My boyfriend went in to get dye for me and they treated him like garbage, he asked them for what he was looking for and then immediately told them they did not carry it and said we are closing goodbye! They never answer there phone so you do not know if there open

Ive been going to Grace for years now. I absolutely love the way she cuts my hair. She doesnt over cut it like most people. I recently had her dye my hair, and it came out lighter than I wanted, but she was willing to fix it for me free of charge. She also stayed past the store hours to help me. All of the staff there are really friendly and they offer me water or a phone charger when I have to stay there for more than an hour.

I have used this store repeatedly over the last 4 years and am always waited on professionally and courteously by a very knowledgeable staff. The owners are two of the nicest people Ive ever met and the products are good quality at a very reasonable process. I cant understand the negative reviews except that I suspect they were disgruntled customers with some ridiculous request that no beauty supply on earth could have resolved to their liking. I have 30 years of working in the meetings and conventions industry as a manager so I think I can recognize good customer service when I see it.

I read the reviews on this place, but I was referred by Krylon in San Francisco and I don’t think you could get a better referral than that.Then I checked the website and I have to say that I was very impressed with their virtual tour.I called and introduced myself and Tita was as helpful and sweet I person as she was on the phone.Everything I needed was in in this store.Tita was so kind and intimate trying to help get everything I needed I wish I had of found out about Werks before I went to the beauty supply on Webster Street. Now that place was not so cool. I felt very unwanted at that store. You would think if you want people to come back you would give them a good feeling to come back to as well as great quality supples. That is what you have to look forward to at Werks. Tita is so cool and the prices can’t be better. At Werks you got quality and truly kind personnel.I should say that the supplies I needed were for Halloween,make up is makeup and when you are trying to achieve a Vogue look you have to find the best,and Werks is that store.

The guy with the curly hair is very rude. Had a divaISH attitude when I inquired about human hair. He even went as far as raising his voice at me. I asked about management to make a complaint and with attitude he said hes the owner. I will never spend my money here. Reminds me of some businesses that set up shop in low income communities and think they can treat customers disrespectfully.

I enjoyed the people that work there always gives me and my sis free nail polishes I know the wigs are cheap and sum may not be in best good quality but I dont care looks nice on me

What a horrible experience I just had on my first visit!I was about to buy 2 wigs and spend $130 dollars u till the owner told me I could not try on another wig after wanting to charge me $2.00 to try on 3 wigs and your not allowed to try on any more Because it is a RULE even though i was already ready to buy 2 wigs and almost ready to buy a 3rd!What a joke! Save your self the time and stay out of this GETTO! Beauty supply store that has not one ounce of respect for its customers!

Rude customer service! I came in as a serious buyer for a wig due to a medical condition & wanted to charge me $2 for each wig I wanted to try on. I didnt try any on after he told me there would be a $2 charge. I walked out and the man behind the counter was saying rude and obnoxious remarks to me. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Kind of pricey, & the staff were not helpful at all and when I did ask a question they seemed irritated.

I always receive excellent service and quality products (the ones I buy) here at reasonable prices.

Suffolk really sad representation of the beauty supply store I dont know if theyre going out of business or what but there were literally only about 10 different colors of hair which is not shown on the picture thats posted I was very disappointed I will take my business elsewhere most likely Amazon
