next time you go to San Francisco)

They limit 2 bags of cow ear crackers per person?! And they dont sell them till 2pm? They keep them behind the counter till youve paid? And during my latest visit in July 2021, the guy behind counter said I must pre-order the cow ear cookies?! The cookies are good, but they make them so impossible to buy.

Loved this place for the cow ears, but terrible customer service. The (racist?) women in the front wouldnt sell us the cow years even though there were many in the back. After we left, she sold a few bags to her white friends.Loved this place, but they doesnt seem to like Asians.

Nothing better than a fresh fortune cookie! Ok maybe two are better!Its a tiny hole in the wall stacked with fresh colorful fortune cookies, you can buy one, a bag of 4 or by the pound!

This place used to be good. I mean the cow ears cookies are still good. but the business practice is unheard of. I stop by 1PM Friday for some, the owner told me they wont be ready untiln 2PM and limited 2 bags per person. then there is a line formed in front of the store before 2pm. the guy was only bagging them 1 at a time and allow th line to form. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.I am from LA by the way

We arrived at 8:30 am and they were not open. Both Yelp and Google said they were open. Aargh.
